Tried to get a r-d-v as a new patient to fix a painful broken tooth. Requires a consultation before the repair can be done. Receptionist seemed annoyed by my problem and didn't reassure me that I would be able to get an appointment right away after the consultation for the repair. When you are in pain, you don't want to wait another two weeks after being told what the problem was! Bad first impression, won't go there!
