I have been going to Grand West Dental since I was a child. I no longer live in Chatham but I still go back for my dental care, as I find the dental offices in bigger cities rife with aggressive, and expensive, dental procedures that are unnecessary. Grand West Dental is the only place that has been honest, even when it means they do not get additional revenue from a procedure. It is clear that the staff at Grand West Dental care about the business and it comes through in honest, genuine and friendly service from everyone at the front desk to the dentists themselves.

Leaving this review as a request from my parents. They have been patients at Grand West Dental for the past 30 years. They absolutely love it here. Everyone is so great. From the helpful welcoming staff, to the friendly assistants and hygienists, to the caring and knowledgeable dentists. I was a patient here as well until I moved away. My parents and I would recommend this office to anyone! Keep up the great work!

A friendly and professional group to deal with. I now have my new 'plate'; and it fits perfectly. Denturist David Nuttall did a good job, and fitted it to perfection. I read some of the 'naysayers' comments; and found no reason to 'slag' the staff. They were professional and friendly. High five to them.

I wish I could write a 0 star for this horrible dentist group. Dr. Miez was the only good dentist here. Unfortunately he relocated(smart). Went to fill a cavity and Dr. Amanda Hariss filled it wrong. Do not go here. Lighthouse dentist or any other dentist group(probably) is much better. My cavity was filled wrong and needs reworking. Not a good place. They use old dental tools as well(to save money and this also means you have a risk of STDs.) Most of the staff are very nice, however the most important is the dentist and unfortunately since the only good dentist left, it's not advisable to go to this dentist. I had 4 cavities and my dentist filled the two least worst ones, meaning one of my tooth is in decay mode, possibly to make more money when the other cavities decayed even further. Do not go here, they're terrible. It would have saved me hundreds just to go to another dentist group. They overcharge as well, I've never seen a more expensive dental place. Whatever you do, do not choose this dental group. I'm with Lighthouse dental group and it has worked fine for me. This dental group is the worst in chatham. I feel sorry for the people who have Dr. Amanda Harris or anyone else in the group as their dentist. Learn to fill a cavity for gods sake. You went to school for what, 8-12 years and you mess up on a simple filling? Thank god I switched groups. If you must go here(I don't see how you must), do not get Dr. Amanda Harris(Harrison). She messed up on a simple cavity. Don't expect any quality dental work from that quack.

Our family has had nothing but great service from this office. The receptionists are incredibly busy, but take the time to speak with you as soon as you get to the desk. Timely billing and return with our insurance provider, helpful reminder calls, and prompt response to inquiry. Granted, they are a really busy office which sometimes means a wait time for appointments, but they are very accommodating when when asked to check for cancellations etc.

They have been my sole dental care provider for over 30 years. They are always friendly and have always done a thorough professional job with no unnecessary procedures. Thanks to them (and good genes!) I have not had a cavity in 41 years.

I developed an infected tooth shortly after moving to the area. After calling several offices and getting nowhere, Grand West was willing to see me on the same day. I was assigned to Dr. Henry Miecz. He and his assistant were wonderful. In fact everyone I spoke to was friendly and most helpful. Even the bill was better than I expected. I definitely recommend this place, and particularly Dr. Miecz. Great guy.

I was made fun of by the doctor himself when I told him how my teeth had become crooked since we I was pregnant and had sever infection. Meanwhile my own midwife was alarmed at the sight she recommended me to see a dentist. To my dismay I was ridiculed. I forgive you though because I became a Christian and do not want to be poisoned with bitterness again. I'm writing this so others will be aware.

If you HAVE to go to the dentist you may as well go somewhere with friendly people. The staff here are always good to my whole family. Kids are treated with respect and made to feel comfortable.

I don't know where the comments about staff being rude are coming from. Every time I go in the staff are very friendly and take the time for me. I've been going for years and keep going back!
