I am very happy with this office. The environment is clean and welcoming and the staff are a great team of professionals. My daughter developed a bit of a fear of the dentist chair from a prior bad experience at a different practice. Dr. Asi and his team have been so very kind and capable that I can see her fear melting away. He preformed some extractions on her to address overcrowding and it was handled so delicately and professionally that she had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this office! Brought my kids here and it was an amazing experience! Right from the start we were greeted by our hygienist Sharon and Mervat at the front desk with open arms. The office is beautiful and very open so we felt comfortable. Sharon did an amazing job on my boys and was very thorough explaining what she was doing and what they needed to do to keep their teeth tip top! They did not rush us out and went above and beyond. My checkup and cleaning and follow up visit to get two fillings were 5⭐️. I am nervous when receiving freezing with needles but the team here made me feel really safe and comfortable and everything went great! Everyone was very friendly and very calm and reassuring. I’m terrified of the dentist chair. Unfortunately, with being pregnant, teeth cleanings are very necessary. I booked an appointment with Dentistry on Jamieson. The Saturday before my Monday appointment they called me for a reminder, much appreciated. When I showed up to my appointments the receptionist was very personable and welcoming. The lady doing my cleaning was gentle and understanding. I had a lot of gunk that needed to be removed and she was patient yet precise both days. She gave me great advice on proper personal cleaning and recommendations for after the baby is born. I highly recommend this dental facility. Looking to stay with them long term. Thanks for a great experience and reliving me of some fear.

My experience with Dr. Sanya Arora, the hygienist team, and the reception team has been excellent. Dr. Arora is incredibly personal, kind, accommodating and does great work. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome while also making sure you understand the options you have in terms of dental work. She cares deeply about her patients, and it shows. The hygienists and receptionists are also all very kind and good at their jobs, ensuring you're comfortable and everything is in order with efficiency. It's a truism that going to the dentist can be one of life's most stressful, dreadful experiences, which is why I avoided going for years. But my experience here was light and fun and professional. And was motivated by good rates - the overhead is low where they are so they can pass on the savings. I've just signed up for my third visit to have a long overdue procedure they made affordable. The dentist did 95% of the work which is unusual. My last dental experience was to have literally just 2.5 minutes of the dentist's time.

Great service overall. The hygienist was super gentle , efficient and patient (newly joined the team) and Dr. Annu was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a person who hates dentists and it could take me 2 years to come back but my exprience has been great so far and i'm coming back for fillings and stuff. She explained to me the options needed for my teeth and was very honest about what's urgent / worth it now from what's not so no pressure really which is a very ethical practice that builds trust with the patient. Receptionist was very helpul and communicates through email / phone and text. I was able to fill out the forms ahead of time prior and save time at my appointment. For someone who has been had a LOT of cavities his life I've seen and been seen by alot of dentists , and Dr. Asi is definitely the best I've ever had doing work on my teeth he was vary honest with me about what he was doing and what was needed to be done and I never felt any pain at all the staff all were very helpful and nice I definitely would recommend Dentistry on Jamieson to any new or just looking for an honest dentist to do or have work done on there teeth . I was always happy with their services until my last visit. On the day of my visit they cancelled at the appointment time because the Dentist had been involved in a car accident. I was understanding of the situation and rescheduled the following week. The day before the appointment the office called and changed my time twice, from 9 to 9:15 and back to 9. I showed up 10 minutes late and they told me my appointment was cancelled because I was late. After I protested they backed off and said because I was there with my daughter they could squeeze me in. I’m very disappointed in the approach and behaviour of the staff regarding this. I will be leaving this office for another dentist.

Dentistry on Jamieson is a highly professional place. Not only is it conveniently located, the staff and appearance of the facility is very well kept. I went there to get my teeth looked as, as I was experiencing pain from chewing. The staff was very friendly and was able to take me as a same day walk-In appointment. I met with Dr. Asi, who walked me through what he was doing and what any potential issues I could be dealing with be. After running through tests he explained, the pain was due to a cavity. They managed to get me an appointment, during the weekday, after work hours. The procedure was fast and had no pain associated with it. TL;DR Cleanliness 5/5 Location 5/5 Professionalism 5/5

This clinic finds good people who treat their patients well. My relationship with this clinic started when I had a unique circumstance I wanted help with. There is rotating dentists but I have not had a bad experience with any of the ones I have seen. They do a good job explaining procedures, risks, preventative maint. measures I can take and if something they are advising will cost money they will check benefits coverage so you can make an informed decision or discuss some varied solutions if its going to be an out of pocket expense.

Dr. Asi is by far the best dentist I have ever seen!!! I am a terrible patient. I'm so sensitive and don't freeze well. I'm also jumpy. He and his staff are so friendly and patient with me!! His work is incredible! My kids even enjoy going to see him. I just recently broke off my front tooth, which happened to be a 23 year old crown. What was left wasn't enough to replace with a crown. My options didn't sound good. Dr. Asi went above and beyond and built me a new tooth!! It even looks better than the previous crown. I am beyond amazed! I went in freaked out as usual and expected it to be very painful, as the first time was. Other than the needles it was great.
