I absolutely love this dental office. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I needed a lot of work done and they did it as quick as possible with the most comfort as possible. They didn't just give me a smile back, they gave me back my confidence. Absolutely the best!

Dr. Shah is the best Dentist I’ve ever seen. Having filled more than 20 cavities over the years, I have been to the office many, many times, I’m always amazed at how well the “team” work together. Great leadership has been apparent. Staff and the hygienist are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. While the Doctor is efficient, on time, patient and provides pain free care. I’ve been so very pleased with the results time and time again.

I had a crown consultation with Dr. Shah - he explained the whole process for me very thoroughly. I had some doubts about the potential color mismatch and my old root canal and Dr. Shah walked me through all the available options. I am very pleased with the end result and the staff were very helpful during the whole process. Highly recommended!

Very surprised when the dentist told me my tooth was out. I never experienced such professionalism and care from a dentist like this. No pain at all either. Glad I didn't go to the hyped up one's downtown. I'll be coming back two more appointments and these guys need props all around for everyone in the office. Word

Absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had!!! Right from the front desk, to the assistants, to Dr Shah. Explains everything clearly. I never have any pain. I don't even feel the needle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The staff are all very friendly and caring. I was in a rush to get my wisdom teeth out and they were really accommodating. I got in quickly with no issues. They went through the procedure with me multiple times and they were more then happy to answer any questions that I had. Even a phone call after the surgery to make sure I was doing well! Every single time I've been there they have made mistakes on billing, appointments and most recently repairing my teeth. Been in pain since my last visit and will never go back after I complained and they want to charge me more to diagnose their bad work. Look for another dental office. I currently am

my experience with dr shaw was amazing i cant say enough .im very sensitive over 30 yrs have dentist in surrey bc, had very bad experience well to my surprise when i was looking for a dentist in chilliwack came across greenheart dentist from the first moment i walked inn i was pleasentley surprised from secretaries to the dentist wow dr shaw is just amazing really and the nice thing is there are no surprises,oh i hate needles well i didnt even felt when he froze my gums .i recommend you this dentist

Really poor communication. Did not inform patients that dr. Erickson was leaving , just waited till your appt day in threw you in with another dentist , not cool. Then to top it off , they waited till your appt day and then decided to tell you the hygenist left and was gonna just throw you in with another. Not cool.

Dr. Alireza and this office are a joke and they blatantly overbill and over quote. Performed a root canal on a molar and left a sizeable cavity on the back side of the tooth while also carving the tooth into a lovely smooth bowl that affects my bite. Also quoted my wife $700 for 3 hours of cleaning that another office did in a little over an hour. They then told her she had 23 cavities when in reality she had 8. Almost every quote given (except what they had already done) was performed at another at another office for roughly half of what they were quoting. A formal complaint has been filed with the CDSBC.
