I cannot express how grateful I'm to Dr. Nathalie Socque! Her professionalism and patience is unsurpassed. And whole her team too! I'm not an easy client at all. I had some health issues beside my teeth prior to the visit - including heart palpitations, thyroid problems Hashimoto, panic attacks etc... So you can imagine how nervous I was, going to her to install two implants at the same time. On top of this my endocrinologist suggested to me, if possible, not to install titanium implants, because it could make my thyroid worse, he thought. So I spoke with Nathalie to see if she could install ceramic implants for me, it's called ceraroot. She said she didn't do ceraroot for molar teeth before, but she will see what she could do. And actually she went to a special dentists conference and talked to other specialists who already tried ceramic implants. I even think she took some extra classes just for this. And then she said she can try to do this ceraroot implants for me, if I wanted. I can't describe my feelings at this point. I mean what doctor would do that? To go study something extra, because patient needed it. Here I was loosing all hope, to install teeth again, because other dentists either just never heard about ceraroot, or tried to convince me to install titanium. And I knew titanium was just not for me. I know it sounds like advertising for ceraroot, but really it's an advertising for Nathalie Socque! It doesn't matter if you do titanium, ceraroot, implants or fillings, or anything else. Nathalie is a real master in all of this! And when she was doing my implants she connected special machine to monitor my heart, and she was calming me down and her girls too. They were trying to make me feel like in spa hehe. And they had too add some bone to my gums and all of this. And Nathalie really takes her time to do her job to the best! I don't know how she can stand for such a long time. Anyway, long story shot. All passed very good. And I now have two beautiful white teeth!:) that you can never tell if it's implants or not. It's even better than real teeth :) thank you thank you thank you!!!

I am giving this place a 1 star review because thats the lowest you are able to give. I'd personally give it -5 stars but this is how it goes. I went in for an EMERGENCY on my tooth they gave me options and couldn't treat my tooth right away after a cleaning I "needed" and exrays of my mouth they tell me its gonna be up of 10,000.00$ to fix my teeth. I went to speak with a financial agent if you'd call them that. And when discussing my options it was very unclear on what I was paying for. When i asked if the price was including implants I was told yes and no. For this amount of money I wanted to make sure she understood my question after a few times of repeating myself 3 times like everyone our voice sounds agitated. So they took it as i was being aggressive. Because i left and went to the front staff to request someone to translate for me. I am now being refused to be treated after spending $300+ dollars all because of a miscommunication and someone being super sensitive to tone of voice. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have to take our a financial plan. The staff is nice. The place is clean. But after 3 weeks of waiting to get work done only to be refused is disgusting. These are people who are supposed to care about your health and well being. If feels more like a scam and I wasted my time. -5 stars

Mais à ma grande surprise les filles réceptionniste en avant, m'ont dit qu'elles ne pouvaient pas me les envoyer sans l'autorisation de Nathalie Socqué. Je ne comprends pas que pour une urgence comme la mienne il n'y avait aucune personne ni même une coordinatrice qui pouvait prendre la décision de me les envoyer sans l'autorisation de Nathalie Socqué. J'ai dû attendre jusqu'au lendemain pour les avoir...imaginez si Dr Nathalie Socqué avait été en vacances une semaine...!! Suite à cela ils ont pris la décision de ne plus me traiter ni même traiter mon conjoint, qui n'a absolument rien à voir dans cette histoire... (Original) Cette clinique a un seul but: faire de l’argent en poussant à faire des traitements non nécessaires (Nettoyage profond des racines, greffe de gencive, dents en céramique) Dre Socque a insisté que j’avais besoin de mettre des cerec à la place de mes plombages blancs, quand j’ai refusé d’avoir les cerec en expliquant que je n’avais pas les moyens de payer les traitements dispendieux qu’elle proposait surtout que ces plombages blancs sont récents, je les ai depuis 1 an et demi seulement car j’avais demandé à mon dentiste de changer mes plombages gris en blanc, sa face à changer et m’a transféré à sa gestionnaire qui m’a expliqué d’une façon très maladroite que mon dossier va être transféré à Dre Babaci vu que je n’avais pas $$. Lors de ma première visite avec cette dernière, j’ai vu 5 patients sur les chaises et je me suis dit qu’il y a au moins 2 dentistes, finalement, il n’y a qu’une seule dentiste qui fait son travail médiocre et à la va vite!! Elle n’a ni l’écoute de ses patients, ni les compétences nécessaires pour son job, elle ne voulait même pas prendre le temps de m’expliquer pourquoi je devais refaire ces plombages. Je suis extrêmement déçu de cette clinique, c’est des affairistes qui ne se soucient pas de leurs patients.
