Rochford Family Dental is a fantastic dental office. The staff are very professional, kind, and caring. They go out of their way to ensure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Nantes is an exceptional dentist who takes great pride in her work and listening to her patients wants and needs. She pays attention to the finest details and always gives very detailed explanations in easy to understand language. I have learned so much from her. She is extremely professional and dedicated to ensuring her patients' best interest are always put first; it is not difficult to tell that she loves what she does. As someone who was previously nervous about dental procedures, I can honestly say that Rochford Family Dental has changed how I feel about the dentist and getting procedures done. The staff and Dr. Nantes are so gentle and comforting - something I have never experienced at the dentist before. They always ensure you are comfortable and put at ease. I would 100% recommend RFD and have referred many family members, friends, and colleagues (and will continue to do so again and again). Thank you, RFD, for all that you do for me and all of your patients - I appreciate you so much!

Unfriendly, abusive people, unkind culture. Also, a mean spirited, incredibly rude receptionist. Everyone here speaks to people in a cold, insincere and condescending tone. It is also a very small clinic with long wait times for an appointment. I cannot understand the good reviews here and suspect many of them are illegitimate. You will have your day half-ruined every time you engage with these ugly, uncivilized people, and life is too short for that. EDIT TO RESPONSE: Most people, including myself, have zero issue with any Covid or general health policy. I find it reprehensible and deceitful to justify your abuse of people through disrespectful and unkind tone and manner, and then conflating/hiding behind "Covid policies". What Covid policy states that being passive-aggressive, curt and taking an unfriendly tone on the telephone is necessary? Or taking an authoritarian, unfriendly, aggressive manner upon entry as the new societal norms? Your words on how you want your practice to be is largely immaterial. What matters is action and how you actually treat people. And shame on you for endeavouring to blame others for calling out abuse. Your response speaks volumes and only serves to perpetuate an increasingly ugly, unkind and uncivil society.

I must say that Dr Nantes and her staff are the best Ive ever had. I had to have some dental work to get my mouth back in good shape, I have to admit I had put off the treatment because of prior experiences, and finally after talking to them about my concerns, they eased my mind. They did a fantastic job through the whole process, and after it was done wish I had'nt waited. They really did a great job looking after me, and had absolutely no issues after. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental team, especially if you are afraid to have dental work done.

Having a daughter who is pretty nervous when it comes to dental work, Dr Soloman was great with her and made her feel quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly, easy to talk to and always make you feel comfortable when you are there. Dr Soloman is a great dentist, very patient, does great work and I would highly recommend her.

I suffered a traumatic incident in 2016 in which three of my front teeth were severely damaged. I had been pushed while walking on Queen Street and fell. I didn’t have a regular dentist and hadn’t been to a dentist in many years. I reviewed various websites and liked the sensitive oriented nature of the Rochford Family dental practice. I had what I would describe as poor memories of seeing dentists at a young age (ie, unwelcoming, poor bedside manners, rudeness, aggressive cleanings, etc…). Given the emergency I was very pleased they were able to fit me in quickly. I saw Dr. Lynn Marie Nantes of Rochford Family Dental and she was fantastic. She made me feel at ease, given the very emotional and scared state I was in. She discussed how she could fix my teeth and was up-front and yet reassuring that we could fix my issue. She went above and beyond to ensure that the crowns (color and size) were absolutely perfect. She wanted to give me “back my smile.” One of my teeth had delayed trauma, requiring more specialized assistance of Dr. Darcy MacLellan at MacLellan Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. They acted together to ensure that the extraction and new implant would get my smile back. After healing, I was back to Lynn Marie Nantes for the final work. Losing three teeth is very traumatic – especially front teeth. Lynn Marie of Rochford Family Dental and Darcy of MacLellan Oral Surgery and Dental Implants made me feel at ease and were confident throughout. They went beyond my expectations and I would recommend them without hesitation to keep you smiling.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Nantes is approachable and does an amazing job of explaining the treatment plan. She always asks for my input and takes my concerns seriously. The office is nicely laid out and I felt very comfortable going to this clinic. The staff are very organized and take health protocols seriously. I had to get a dental scan and the equipment they used was very modern and it was amazing to see a digital image of my teeth. Highly recommended!
