We went there with high hopes but saw challenge at each step. Majority of our insurance was used for cleaning. On our appointment day we were just asked to either pay cash cad 100 for laughing gas or go back home with no treatment for our 5 year old daughter. This was the most unprofessional place. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They just book the appointment and don't honour it and are greedy. Not worth. Reply to you- First of all the treatment was all done within permitted permission limit. We moved to your location since going back to Brampton always was not possible. We gave all insurance details before starting any treatment with you. We were very clear from day 1 what all treatment or pains we have in our tooth. We have visited thrice based on whatever was recommended by your office. Laughing gas was an option which we were forced to and we never were comfortable. However your doctor was not comfortable. Since we had limited funds left in insurance and after all discussions your office booked us for tooth filling for my daughter which was scheduled today. It was clear communication from both side that your doctor will be doing without laughing gas since it was going outside the insurance coverage. Your office gave us appointment after all these discussions. Today when we were outside your office we were abruptly and rudely told that the doctor is not comfortable and hence you either pay for laughing gas or she refused todays appointment. We were not even given any chance to talk over to doctor or even informed well in advance that this appointment stands cancelled. You cannot abruptly cancel an appointment without talking to or explaining a customer when the customer is standing outside in cold weather with their 5 year old daughter. This appointment was booked by your office after all discussion and having all insurance details. There is no intention to defame anyone but if you are not attended properly and a patient is returned abruptly after showing up at appointment time, it is a sad situation. Moreover there was no talk about any specialist for my daughter for her tooth filling. That is why all these appointments were booked so that she can get the required within permitted insurance limits. I generally don't write reviews so often but when it is really hurting and unprofessional and if it is the question of your child you are bound to react. Imagine yourself in my shoe, rush from all places, plan your day, prepare your child mentally and stand outside in cold with her in your lap and then someone abruptly comes and say that your appointment is cancelled except if you agree to pay for laughing gas. You cannot blame a customer for all the mess up and miscommunication and arrogance. I am sorry to see that instead of saying sorry for all these mess and cancelling appointment after we are there, you are pointing finger on customer and giving weird explanations and accusing me of fraud. I am not claiming anything from insurance directly and my duty is just to give my insurance details and tell the treatment required. Claiming insurance is your office job. I would have appreciated if you would have apologized and sorted the things for future to leave a good customer experience.

I had my first appointment here Monday Nov. 19/18. It was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in with a lovely greeting from Jodie the Receptionist who made you feel welcome to an office that is nicely decorated feeling less like a typical sterile dental office. The hygienist was very patient, thorough and made you completely comfortable. My mouth felt great after her cleaning and I left without a headache which has been the norm from my previous dental office. When Dr. Mahendra came in she was professional and informed me of everything that was happening with my dental issues. I learned things from her that previous dentists have never informed me of. To me it was all about the patient and being knowledgeable about "your" dental health. Excellent service from all staff. All in all a 5 Star rating. I have future appointments already booked. Hoping the next visit rates another 5 Stars!

King Street Dentistry is a great place to go from the friendly welcome of receptionist to the Denta Hygienist and the Dr herself. I have come all the way from Australia. The Dental Hygienist Laidee ( don't remember spelling of your beautiful name) was very gentle and explained the procedure. She supported the process with great numbing stuff and checked with me often to see if I was ok. I even got to watch Bondi Vet while it all happened. This made it less painful too but it wasn't actually painful at all. Thank you to the wonderful staff at King Street Denistry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Meetu Mahendra since she opened her practice, King Street Dentistry in Cambridge. I had been with my previous dentist for more than 30 years, but was beginning to have some concerns about my care. At my family’s urging, I decided to try someone different. I have been very impressed with the care and attention I have received from Dr. Mahendra and her staff. Her's is a small practice. Her staff know how to schedule patients so that I never have to wait, yet never feel that I am being rushed. Dr. Mahendra listens carefully and answers my questions in an honest and direct manner. She has addressed concerns that my previous dentist said were not worth dealing with or could not be fixed. She provides practical options for me and I never feel that I am being pushed into a procedure I am not comfortable with. The most important point is that my dental health has never been better. I have complete confidence in Dr. Mahendra. I am so pleased that I made the change to become part of her practice.

I was greeted and the appropriate measures were taken due to COVID. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They took their time to help ease my anxiety and explain everything. I had broken a tooth and was in desperate need of a dentist. I noticed King Street Dentistry because I shop at No Frills. So I decided to give them a call. They were able to see me that same day and the doc was able to extract the root of the tooth I had broken. She was kind and reassuring making me feel relaxed as she talked me through every step she was taking so that I knew what was coming next and what I should be feeling. I haven't always taken the best care of my teeth and was embarrassed to let the doctor see. But she made me feel like I was in good caring hands and that we would work together to get my dental hygiene back up to par. My visits with her have been the absolute best experience I have ever had in a dental chair. 5 stars would recommend her to everyone!

I've been looking for a dentist for a while now since moving to Cambridge many years ago. My parents suggested this place as I'm still a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. The office staff are pleasant and the dentist, Dr Mahendra, is amazing. She makes sure that there's no pain during the dental procedures and will find ways to make the visit free of dental fear.
