What a great Dentist, don't be fooled by this small practice as Dr . James is well skilled & he knows what he's doing unlike others. I was skeptical at first but now I will go back to him for now on, as he removed a tooth for me with minimal discomforts. He's my new dentist here in Chatham. all the other dentist are A.. not skilled especially Southside dental as they ruined 7 of my teeth that only needed small fillings. Oh well moving forward I highly recommend him. I'll be going to see him this week thanks Dr. James

My experience at this dentist was unbelievable i was scared and so nervous but they made me as comfortable as possible i came in and they seen me right away . They helped me get on track for dentures as well as I had all my teeth pulled . Dr. James is a really great dentist! Going in, I was very nervous and anxious about getting fillings, and I wasn’t very good at relaxing and letting him do what he needed even though I knew that he knew what he was doing. He was very patient, kind and he didn’t mind me asking questions! And his assistant and his receptionist, Bonnie, are very kind as well! My name is Paula Ready. I was terrified of the dentist!! I would not be able to sleep the night before, Getting sick to my stomach, My anxiety was over the top, I have walked out of the dentist while in the chair, One of my worst fears was going to the Dentist. Then I met Christopher Diponio!! I explained all my fears and he listened and was concerned about how I felt. He was understand, patient and compassionate to my fears! I had a root canal, 2 extractions and a cleaning. I never at ANYTIME was afraid or experienced any pain. Sadly it took so many years to find someone who gave me a great experience! I look forward to my teeth cleaning in 6 months!! HUGE RAVE SENT OUT TO CHRISTOPHER DIPONIO!!!

Was forced to seek major dental procedures during height of pandemic. Dr. James and staff provided professional care and safety protocols that made me feel very confident and comfortable with the services needed. The procedures have been ongoing for several months and will continue for several more with each visit being consistently smooth. Been here three times since COVID began and each visit has been comfortable and thorough. They disinfect every surface and door knob all the way through the hallway and front door between each client, and take COVID precautions seriously, which has made me feel much safer coming to continue care for my family. Even my daughter, whom was highly attached to her previous dentist liked her experience here. They are great to work with for scheduling and call if a better time becomes available that you prefer. The dentist is great at making sure you understand anything he is doing and takes time to answer any questions. My cleaning was one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve had, and he even took the time to show me different floss options to help get between my super tight teeth.

So, leave a message 5 days ago about wisdom teeth extraction on emergency basis... still no call back. I follow up two days later to be told the call back happens on monday. Monday.. No call back Call and get an answering machine. when i follow up again. Apparently only place that take social assistance coverage, this is unacceptable, that I now have to look elsewhere to get the aid my family needs and pay out of pocket. Disgraceful
