Beyond Beautiful Smiles is amazing! I have never been to a dentist and left feeling so happy before. They listened to all my needs and were professional and kind. They were compassionate towards me and didn’t make me feel like my needs and concerns weren’t valid. Dr. Tang is wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this dentist for all your dental needs. Especially if you have worries or are scared of dentists.

I don't like dentists. I have extremely sensitive teeth. Dentists=pain. I told my hygienist upon my arrival that neither one of us was going to have fun. She offered to apply a desensitizer on my teeth before we started and for the first time EVER I had no pain during a cleaning. My hygienist was polite, knowledgeable, and I wish I'd been going here sooner. Thanks BBS, this was the best dental experience I've ever had!!!

Have been going there since my old office shut down for nearly a year due to covid. Beyond Beautiful Smiles was open and ready to serve clients. The front desk Staff have always been friendly and inviting, started bringing my young children there now too. The kids aren’t scared of the dentist, it’s family friendly and all around a great office. My hygienist Tracy is respectful and great! I highly recommend Beyond Beautiful Smiles, there might be a longer wait time to get in for an appt, but it’s so worth the wait. Book now!!!!

This is the best place for dentistry! Dr. Dietrich cured my dental anxiety and I now don't have to take any meds for work. She's so great! Dr. Seebach is also amazing. Their entire staff is super friendly and courteous. They are also great with little kids. My 5 year old wants to go have his teeth cleaned. I can not rave this place enough!

By far the best dental office I have ever experienced, all of the staff are highly educated and well versed in all parts of dentistry. I will be recommending this office for years. I’ve had cleanings and braces and much more done from extractions to almost everything. If you are struggling to find a dentist this place is worth the travel and rates are affordable. I’m so happy and pleased to have had the experience to find this place.

I needed to get in right away and I was accomadated. I went in with a concern about a tooth pain and it turns out it was from my sinus inflammation. They did an xray and checked it all out in a matter of 20 minutes and I was done. Very efficient , kind , and never did unnecessary work. Thank you Beatiful Smiles.

Terry went above and beyond the call of duty to help me understand my insurance coverage. She acted as a liaison to assist me. I highly recommend this business. Also, they go by the fee standards and schedules. A place in Courtenay was going to charge me over $1000 more for the same exact service! We are looking at moving our entire family over to this location. The 45 minute drive to Campbell River is more than worth it. The entire staff is also extremely sensitive to those people with dental anxiety due. Thank you all for everything!

Just wanted to drop you a note to say how unbelievably awesome your team is. I was, honestly, blown away by the whole experience. 1. Emailed you Monday 2. Appointment booked for Wednesday and confirmed via text Monday (WOW!) 3. A phone call letting me know the doc was ahead of schedule (WHHHHAAATTT??? Lol) and I could come early if I wanted 4. Showed up, COVID form waiting and was shown directly to the OP room – didn’t even sit down. AWESOME 5. Rinse, rinse, peek a boo. Plan made in about 5 secs 6. Booked appt for Sat and out the door. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with a dental office. Absolutely amazing…

As someone who in the past has not been a fan of going to the dentist, I highly recommend beyond beautiful smiles! From booking appointments to the dental hygienist and dentist they really offer a five star worthy service. Also the ocean view is great!

If I could review less than 1 star I would. The service and work my husband had done on his teeth was horrible with his last appointment being in July. They did not finish the work we had agreed to have done in the first appointment, and did not explain that he would need a second appointment to have it finished. He came home afterwards and was not asked to have a second appointment made. I had to call and ask what exactly they had done and to have another appointment made. When I picked him up from the second appointment the dentist had finished the work agreed upon but decided to fix an extra tooth, costing us more than we had agreed to pay. Fast forward 4 months and part of the tooth that was filled in fell apart. Fast forward another 8 months and we just got him to a different dentist... it turns out he has had an infection since they filled in the tooth that fell apart and its infected his jaw and needs to have that tooth pulled. We are not happy at all.
