I really appreciate the front desk staff and the Dental Assistants at the clinic. Everyone is welcoming and provides great service. Dr Helpard did a great job of hearing my son's comments and concerns about his treatment plan and acknowledging his contributions. Today, my son left feeling more confident that when he went in. On the same day, my daughter met Dr Kosmowski for the first time and was happy for having her concerns about the fit of her appliance responded to carefully and for the enthusiasm that was expressed for the movement of her tooth. I cannot say enough great things about Shoreline Orthodontics. My 3 daughters and finally myself have all had braces. The entire staff have been nothing but incredible. Prior to getting braces my one daughter rarely smiled and if she did, she would put something in front of her smile to hide her teeth. Now that the braces are off she has no problem showing her pearly whites. The confidence braces gave her is amazing. Everyone a Shoreline takes the time to get to know you and generally care.

I went back, three years after finishing with my braces (as a mature adult), to have the lower wire re-done. As always, I was made to feel welcome, greeted pleasantly by everyone, and everyone is so good at their jobs - they are knowledgeable and skilled and personable. Patient comfort and understanding of the process is important to them. Everyone seems to be able to do every technical job, and do it well. Small details of comfort and convenience are taken care of automatically. I always liked to go for my appointments, enjoyed this one too.
