(Translated) If you are looking for a simple courtesy visit, this place is very good. However, if you want to use an orthodontic service, I suggest you go see a real professional. Let me explain. I used the invisaline service for two slightly crooked teeth with a duration of 7 months, which earned me a treatment at a cost of $ 5,500. I must admit that I doubted it would last as long but I had assurances so I decided to proceed. Finally, after only a week, my jaw began to crackle on one side and to that, I had to add that I cut my tongue frequently on the shell. I knew that this crack was not natural to an orthodontic treatment. Every meeting at 3-4 weeks, I talked about it and Dr. Lemay told me that it was normal to the treatment and I kept quiet quickly. After four months, 7 months of treatment, I could barely open my mouth and close my teeth together. I get angry and ask them to check once and for all in detail. Surprised, the imprint of the shell was not made well at the level of the wisdom teeth which made to turn my jaw on the side. After paying such a sum, we would expect them to check that kind of detail. So I had to do a "refiner" that I added, I think, 9 months. So the treatment lasted for a year and a half. Later, my jaw still cracks and of course, when I spoke to Dr. Lemay, he told me he knew what he was doing. I told him that it was probably orthodontics that was the cause and he raised his voice against me and told me that it was clearly something else. Finally, I need to return to the dental center every 5-6 months for a visit that lasts an average of 10 minutes while I have to drive 2 hours. With the "flexible" schedule of Dr. Lemay, this means that, rather than finding a way to accommodate me, like making me see another of their dentist for example, he gives me an appointment 4 months exceeded the initial date I had to consult. I sincerely regret that the satisfaction of a customer was ignored as well. (Original) Si vous cherchez une simple visite de courtoisie, cet endroit est très bien. Cependant, si vous souhaitez utiliser un service d'orthodontie, je vous suggère d'aller voir un vrai professionnel. Laissez-moi expliquer. J'ai utilisé le service invisaline pour deux dents légèrement croches et d'une durée de 7 mois, ce qui m'a valu un traitement d'un coût de 5500$. Je dois avouer que je doutais que cela devait durer aussi longtemps mais j'avais des assurances alors j'ai décidé de procédé. Finalement, au bout de seulement une semaine, ma mâchoire commençait a émettre des craquements d'un côté et à cela, il fallait ajouter que je me coupais fréquemment la langue sur la coquille. Je savais que ce craquement n'était pas naturel à un traitement d'orthodontie. Chaque rencontre aux 3-4 semaines, j'en parlais et le Dr. Lemay me disait que c'était normal au traitement et me taisait rapidement. Au bout de quatre mois, du traitement de 7 mois, j'arrivais à peine à ouvrir ma bouche et à refermer mes dents ensembles. Je m'énerve et leur demande de vérifier une bonne fois pour toute en détail. Surprise, l'empreinte de la coquille n'avait pas été bien faite au niveau des dents de sagesses ce qui faisait en sorte de pivoter ma mâchoire sur le côté. Après avoir déboursé une telle somme, on s'attendrait à ce qu'ils vérifient ce genre de détails. Il fallait donc faire un "refiner" qui m'a rajouté, je crois, 9 mois. Donc le traitement a duré pas loin d'un an et demi. Par la suite, ma mâchoire émet encore des craquements et bien sûr, quand j'en ai parlé au Dr. Lemay, il me disait qu'il savait ce qu'il faisait. Je lui dis que c'était sans doute l'orthodontie qui en est la cause et il a élevé la voix contre moi en me disant que c'était clairement autre chose. Finalement, j'ai besoin de retourner au centre dentaire à tous les 5-6 mois pour une visite qui dure en moyenne 10 minutes alors que je dois faire 2 heures de routes. Avec l'horaire "flexible" du Dr. Lemay, cela fait en sorte que, plutôt de trouver un moyen de m'accommoder, comme me faire voir un autre de leur dentiste par exemple, il me donne un rendez-vous 4 mois dépassé la date initiale que je devais consulter. Je trouves sincèrement dommage que la satisfaction d'un client ait été ignorée ainsi.

I lost a day of work because I couldn't sleep due to extreme tooth pain. I went to this clinic and was assisted right away, they took an X-ray then informed me I needed to take antibiotics for a week before I could get the tooth extracted. I thought this was great since the tooth was going to be removed. I must add that the staff were courteous and kind, i have no problem with how they handled my situation. Very respectful, but. I got a call that same day saying that the tooth extraction won't take place until September the 30th, 3 months away. I was given a week's worth of pain meds, to prepare for the procedure, they help but are no use if I don't have the tooth removed soon. I am now missing another night of sleep and I am forced to travel back to Ontario to see a dentist to have my tooth extracted. I lost a lot of money today for nothing. I am not going to go 3 months with an absessed tooth. I must say this is pretty disappointing and frustrating, waiting 3 months for a 20-30 minute tooth extraction. I am losing pay as well as sleep.
