Both Lynda and I were pleasantly surprised by our 1st visit to Dr Sarah . The office is ultra modern with state of the art diagnostic equipment . our Dental hygienists were amazing , very professional , cleaned our teeth and checked us over very thoroughly. This is the best dental experience I’ve ever had ! The hygienist was warm and friendly, explained every step of the way and was very considerate of my comfort and needs. Dr Sarah was very easy to talk to and took time to listen to my concerns and respond to each one. The environment was very clean and minimal, and the receptionists were very friendly. I usually dread going to the dentist but not anymore :). I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Our family followed Dr. Sarah from her previous clinic. She has such a way of making you feel at ease while in the chair; an uncommon experience at the dentist (for me). I appreciate that she takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. My most recent hygiene experience was probably the most comfortable I've felt while having my teeth scraped. What used to feel like a punishment instead felt rather routine. Gentle, efficient and professional. Couple all of this with the brand new beautiful office and you've got a recipe for success. I highly recommend this amazing dental team.

From the start of my appointment booking through to walking out the door I cannot express how absolutely professional the process was. But more important the care I received was beyond expectations. I followed Dr. Sarah Reynhoudt from her previous location as she has been the best dentist I've had. I find her to be very direct and honest with her assessments, while not requesting unnecessary treatments for the sake of billing. The new office looks absolutely amazing, with a clean look that doesn't feel sterile or dull. I admit I'm looking forward to my return visit when the exterior is finished. Went in today for a set of appointments with the family. Intially greated by some great receptionist's that helped us right away and didn't leave us hanging or sitting around before being whisked off to the back for our cleanings. Our son saw Dr. Sarah and her lovely assistant Richelle and while they found evidence of some "Sugar Bugs" aka a cavity that will need to be addressed. They kept him engaged and entertained during his checkup and he can't wait to head back to have his "Sugar Bug" removed to the point he asked if he could go back tomorrow. Will definatly recommend Island Roots to all my friends and family and expect us to be long time clients with the treatment we recieved today.
