Antibiotic induced Irritable Bowel Syndrome (confirmed by my doctor) due to Auro Clindamycin. I remember the pharmacist asked me why was I given this antibiotic for my infected wisdom tooth since I am not allergic to penicillin. This prescribed antibiotic completely destroyed my stomach. Its my 3rd package of probiotic pills I take and my digestive system hasn't returned to normal yet

I just call To get a phone call appointment for my daughter is being suffering from a molar pain and it just got worse. I have being calling to others but they all are close and I called at this one because it was open. I clearly explained that the reason why the consultation had to be over the phone was because We have a COVID-19 situation at home and we CANNOT go out of the house. I'll say it right now, going to the dentist makes me nervous and stressed out. Having had braces, many cavities and two root canals, I've had my fair share of dental visits. Feeling safe and knowing you're taken care of is SO IMPORTANT. Last month one of my cavities "to watch" actually put a huge hole in my tooth so I needed an emergency repair. I got the duo dental team extraordinaire of Melissa and Dr. Marcotte. These ladies made me feel comfortable and they were so professional. I felt ZERO pain during and after!Today I had to fix two cavities and I used the same duo. What an amazing job they did and I feel so relieved. THANK YOU!!!

I have been going to this dentist office for a few years. My original dentist was dr. Nora, but she left to start her own clinic. My dentist now is dr. Lazam, and I find he is very patient, professional, and explains what work has to be done on your teeth until you are comfortable with it. I had 2 veneers done on my front teeth about a year ago, I wasn't happy with them and dr. Lazam did not hesitate to give me the option of having them redone(covered by the warranty, so it did not cost me anything). Since dr.Nora did my original veneers she came back to redo them. So far I am very happy with my redone veneers. Dr. Nora was very kind, gentle, and patient during my appointment. I am happy with how my veneers look now. I gave 4 stars because sometimes if your appointment is at a certain time, you wait up to 30 minutes. But a lot of doctors offices you often wait, and don't get in on your scheduled appointment. Over all I am happy with dr. Lazam, and he will continue to be my dentist. Prices are also very reasonable, and Dr Lazam will not suggest unnecessary/expensive dental work.

Beware of going to this clinic. I went to Dr. Dabbas and for the first few visits he was great. Unfortunately he performed a root canal and caused me more pain than I've ever experienced in my life. The worst thing is he knew what he was doing was painful but he did it to save time. He never asked me if I minded being in that much pain to save him time (He told me AFTER he did it that it shortened the procedure by 20 minutes). That excruciating pain lasted for about 5 hours straight and was not helped by the freezing he gave me, a fact that he knew. I complained to the Le Dentiste clinic by email and was ignored. They obviously don't care about their patients. They are using inexperienced dentists who don't care about the pain they cause their patients. I will never go back and warn anyone who is thinking of going to them. Not worth it!

We had an appointment to review my daughters jaw distortion, and added a day later to the SAME appointment a cleaning since we where going to be there, was hoping to find a new dentist, but instead found a disorganize chaos... once I was given the forms for a new patient, I had to ask 2 times over the receptionist the same question, that was right in front of me, and all she can concentrate on, is ask her colleges where she misplaced her lip seal, I finally asked louder a 3rd time, her college sitting beside her answered instead. While they where preparing my daughter to have her teeth cleaned, I ask if the dentist/ortho was doing to see her before or after the cleaning, then was told after verification that they will not be seen for an evaluation, and the dentist would not take more patients. The hygienist was nice enough to write a referral to an Orthodontists in another location. The place is outdated, felt really cold, like the service, and not very clean... would never recommend to anyone. I really don't have time to take out of my busy day to right reviews, but I have even less time to take my kid out of school, and time off work, to be told that we can not be seen, when we clearly had an appointment for an evaluation.

I went in with a tooth ache, and learned I would need a root canal and a crown. I had been told a root canal was the worst experience ever. It was not the case at this clinic. I had came in an emergency state, they took me the next day for examination. After a few moments they were able to prescribe me antibiotics as well as pain relief medication. The operation was done in 3 steps. The first for a good clean and verification of the situation afterward the dentist took the time for my many questions and we observed the few options I had and helped me make a decision based on the tooth, my lifestyle and my long term view. The second time the root canal was done. I am terribly squeamish but the worst part was the needles. They did not mind me asking for something a little stronger and were very concern of my pain tolerance. After skinning down my tooth they set a temporary tooth until the permanent porcelain was ready. My only complaint lies here. I was told to wait 2 weeks at most to have my tooth ready. I had taken an appointment in time and when the time came, it was not ready. I do not blame them for that, but I was unhappy that they did not advise me when my permanent tooth was ready and had arrived. I had waited a month and a half with no phone call's. When I decided to call they amazingly had received it the previous day ! The setting of the tooth went very well: no pain, gently set but firmly gripped. It was the perfect shade and fitted right in with my other teeth. The dentist even sanded the inside so the feel of my tongue on it was almost the same as the real one I had previously. In all, I made this clinic my own and will be going back. The personnel is very kind, understanding and patient. The prices are competitive and the hours for appointment are very flexible. The only set back is the very small waiting room, but I believe the experience in the dentist chair is more important then the one in the waiting chair.

I Went to them for an emergency repair of a filling because my regular dentist was not available. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, The dentist that saw me was well experienced and he did a fantastic job. Their system is setup so that they can instantly submit payments for my insurance, which was super convenient. This place isn't cheap by any means, but you definitely get what you pay for. I am seriously considering changing my dentist for these guys going forward.

Five stars! {Dr. Dabbas performed my 2x wisdom tooth extraction (lower).} I was really nervous and he made me feel at ease, being such a chill person; the TV also helped, hahaha. If I felt even the sliiightest thing after he first injected me w/ anaesthetic, he was happy to add more 'til I was happily pumped up and too frozen to do more than laugh at my lack of ability to speak. He was really gentle, quick (I'm pretty sure it didn't take much longer than an hour) and made jokes throughout. Super adorable team, great service. I guess that my only issue doesn't lie within Le Dentiste themselves, but more within the QC gov't and how it doesn't help with the costs of seeing a dentist even one bit. I definitely wanted to cry when I got the bill, despite the fact that it's pretty much the lowest you'll find in MTL. Hopefully in the future maybe a place like Le Dentiste could find a better way to help out their patients who have hardly any $$$ - fundraisers? Drives? Not sure. Just an idea! <3

I just had the pleasure of having an emergency tooth fixed. Very quick to receive an appointment within a day. Ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. I was nervous coming in and seeing them so happy and cheerful put me at ease right away. I also was called in for my appointment right at the scheduled time no waiting. Dentist was amazing!! I am pregnant so I was a little nervous about having to have my tooth fixed but he did everything to put my mind at ease. Went for a check up and cleaning. A new dentist came in (the receptionist didn't even bother telling me the name so I had no idea who she was) and did the scaling/polishing which took about 3 minutes in total. Paid almost $160. This place is filled with new, inexperienced dentists who are only there to get experiences before they go out and open their own practices. So they don't really care about the quality of service. I should have gone to a place who takes pride in their business instead. EDIT: AFTER MY FIRST COMMENT, THERE HAVE BEEN 13 NEW POSITIVE REVIEWS.. TALK ABOUT SELF-ADVERTISING! The worst dental experience of my life at this dental practice. Numerous complications, too numerous to list with an extraction I had done. Months later, in pain, trips to the emergency, doctors apts, specialists, tests, medications and alot of money wasted. Unprofessional, inexperienced and inhumane. Do not recommend. I was offered a partial refund, after my refusal I was offered a full refund for the extraction. Had several conversations with the clinic manager, Julie who initially appeared sympathetic. Dr. Trinh took two sessions lasting 3 hours and 15 minutes to extract one tooth. Hours of having my jaw open while she drilled, dug and tried unsuccessfully to extract the tooth. After much difficulty, two attempts and unbelievable amount of pain and emotional trauma it was removed. Over the next several weeks, I called her and went to see her a couple times as there was no improvement in my symptoms and the pain was unbearable. She prescribed pain killers and muscle relaxants. Upon my last visit, she found she left a piece of tooth stuck in my gum. She began to freeze my mouth, and removed the piece of tooth. She didn't tell me what was happening. I asked her to stop and clarify what she was doing. She said a piece of tooth was left behind and that it's normal pieces could emerge after extraction and cutting the gum. I was in pain and infuriated. I was later called by the clinic and told I was being referred to a chronic pain specialist. I didn't have any chronic pain prior to Dr. Trinh having my mouth open for over three hours while she clearly scrambled and didn't know what she was doing. Instead, she continued, didn't ask another dentist for help and had me suffering in pain. Julie, the manager called me to pick up the refund check, asked me to come into a room and presented me with a waiver to sign prior to giving me the check, releasing Dr. Trinh of any liability. I told Julie I wouldn't sign it as I am still in excruciating pain, can't eat, open my mouth or speak properly. She was rude, gave me dirty looks. Said it's her boss's policy and I'd have to sign if I wanted the check. I refused and walked out. Initially, Julie was sympathetic and said yes, of course I can imagine you're in pain, you can't have your mouth open for over two hours. According to the manager's reply mine is a rare case and they referred me to a chronic pain specialist. Julie told me if I go through lasalle hospital, it would be free but the waiting time to see the specialist would be very long or I could pay privately to see her sooner. I said so, my options are continue to suffer for months in pain or pay even more money to see a specialist privately for pain and trauma that Dr. Trinh caused me? I asked her if Dr. Trinh would pay for me to see the specialist quickly as I can't eat, speak or open my mouth properly since February. She said no, Dr. Trinh wouldn't pay. Dr. Trinh, Julie and the management of this clinic care only about money, not me as a patient. Dr. Trinh did not know what she was doing, she is inexperienced, can't even perform a simple filling properly. I am extremely disappointed with their conduct and lack of concern. I've had two dentists which I've seen told me it may take months to recover from the trauma and that no one should ever have their mouth open for over 3 hrs for an extraction. I also have to pay to see an osteopath as well waiting on specialist apts and tests. Julie, as per your response, my case was not extreme and could have been avoided if Dr. Trinh was competent, knowledgeable and had stopped when she realized she was not competent or able to perform the extraction. She could have has a more knowledgeable, skilled dentist to assist or take over. Don't insult my intelligence by posting half truths and omitting facts. Please show some integrity, professionalism and decency.

Anyways I wanted to say that both times we used services of Le Dentist, we had a strong feeling that they find problems where there are no problems really. So, they try to impose you to do more (and pay more) than you really need. But the work they do is good.

Will definitely recommend this place to everyone that mentions dental work from now on... i was extremely anxious due to bizarre situations i've encountered in the past (rude comments, having some psychotic man attempting to shove both hands up to the wrists in my mouth, crazy mouth-opening contraptions that made me feel like i was in a SAW movie, getting my teeth filed down without my approval leading to a ton of cavities, traumatizing jaw-dislocation after using blocks to keep my mouth open for a root canal...i could go on ????) took an emergency appointment after much needed work on broken and cavity damaged teeth which i couldn't afford to fix for months and decided to go for it anyways after a bit of internet research and accesdD financing going thru... was not disappointed at all. They were very upfront with the estimate and its cost, focusing on what was truly necessary at the moment. They really are the way their "mission statement" describes them to be... honest, caring people who are just doing their best at they chose to do in life :) from the front desk to the chair!! I can say this was one of the few times that the procedure was completely painless, ridiculously quick (they did 3 teeth in one hour!) Without any freak incidents! And most importantly, the benevolance i got from Mr. Lelievre's assistant, a spanish? speaking woman- i forgot her name from the stress- was truly what is missing from today's healthcare... she made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and like she gave a damn that i was slightly panicking made the whole experience so easy for me!! I'm probably a zero-star patient, but to have people like her making you feel safe and cared-for, is what truly matters when spending so much money for your teeth when so many other bills need to get paid :) merci x 1 million , Mr. Lelievre, your cabinet and yourself deserve so much recognition for the competant work you do, thanks and happy holidays :)
