The Receptionists were great - very professional and greeted me kindly. I have been a terrified dental patient all my life, 50+ years, and going alone without my daughter for support felt like I was going to die. But, Sue and Dr. Shruti Sood were so patient and understanding. They treated me so gently that I was able to sit through a filling and repair of broken teeth all on my own. Sue was constantly calming and reassuring and Dr. Sood was lighthearted and funny. It was such an excellent experience, that I walked out with my smile renewed, and even booked another appointment for the new year. I'd highly recommend Eagle Landing Dental to anyone.

After moving towns I was very nervous to find a new dentist, but after two visits here I am completely in love! I never thought I would say that about a dentists' office, but I have been very impressed. The hygienists are very friendly and thorough, and the dentist I've been seeing, Dr. Grewal, happily explains the procedure and what he sees on the xrays with you without even prompting him to. He made me feel very comfortable and confident with what was happening in my mouth, suggesting preventative measures my previous dentist had never brought up to me before. 5 stars for sure.

So Ive never been to this dentist, but I called for a quick over the phone 2nd opinion on some pricing that I had been quoted from another dentist in the area. The receptionist was so friendly on the phone! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Excellent first impression and next time we are looking for a dentist we will be there! Appointment info is through text or email which is super convenient for me. They are well set up for COVID 19 so no worries there. Lots of parking. Highly recommend.

I never had the numbing shots NOT pinch/hurt(i am tuff i can handle it but here i didnt have to.. pleasant surprise) and they charge a decent and fair price for the work, nothings free but its not a "million dollars" like darn US dentists. I am recommending them to my friends,family and co-workers for sure!

They have always been efficient and friendly. The dentist is knowledgeable and fixed bad work done by a previous dentist which had been causing me daily pain. With their guidance my teeth and gums are a million times better than ever in my adult life! They have gone above and beyond dealing with insurance hiccups and scheduling snafus whenever they arose. I've been attending there for 4 years and very happy with the service.

I just had the most amazing experience getting my cavities fixed today! As I lay there waiting to be worked on, I was bracing myself for pain. I had only two needles and NEVER felt no pain! I had so many dentists and even a specialist where pain was always persistent. I can only tell you that I will never miss a dentist appointment again. From front end staff, the hygienist, and even the denist, showed exceptional professionalism. They were all friendly, caring and insightful. Eagle Landing Dental Center, you are the best in my eyes. I will recommend you to anyone I know. Thank you so much. I look forward to my next filling.

I went to eagle landing dental i had to take out a loan to get my lower denture done as well as fillings. I wanted a root canal i had the choice because my tooth was on the verge of going either way. A root canal or a pulp cap. So she decided to go with the pulp cap. Now my loan is used up from there my tooth is aching bading but now i cant afford to get it fixed they way it should have been done in the first place now they have there money they never called me back to see how i was doing. Terrible cutomer service. Ill never go back.

My teeth have never felt this clean and healthy after a cleaning and scaling at Eagle Landing Dental. SERIOUSLY. The people who work here are meticulous, thorough and professional. After I had my teeth cleaned I had cavities filled. Let me just say that the dentist and hygienists here are AMAZING. I felt NOTHING when the needles went in and I needed aplenty, let me tell you. I am not one to give out reviews but I felt so taken care of here that I wanted to give a review. I feel so lucky to have found This place. The women who work the front desk were so accommodating and understanding. They took care of us and went above and beyond to ensure that we had our dental work done on such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about Eagle Landing Dental. If you need a new place for yourself and your family, go here. They’re great.

Asked for an appointment with these people three weeks in advance for a friend who i was taking care of - they couldn't give me the date and time i requested but they offered another, on a Saturday afternoon, which we accepted (having then had to reorganize our schedule). On the day of the appointment, however, they told me (by email) that the hygienist had failed to put the appointment in their diary system and had taken the day off. This was meant to be a full check up with x-rays etc. so quite it was so dependent upon the hygienist I don't know. I explained that we had moved around a lot of things to make that date possible but they refused to juggle things around to make that day possible. As this was on the Saturday I wondered if they had left some junior person in charge and had expected to get some sort of apology and an offer to reschedule on the Monday but a week later i still have not heard anything from them. Appalling behavior towards their clients. Go elsewhere.

No one enjoys going to the dentist but, I definitely have to say that this dentist visit was great. The staff are nice, attentive and very knowledgeable. I had a new girl only a few months on the job and she was excellent, better then others that have been cleaning teeth for many years! The office was clean and equipment was all new and the dental chairs were very comfortable! I definitely would recommend choosing this dentist!

My recent experience was mostly positive, the extraction was the easiest I have experience, however the temporary bridge was cemented in and the residue was left on my teeth, I have had a sore and bleeding tongue from the sharp edges of the cement/bridge edges? It has been driving me crazy for two weeks! The leftover cement has been chipping off for the last several days. If you ever have this service done make sure they polish off the excess cement. You would think the dentist would realize how uncomfortable this is.
