So i have to make another appointment for next two weeks, and my tooth need to be filled because the old filling fall out. Ms. Nguyen performed a total reshape of my teeth (front teeth included) without my written or verbal permission; which caused an uneven bite which made it nearly impossible to chew as only two teeth (out of 32) would touch when chewing. Also, all teeth were filed in the center causing craters for no apparent reason. This affected my everyday life since May of 2019, I had since returned once assuming they would correct this but to my disappointment they drilled deeper in to the affected teeth. I am still awaiting appointments elsewhere to correct this.

My 5 year old daughter has generalized anxiety and is very afraid of dentists. When we met Annie and Dr Bianca, both were of exemplary kindness and sweetness. They patiently showed her all the sensations and tools they would use. All while getting her consent with every movement putting her in complete confidence. She left excited to come back. It’s been 4 months, she asks to go back every time we drive by. After 2 clinics who simply were not equipped for scared or sensory kids, we will most definitely be moving our adult care here too.

I had my first appointment here today after going to the same dentist for nearly 15 years. Beautiful, well-equipped establishment; I have never seen anything like it. Coffee and tea offered upon arrival, more than sufficient seating available, and there is even a play area for children. The receptionists are bilingual, friendly and professional. The hygienist I had did an extremely thorough yet gentle job. I was given a little gift bag and left with my next appointments scheduled. A place very worthy of 5 stars.

My appointment with Vanessa Beauchamp lasted a little bit longer than predicted only because she took the time to answer ALL of my questions/concerns and explain every procedure in great detail. They charge for a 30min descaling but it took 15min. Check your bills before paying, they are clearly overloading. By spending the extra $ 50 for appointments during covid19, there are a lot of dentists who don't charge it. If we respect our regular customers, we don't force them to pay more for what? Pay for your masks? Your cleaning product? I am insulted. I will never stay there again, I will go somewhere else where they respect their customers. (Original) C'était mieux avant... L'ancien bureau était plus petit et sympathique, maintenant c'est une grosse clinique qui marche au cash. Les offres de traitements se succèdent. L'endroit est rendu totalement impersonnel. Ils chargent pour un détartrage de 30min mais ça lui a pris 15min. Vérifiez vos facture avant de payer, ils surchargent clairement. En passant le 50$ de plus pour les rendez-vous durant le covid19, il y a beaucoup de dentistes qui le chargent pas. Si on respecte les clients habituels, on leur impose pas de payer plus cher pour quoi? Payer vos masques ? Vos produit nettoyant? Je suis insulté. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais, je vais aller ailleurs ou ils respectent leur clientèle.

I had quite a bit of work done here over the last few years and I have never had a problem with fillings until after going to this place. I have had about 5 of them fall out so far. I had a couple of them replaced, but I left Quebec about 6 months ago (best decision of my life) and since have had 3 more come out. One of them while I stuck my finger nail between my teeth to get a piece of food out, and the other 2 just while I was eating. This SHOULDN'T happen!... One of them literally just happened now which is why I'm taking the initiative to write this review. 2 of these fillings I had done last year and if I'm not mistaken, one of them was a replacement. I was set to get a root canal treatment done on my front tooth and I am SO glad I had to leave before I actually did it. If I were still living there I would definitely be looking for a new dentist.
