All the staff at Franklin Dental are friendly and welcoming. They have a way of putting you at ease during a sometimes difficult experience. Dr Samra removed my sons wisdom teeth with absolutely no bruising and very little pain.

I would say this is a great experience. If you hate the dentist these guys will change your mind. I used to hate the dentist (before I started coming here) because of such bad experiences that I had previously, with other offices. The staff, Tammy, Rose and Dr. Rulla attended to my needs and were very patient with me. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and plan my visits 6 months in advance.

Worst clinic ever, I don't recommend this place. A.week ago.I book appointment with Dr Rula Abdei-Kaden to glue back a loose bridge . I ask her to apply good cement to last long.The cheap.material.she apply make my bridge loose After not even a week. When I came back she want to charge again to apply the same cheap.material.When I refuse to pay again she apply a even worse material.that last for a day. She told she was doing a favor to me ..No professional.ethics, just want to rip you off. I will never came back and I don't recommend anybody to go there

The dentists are exceptional, the assistants and hygienists are very friendly and the location is quite clean and welcoming! Their prices are also fair because they are in alignment with the fees set by the dental association.

I did not know about Dr. Samra until I noticed his office in Cambridge when I was in the plaza where his office is for something else. I decided to go in and inquire about getting implants. I had been looking at other dentists in the area, but never had a good feeling about what they were telling me. I can honestly say when I had my first consultation with Dr. Samra, he took his time to explain in detail with examples and pictures what I needed to have done. My first appointment I had 12 teeth removed. I thought he was still working on the first tooth when he told me all 12 had been removed. Right then and there he had my trust. His professionalism and knowledge amazed me. The whole process took about a year including surgery. The detail, care and concern he gave me was second to none. Dr. Samra has changed my life. I didn't realize how important my teeth were until I saw my final smile in the mirror. He has given me back my confidence to speak clearly without having my hand in front of my mouth to hide my teeth. I have 4 implants on the bottom and a permanent plate that fits onto them that must be thoroughly cleaned daily, something I never thought was possible. He also fitted me with a top denture that looks exactly like the teeth I had years ago and when I wear it I forget I even have it in. I can eat and chew anything I want. I would recommend Dr. Samra to anyone who is looking to have teeth removed, implants, dentures etc. I can't say enough wonderful things about his professionalism, attention to detail, confidence in his work, personality etc. I would also like to mention his staff that work with him, Sonia and Amanda. They are also professional and caring from scheduling appointments to working with Dr. Samra to make sure I had the best care possible. Thank you Dr. Samra

Dr.Samra did an excellent job on my wisdom teeth removal surgery. I was really scared at first but the people working there made me very comfortable and prepared me well for the surgery. The surgery went extremely smoothly and the healing process after was super fast. The pain management was excellent and no side effects, that you commonly hear about with wisdom teeth removal, happened at all. I highly recommend this dentist and his clinic to everyone.

The staff are all amazing. Everyone is so kind and work so hard to make sure you feel comfortable. They are particularly good if you have anxiety. My child and I are quite nervous about going to the dentist and we were put at ease right away and everything was so easy.

My experience was amazing! It was my first time meeting the team and they are so welcoming and polite! I do have a fear of the dentist and my past experiences have not been the best but they made me feel so comfortable and scare free! It’s very clean and well organized! All in all, it was an amazing experience ! And I’m not even nervous for my second visit! Thank you guys ! By the way the hygienist Rose, is the sweetest person I’ve met!! I love her!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years. I knew I needed extensive work done and I was nervous about how little I knew about pricing, and what to prioritize. Right from the beginning everyone at Franklin Dental welcomed me and valued me as an individual. They each took the time to educate me about literally every part of the process before I had ever committed to anything. I have been so impressed with the professionalism I've experienced and decided to finally write a review after visiting every couple weeks all summer. We have almost completed a full treatment plan (root canal, many fillings and a full cleaning) everything has been perfect. I am so thankful for all the care and hard work that this office has put in for me. If you are looking for a new place to help you look after your teeth then this is the place. Thanks again!

This is by far the worst dentist in cambridge, horrible service, horrible reception , unwilling to help patient after surgery. Will never be back, will highly recommend any other dental facility. Poorly run facility

Amazing quality and friendly staff!! 4th dentist I've been to, within the 2 years I've been going I have had 4 wisdom teeth removed, cleanings, cavitities filled, and a root canal and the quality is impecable. After any surgery I have went to work the next day-no bruises no swelling. Very fast and the ladies that work there are the nicest friendliest staff I've ever met! Cannot reccomend him and his practice enough!! (By the way they didn't tell me to say that) 5 out of 5 for sure and will go back forever :)

Dr Samra was very rude. The waiting time is so long. I waited for an hour and half until they finally said they rescheduled my appointment. This has happened 3 times so far. I'm not going back

The best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Samra is amazing and knowledgeable, and explains every step while he does it. His hygienist, Rose, was so good during my cleaning! She took her time and made sure everything was 100% before letting me go. I usually bleed a lot during cleanings and leave with gum pain, but I was feeling fine after and had no pain! Cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a great place to do detal work. They are great at what they do. Very honest, helpfull and bend backwards to do what is best for you the customer. I don't have insurance but they still gave my family and my self mazing service for a great price. Very happy :-))

I can't say enough about Franklin dental! The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable! As someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist this office has been a life changer for me! Dr. Samra is an amazing dentist and the other staff in the building are phenomenal as well! My daughter took a bad fall and needed emergency work to fix her mouth and the care we received was more than we expect. I would recommend Dr. Samra and his staff to everyone! Hands down the BEST dentist office!

For everything they did compared to the rest of the rushing non professionals locally, they get a 5-star rating forever and always. My family has been going here for over 5 years and we love them!! If it wasn’t for Rose though we wouldn’t be so willing to come back all the time lol She is amazing with the kids and genuinely cares and asks how you’re doing. We also love Sonia, she is awesome with the kids too! I have had fillings and even all 4 wisdom teeth taken out with them and no issues at all. They have patients for life with us lol

I can not say enough good things about Franklin dental! I went in for a consultation to fix my teeth and also inquire about partial dentures. Both Doctors were very nice and take the time to explain all treatment options available. Dr.Raouf is very caring and made sure I was comfortable threw the filling procedure and she always explains what she is doing. Dr.Samra went the extra mile to make sure my denture fit and looked like my natural teeth! His attention to detail and his caring ways allowed me to be able to smile in confidence again! Experience was alright, but could have been great. After reading and obtaining some knowledge on the process, i feel i was not apart of the process and got made something i dont like and now stuck with itfor the rest of my life, unless i want to pay more. If you pay $2000 youd think it would be something you would have a say in the process. To pay that much for something you dont like is not right or just.

I want to start off by saying that my visit to Franklin Dental was the most professional and impressive experience I've had at a dental office. I had been suffering with an extremely terrible tooth ache and was referred to Franklin Dental by a very close friend of mine. I called them and told them the nature of my tooth pain, and they said if I am available I should come in ASAP. I was so shocked considering I spent 2 days calling other dental offices and getting told they did not have any availability. I got to the clinic and was greeted by the friendly staff. They're demeanor just put me in such a positive state of mind, I couldn't help but smile. Dr. Raouf came out quickly and greeted me with much attention and concern. She was so friendly and empathetic to my pain. I knew I was in good hands. She examined my tooth and prepared for a tooth extraction. Dr. Raouf and her assistant talked to me the whole time guiding me through the pain until it was all over. I was so blown away that I was able to come in just like that and have an emergency extraction done. Dr. Raouf wrote me a prescription for pain medicine and gave me a few painkiller to ease the pain right after. All the staff wished me well and Dr. Raouf was so kind and told me to come back for regular checkups which, I always look forward to. I am so grateful for her fitting me in to her schedule that day. Thank you all so much for being so amazing and continuing to be great.
