I suffered a traumatic incident in 2016 in which three of my front teeth were severely damaged. I had been pushed while walking on Queen Street and fell. I didn’t have a regular dentist and hadn’t been to a dentist in many years. I saw Dr. Lynn Marie Nantes of Rochford Family Dental and she was fantastic. One of my teeth had delayed trauma, requiring more specialized assistance of Dr. Darcy MacLellan at MacLellan Oral Surgery and Dental Implants. They acted together to ensure that the extraction and new implant would get my smile back. The extraction and implant went well. However I was the small percentage of patients that ended up with a small infection over the implant. Darcy acted swiftly and prescribed appropriate antibiotics to clear up the infection and proceeded to make a number of appointments to ensure all healed well, to ensure I was ready to receive a permanent crown. Darcy and his staff were always very sweet and had good “bedside manners.” Losing three teeth is very traumatic – especially front teeth. Darcy of MacLellan Oral Surgery and Dental Implants made me feel at ease and was confident throughout. He went beyond my expectations and I would recommend him without hesitation to keep you smiling.
