Dr Irwin at this office is great! He listened when I had concerns worked with me to make things work and even referred out for me to get a CT so that he would be able to do his job as effectivly as possible. The dental services I received today were so awesome. The detail in the hygienist work and her explanation about what she was doing step by step as she worked was so informative and appreciated. I’ve been going to this dental office since I was a kid. You can’t get better dental care anywhere else in Chilliwack. All of the staff are excellent. Whomever is working at reception always knows your name when you walk in and you get a friendly greeting. They’re always on time and you don’t spend time waiting around like in a doctors office!! The hygienists are superb as are the dentists. They all truly care about you being comfortable and at ease with every procedure. I recommend this dental office to anyone who needs dental care in Chilliwack.

Since we switched to Irwin Dental my kids have enjoyed going to the dentist. My 6 year old actually looks forward to it! My kids have had anxiety issues at other dental offices in the past, but not here. The staff are professional and very friendly, and have gone the extra mile to make my kids happy and relaxed. My 6 year old son needed some minor dental work and Dr. Irwin and his team were very patient and understanding. They needed to try a different approach after my son became nervous. They were happy to accommodate and explained everything to him in language he could understand. We left on a positive note with a prize from the prize box. I have been a lifelong client of Dr. Conway, and when Dr. Irwin took over the practice we began seeing him as well. Every appointment with Dr. Irwin and his staff is so easy and comfortable, for the whole family! The receptionist is always very welcoming and very prompt with phone calls and emails. They are very accommodating with our busy schedule as well as my child's sensory needs. They are patient and never make us feel rushed or like we are too difficult. Had great experience and i dislike dentists due to bad experience as a teen. My cleaning took half thevtime it did before, at my last cleaning the hygienist talked about personal water picks, i bought one after that visit, glad i did. Very happy, happy.

I wish I could give Dr. Andrew Irwin 10 stars. Look no further for a dentist, he is the Dentist for you. I went to him to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I stayed awake for this procedure. I was a bit nervous prior to my appointment as this is to closest thing I’ve had to surgery, however, Dr. Irwin helped me feel comfortable right away. During the procedure I barely felt anything and each removal went super smooth even with one of my teeth growing sideways. I didn’t have to focus on each tooth removal either as he kept me entertained with stories about his family summer plans and paddle boarding. His assistant helped me feel comfortable as well by keeping me hydrated and applied chapstick to my lips when my lips got dry. My recovery was speedy with no infections and the direct billing to my benefits provider was taken care of immediately as well. I have a 10 star dentist to thanks! I can’t forget about his entire team of assistants and staff who helped as well. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable and they treated me like pure gold. I will always highly recommend Dr. Irwin.
