Updated review In addition to my orrg review i am adding this THEY ARE AMAZING I hate needles and have had the same tooth repaired 3 times by multiple other dentist and Dr Choi had some nitrous which help greatly relax me and then DR Choi and his assistant got right in there and took care of it once and for all as today i have had no issues the gap is now closed like it should be and i even got to see it on the bg screen before and after with th fancy eqp serious this is one wicked practice ! HOLY MAN now this is a dentist that is organized has their stuff together and super professional, The eqp so shiny and new plus some wicked cool tech being used to very sanitary way better than any other place I have ever been in my 33 years definitely making this my new home and all the staff are out of this world GO and check them out before it is too late.

The most amazing dental office I have ever dealt with for so many reasons. We have a large family and have had a few dental emergencies. Every single time I call with an issue that needs to be dealt with, they get us in ASAP. All of the staff are very sweet, kind and professional which makes it a very welcoming environment. I’ve never had to wait long for appointments and even then, if something opens up sooner, they always call right away to offer those to my family. They are the only dental practice in town I will even consider taking my family to see.

AMAZING service! The pictures and description are to match! The dentists and office are so kind! There building is smaller than others I've been to, but way cleaner! They provide prizes for children, and dental essentials once in a while. Thanks for your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This office has very nice staff and both of the dentist are very caring. They explained everything clearly and answered all the questions I had when I went in for exam and cleaning. Also the location is so convenient being right on the hill of Promontory.

HIGHLY recommended. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years and this was the perfect place to go. They were so friendly and professional, informative, and took extra care around sensitive areas in my mouth. Not to mention have very high technology. 10/10 service right when you walk through the doors!

Most people will say they have the best dentist ,as long as they've had a great experience and that's the way it should be; that said, you just have to count your lucky stars when you leave THIS dental clinic; I counted 5 when I left, and I gave them right back to the clinic; why, because this little group exceeded all my expectations from the moment I walked in to a welcoming smile ( which actually everyone had) and introduction of staff from reception to a breakdown of the upcoming procedure from dental assistant to the unbelievable talented hands of Dr. Kate Park. If you don't walk in with one, I can almost guarantee, you will walk out with a smile; that's the whole idea, right!? So, if you feel the need for exceptional dental services,at least between Vedder crossing to Ryder lake and Promontory top to bottom, give the team at Promontory Heights Dental a try, you'll be glad you did! I approve this message!

I am a disabled person who had been in contact with this office to get a digital scan for retainers for over two months, but they turned around and refused because I refused to change my dentist and go to their office from now on for dental care. They never even mentioned about needing to come in for an exam, an initial appointment, and that you would have to switch over to dr Choi on top of everything just to get a vivera retainer scan done. So they got paid for an appointment that shouldn't have even occured, total money grab. I have the appointment, emails and texts recorded to show this on top of that, and they know I am disabled and the lady even hung up on me and was very rude to me on top of everything. Very poor business practice, and I will be releasing this information on the web to let people know that this is a terrible place to do business. They have no interest in helping people, just in making as much money for doing as little as possible. On top of that, I just made an appointment with another dental office that offers the itero scans and they said they would do the scans at the very first appointment and it would only be 600 for a whole set of viveras compared to promontory height's 710 for their set. Money hungry people. Wasted my time for two whole months. EDIT: on top of that, I already saw the new dental place, and four days later they already had my retainers ready and wanted to see me for a fitting just one week after my initial appointment and scan, all for 600 dollars for 8 vivera retainers. Avoid promontory heights dental at all costs, dishonest practice that gives a very sketchy impression.

Our family made the switch to this dentist a few months ago and we all agree that they are our favorite dentist office we have ever gone to! The office staff is so very friendly and helpful. We have had both Dr Park and Dr Choi and found them to both be very funny and gentle with us. Their office is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone I know, and I have!!

Best dental office! I love all the staff and dentists and I highly recommend Promontory Heights Dental. If you are afraid or fearul, dont be. The dentists and staff are so kind and caring and really pay attention to your concerns and questions and explain everything very thoroughly.

I strongly recommend this dental clinic and Dr. Choi. I am a very nervous patient and Dr. Choi and everyone at this clinic have made me feel very comfortable. I have had a crown and several fillings done by Dr. Choi and have been very happy with the results. I have sensitive teeth and this is the first time I have not had issues afterwards. I wish he had done my other crown and dental work. When he moved full time to Chilliwack, I made the decision to drive from Pitt Meadows to Chilliwack with no regrets. Plus this clinic is very nice (clean and new equipment and technology) and everyone from the front desk to all the dentists, dental assistants and hygienists are knowledgeable, professional and kind.
