Last year I had all my teeth removed and two full plates with implants in my lower jaw. From start to finish the process was easy and comfortable. Ted really knows his stuff and cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond! I would recommend Chatham Denture Specialists to anyone looking for dental appliances.

they looked into my mouth for literally 2 seconds and called it an examination and tried to charge $63 for by luring the charge in by simply saying "let me look into your mouth" without telling me before or during i'd be charged $63 for it. the consultation was free and they tried to tac on an extra molding which absolutely wasn't necessary my mouth has been healed for a long time. i also witnessed a distraught customer in there while i was waiting, she looked like she was going to faint and was very upset at the mistakes they made. they will not give you an estimate, they will tac on extra charges and not mention it to you until after you leave and call for the money, they will be friendly to you and tell you directly that they're good at their job and are working to save you money when they are in actuality nickle and diming you. they tried to tell me a referral they made to me for a dentist was a part of the $63 charge, a 30 second phone call i could've and would've done myself if i knew they were going to use it as an extra excuse onto the $63 charge since they didn't tell me about it before or during, only after i left the next day.

Just had my top and lower partial done by Ted they turned out amazing and now I have a perfect smile . Ted and his staff were very friendly and quick to respond with any questions or problems I had . I would highly recommend for anyone to go there , they take great care of you and really make you feel important not just like another customer. Overall experience would rate them a 10/10 . I had them also do my wife’s teeth and couldn’t be happier with her smile . Thank you Ted !!!

We found Ted very much by chance when an emergency arose with our son.. The service was fantastic!.. Wonderful experience, Ted and his staff were very friendly and very welcoming. I haven't smiled in a long time and they gave me my smile back. At first I was nervous going in how young I am and need of dentures and they help me feel very comfortable that im not the only one in my age group that needs them.

Was very disappointed with Ted. Professionalism not good. More about the money than the patient. I mean if you are a denturist, shouldnt you know the best time to do an imprint on a patient, after they have teeth pulled and you go straight ahead w/ an impression on 'said' swollen gums. Sorry but lost money without gaining a thing?!

As a result of a car accident where I got hit by a freight liner truck at 110 kilometers an hour, while parked behind a traffic jam on the 401, my teeth greatly suffered. After being treated by the Chatham Denture Specialist, I can't believe how good my smile looks now. Kind and caring, this professional office only uses the best technology and product. The dentures fit like a glove, and it is nice to finally be able to eat properly. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for someone who actually cares and knows what they are doing. In my view, staff are always a reflection/copy of the owner/manager(s) personality and this holds true with Chatham Denture's front staff Kim and Lana. I needed new dentures as mine were cracked. I went to see Ted and he repaired them as well as taking impressions for the new ones. I went back for a fitting just before the shutdown for the virus. I didn’t know how long I would have to wait for my new teeth. I got a call from Ted and he said he had them ready. I met him in the parking lot behind his office and got my new dentures. They fit perfectly and didn’t hurt at all. I went for a checkup this week and all is well. I am very pleased with the service and quality of the work.

Straight forward approach with excellent communication pertaining the steps needed to achieve the final results, this combined with in excellent fix and finish made the whole experience worthwhile. It has been over a year now and the comfort and fix are still perfect ,and very often forget I’m wearing dentures even while munching on carrot sticks and celery. They are secure as they day they went in no fear of them shifting or causing moments of Embarrassment. Well done !

I couldn't be happier! I did the secured implant route for my entire mouth and it was the best thing I ever did. Ted and his team at Chatham Denture Specialists on King Street, Chatham were amazing. I have had so many compliments (they look great) , never had one issue and can eat basically anything. I highly recommend Ted Daĺios for dentures My situation was a complicated one. My natural teeth had worn out, I had full upper dentures ( which I didn't like very much ) and partial lower dentures which had failed. I also had some upper jaw bone deterioration. I needed a dental strategy, not just a quick fix. After consultations with Ted, we decided to go with temporary full lower dentures to replace the failed partial plate and then after a healing period, replace everything with both upper and lower implant retained dentures. To do the implants, Ted put me in touch with Dr Michael Rondinelli of Sarnia (whom I also highly recommend) and they both worked closely together to develop a solution that I would be happy with. There are several implant denture choices and I highly stress the need for good solid advice. The final solution for me, was to have removable dentures supported by an implant retained fixed bridge. I am happy to report SUCCESS ! I can eat apples, chew through steak and eat corn on the cob again. My dentures remain completely fixed in place through all activities and they look way better than my nature teeth ever did. I can even whistle a little bit; (not very good but then I never could) The need for good solid advice is probably even more important than the skills necesary to craft the solution. Both Ted and Dr Rondinelli provide both, with excellent professionalism and great demeanour. I am well pleased with the final result. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

At my age only being 25, I lost all my teeth I was down and about everything, didnt think I'd have my smile ever again, and with fake teeth I didnt know what I'd think, but Ted told me that it was gonna be alright and it was I have my new teeth and my confidence has never been so high! I went to Chatham Denture Specialist's and was met with very friendly staff that made you feel so comfortable and then I saw Ted Dalios the Denturist.He is such an approachable down to earth man. He makes you feel like no question is stupid to ask.
