My wife and I have been going to Cottonwood Mall Dental for around 7 yrs.In my opinion,the best dental office in Chilliwack! In the past , we've been to two other dental offices and they don't even come close.From the receptionists ,to the hygienists ,to the dentist, they are professional, polite and the most important of all, honest and gentle.Keep up the excellent work!

Since I moved to Chilliwack in 1989, I have been coming to the Cottonwood Mall Dental Centre. I originally chose it as it was along the city bus route. Dr. Herskovich was an outstanding dentist for 25 years. My teeth are well looked after and I have had only one cavity in all these years. Even more, though, I wish to acknowledge the dental hygienists and assistants. Incredible! Not only are they so very professionally qualified, but they add that sense of caring for one's teeth and carrying for one as an individual. I thank each and all employees past and present. 5 stars plus!

Update I had a poor experience here with the reception that I decided to leave Cottonwood dental for over a year because of it. After trying a couple new dentist's I realized none compare to Dr Igor. I decided to give them another try. I saw Dr Igor for a consultation for a cracked tooth. I recieved the bad news that this tooth may not be able to be saved. (Something other dentists missed) I made the appt to have this extremely complicated root canal done by Dr Igor and I'm sure glad I did! He was able to save my tooth! I was so happy I hugged him! Lol Dr Igor also personally apologized for the bad experience I recieved in the past. I will continue to see Dr Igor in the future. Thanks so much!

Going to the dentist to me is like a vegetarian going to a butcher shop. So when my tooth was unbearable and had to be removed I decided this time I wasn't up to taking it out myself as was usual because of my reluctance to go to the Dentist. Well Holy Cow! I went to this Dentist Center and what a pleasant surprise. They got me in right away, out came the tooth and out I went to the parking lot before I realized what had happened. What a nice bunch of people!

A sore dull ache in a molar turned nasty very quickly. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in. Dr. Linda is very kind, gentle, explains everything very well, and within an hour I was out the door after having a very gentle extraction. I didn’t think that was possible, I am impressed and will be back.

Been going here for a few years now. All the hygienists are really friendly and efficient. The dentist is amazing and so gentle (2 fillings with no freezing!) Highly recommend.

Thoroughly impressed with Pamela the hygienist. My 8 year old was so nervous after a bad dentist appointment last year. She was so gentle and sweet with him, she totally put him at ease. She was spectacular with my 5 year old as well. The counter staff and dentists are great as well. It's great coming here.

They don't accept services that are paid for by income assistance. The first time I called I spoke to a nice girl who said they do after looking my name up but when I called back to book when I was ready about 1 week later, I was advised that she was new and should not have said they provide services covered by income assistance (I am a single mother and have not been to the dentist in over 10 years). I've found other dentists in Chilliwack that are more than happy to help.

The worst experience ever. I have been going here since 2016 and usually enjoy the staff and Dentists. Today I had a dentist I have never met before and he did work that the last dentist said I didn't need. In fact the last dentist at their practice said I had no cavities and today they were going to build up part of a tooth. I had no idea until the end of the visit that this dentist was doing unnecessary work that the previous dentist at their practice didn't say I needed. The dentist apologized and said well it's covered. No it's not I still have to pay a certain portion. Absolutely unprofessional, poor communication between dentists and the feeling that they just don't care. This dentist helped make my decision to leave this practice for good. Beware people. BEWARE

I love this place and believe me I am not a dentist type of person. I have a extreme phobia of dentist and needles etc. The ladies in the front have been nothing but kind and professional to me. Dr. Tatitana is a amazing Dentist, she is gentle and thinks of her patient not about dollars. She even called me the next day to check on me as I am not a easy pull. She worried that I was in pain so she said call me any time if you have any questions, which is not something that I see or have ever had in prior dentists office. I like this office so much I even told my mom to go as she is also a new patient and she loves it here as well. Thank you very much Cottonwood Dental for all you do ps her son is great as well had him last time for a extraction.

I do not like having needles and I had concerns after going elsewhere and that dentist couldn't get an area to freeze to do a filling. I love going to this dentist! She's calm, quiet and reassuring as well as giving the best needle as you don't feel it. The hygienist we go to here is also amazing! Overall the staff is incredible. I recommend them to everyone!
