Very unorganized. Lack of communication. I was quoted an amount to ask my insurance if they would cover the procedure. I go ahead and get the procedure done. To my surprise, I then was told I had a nearly $500 bill. After my insurance covered part of it. Almost $500 more than what I was quoted. I arranged a payment plan,gave them my card number, thought everything was fine. My card number did not go through their machine. They proceeded to tell me that their must be something wrong with my card. Even went so far as telling me I somehow must have went on my bank account and accidentally froze my card. I wasn't even on my account and I definitely didn't freeze anything. I let them know it might be their machine. Nope. They didn't care, they went and had a creditor harass me even though I had a legally binding agreement in place. They had my card number. It's not my fault if they refuse to fix their machine. After this, I went in and paid them in cash to make sure I received a receipt. A couple months of doing this, one of the secretaries let slip that they recently changed their machine and asked if I wanted to try again with my card Lol.

The dentists are very professional and knowledgeable. They know how to make you at ease and take the time to explain your situation. Extra effort is made to show the big picture. Just so know, there are multiple dentists who practice at this location. On a side note, very clean and a decor which is.... different. And to conclude, some clean toys for toddlers in the waiting room.
