Ah, finally a dentist who wears magnifiers in Cambridge. The office is accommodating and the dentist and assistant do a great job. Don't be fooled by the one dentist's young age. He is competent, diligent, and thorough.

The dental hygienist is the best I have ever had, and i have been going to dentists for 45years. She is gentle and thorough. The dentist is good as well, always asks if you are doing ok. My husband who was not a patient at the time, had an infected tooth, they squeezed him in and then did the root canal. Very accommodating. One of the better dental offices I have been to

I was there so afraid...because that was my first time using anesthesia so WOW!!! That was so fast no pain. People is very friendly and confident and the doctor has a vast experience. Thanks everyone there, that was a very good experience. I strongly recommend this place.

We went to Westgate Dental to have a consult on my 4 year old. They had him open his mouth in the waiting room only and claimed all 4 molars had cavities but they would check better once he was out. We booked an appointment and shortly after received an estimate claiming he had 11 cavities and needed 4 root canals. All this without an actual exam in the chair done by them. The x-rays done at the previous dental office done 2 weeks before showed only the main concern we were there for. We received a 2nd opinion and aside from the issue we expressed, there was NO other cavities. It's disgusting to see a business we want to trust with our children's wellbeing can be so deceitful and put a child through so much pain just for the payoff. We will not be returning and will be sure to advise others against going.

Excellent service! I didn't even feel any pain when my teeth was being cleaned and scaled. At other places, the pain was unbearable. I highly recommend. My kids and I come here and they treat the kids with so much respect and kindness. They really helped my eldest daughter with her problems!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I have switched dental offices. The receptionist "Liz" needs to take a course in customer service. The office listed my 7 year old as the primary benefit holder which is obvioisly not the case and she told me that I had to pay over $500 out of pocket to cover my children's bill. Her words " I have been doing this job for X years and I know what I'm doing ok". (That's some great customer service right there!) After 6 calls back and fourth with insurance and the dental office they finally figured out the issue that they had input the info wrong. I guess you didn't know what you were doing after all! Fast forward a couple of months and I go to get a cleaning done on my teeth. I am told there is a balance owing from last March for $145. This is the first I heard of it. At my son's cleaning they did "extra scaling" which they never told me about and it was not covered. That was a surprise to me considering we have never been charged extra for cleanings. Ever! Liz tells me they have sent out bills for this and I got more than one bill for it. Actually no I didn't get a bill for this and thanks for telling me what I did or did not recieve. She then tells me that that balance needs to be paid within a week since it has been outstanding and pay it before I attend my next appointment in less than a week later. Is this woman for real? Why wasn't I made aware of this initally when he had the appointment or when they called to set up more appointments? Or even when we were going back and fourth with the first issue when they had the insurance info incorrect? I'm not happy with this at all I am not one to leave a bad review but I can't believe how rude this woman is. I would like to speak with the owner of the dental office. ????

As a patient of westgate dental, i had a small procedure. They took me in right away, dr. Kodali was very friendly and did a great job. Id reccomend going to see him. Friendly staff and had a good experience.

This is absolutely the worst dental office to go to. I had to get a cavity filled last year (while I was pregnant) and they obviously didn't do a good job because three months later my filling and half my tooth fell out. oh and did I mention the dentist tried to convince me to get an X-ray done while I was 5 months pregnant. Then I had to wait until my baby was born to get a root canal done and that was the absolute worst experience of my life. The total procedure took over 4 hours to do and the entire time I was in pain and extremely uncomfortable and they didn't seem to care about my well being at all. Not only that but when the dentist was cleaning out my root with the drill the tip of the drill broke off and got stuck and its still there in my root to this day. Also I paid for this procedure out of my pocket plus I also payed for X-rays to be done. They also claimed that I had 7 really bad cavities and I needed to get them fixed asap. Well I went to St. Andrews Dental to get a second opinion and they had tried to get my X-rays from Westgate to prevent me from getting more done and having to pay for them, and Westgate lied and told them I didn't get X-rays done meanwhile I have the almost $300 bill to prove it. Anyways St. Andrews Dental office is way better! They made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time and they were definitely more professional. Never go to Westgate Dental!!

Westgate dental is a bunch of lying thieves that should loose their license to practice... The dodgy dentist told me I had 6 cavities without even touching my teeth... I went for a second opinion at St Andrews Dental... I had two not quite cavities... the REAL dentist there just sandblasted them and capped them no freezing or drilling it cost under 200 bucks and I was on my way.... Westgate dental should be shut down by the better business bureau.

I brought my 4 year old in for a consult as he had 2 visible cavities. Once I arrived they claimed I had the wrong date. Not true as I wrote it down while on the phone in my planner. They agreed to see him as we were already there. 3 seconds in the chair and they claimed he had 3 Cavities. No explorer used just a mirror. They were eager to book for fillings even though the dentist had not told the secretary what needed to be done. I asked for a quote as we have no insurance. They claimed he had 3 OL cavities which means 2 surfaces. Interesting as no explorer or X-rays done. Between the fillings and gas $1000. I took him for a second opinion as they looked like AL fillings to me. One surface. Sure enough they are AL fillings and the new cost is $360 for all 3. Scam artists want to drill the hell out of my babies teeth to make a buck. Check out dentist art on Elgin. Honest people who aren't looking to get rich off little kids. Makes me sick! I canceled the appt and told them why! Disgusting!

It was a very good experience, also very informational. All my questions were answered, either what they were doing or how to help my oral health. They showed me how to improve on my flossing. Also they work fast, with amazing results. Everyone is very friendly.

I was at this dental office yesterday. It's my first time here. I had a cleaning done. Frist time the dentist did the cleaning. I was so impressed . My teeth have never been cleaner. I've been to many different dentists in my life and this place is the very best. Even my husband likes this place. I totally recommend this dental office to everyone.
