DR. JAUHAL IS THE DENTIST THAT MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING BACK TO THE DENTIST ABOUT 15 YEARS AGO AT HIS MISSISSAUGA PROACTICE WHEN WE LIVED THERE. I'VE HAD SEVERAL ROOT CANALS AND NEVER REALLY FELT ANY DISCOMFORT. WHEN WE MOVED TO CAMBRIDGE, I WAS THE FIRST PATIENT AT HIS NEW PRACTICE THERE. WE NOW LIVE IN PARIS, ONTARIO AND STILL GO TO HIS PRACTICE. DR. THOMAS, HIS ASSOCIATE, IS ALSO GREAT AS ARE ALL THE SUPPORT STAFF. OUR KIDS AND GRANDKIDS GO THERE TOO.

My Little Boy was petrified of the dentist, we went through 5 different dentists until we were recommended to dentistry on Elgin. The receptionist Elisabeth is the first and last face you see and she's simply an amazing person! Doctor Thomas has a knack with children that puts them at ease, he is by far the best dentist I've ever had work done by. He deserves an award!

Dentistry on Elgin, 970 Franklin Blvd Unit #4 cambridge, Ontario I've tried to submit this form twice now and when I try and cut & paste my comments, the window gets closed. This is obviously a way to prevent people from commenting on your dentists. here I go again. 1. I was scheduled to see Dr Tony Jauhal at 9am today. I instead say Dr. Liu Yudong with no explanation as to why Dr Tony wasn't able to see me. The receipt clearly states Dr. Jauhal for the cleaning and Dr. Liu for the examination 2. The assistant, Luis made an off handed racist comment. He jokingly stated that because his friend went to Markham this weekend, he wouldn't want him in his house because Markham has a high asian population (his words not mine). 3. The xray assistant told me to bite down on a piece of plastic which is the guard to help take the xrays. I told her by biting down it would be pressing into my gums and I've never had a device like this in all the other xrays that I've had at the dentist. She said "well there's nothing we can do about that, you just have to grin and bear it". I tried to tell her again that I can't do it because if i bite down, the plastic will PRESS INTO MY GUMS". She said that this specific xray takes the root of the tooth which is why she needs to use the plastic guard. After the third time explaining to her that if I bite down, it will cause my gums to bleed, she removed the plastic part and tried to use a foam attachment instead. This worked apparently so partly solved. 4. After checking out, I was asked to fill in a form to release my former dentist's x-rays. Looking at the form I noticed my name was spelled incorrectly. The receptionist apologized and asked the correct spelling of my name. I scribbled out her original spelling on the form and wrote my name properly. When i got home, i looked at the receipt and realized she spelled it incorrectly on the receipt. I emailed her and told her to correct it and send me a copy. 5. She proceeded to leave me a voice mail and email message explaining that since the form was already submitted, she couldn't change it. After calling back, I spoke to her manager and she agreed to call the insurance company to get their error corrected. As of this moment, i'm waiting to hear back from her. As I was hanging up the phone i heard her say "Oh my ..." the last word I can only guess was the word God. She was cursing me for pointing out her receptionist's mistake! That sealed the deal for me. Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

They charge me extra dollors in hundreds.I final with them and ask them that my bill is final and the lady ask me you can pay in instalment.I told her I will pay in Total its Ok and I npaid 367 dollors and the remaining paid by my insurance.After 4 months later she phone me back and ask to pay the remaining balance which is $154.81.I told her that we final that. I paid that money as well via phone and ask her that lady you can charge my credit card for $1000 if want ,because you need money.They are cheater what they did with me,I don't mind money but they are liar and completely fraud.I will never recommend them to any one,I am really fraustated . This is my first time in my entire life to see this kind of people.Swear to GOD they cheat me and charge that $ 154 extra for nothing

Dentistry on Elgin is by far the best Dentistry I've been to! The staff is so friendly and will make you feel at ease! One of the workers that will go out of their way to be sure that you're comfortable is Hina Qureshi! She is literally the nicest person I've ever met and i would recommend all of y'all to go to her! Other than that, they have great deals and promotions! I got my teeth whitened from Hina recently and she made my teeth shine bright like a diamond! WOW. I'm so happy I made the switch from my previous dentist to Dr. Jauhal. No more tears! (Yeah, I'm a baby). I'm not a big fan of the dentist (never have been, never will), but finally things just got to be too much with my previous dentist and I knew it was time for a switch. Everything about my first experience with Dr. Jauhal was great. Booking my appointment was so easy & the staff were friendly. I didn't have to wait when I got to the appointment, the hygienist was lovely (we had so much in common!) I got to watch TV &Dr. Jauhal was phenomenal! Since this was my first appointment, it was 2 hours but all the time felt like it was well spent. Dr. Jauhal & his staff obviously care a lot about their patients & were very concerned about my comfort (again, I'm a baby). Dr. Jauhal was extremely thorough, & explained everything he was doing - he even took pics of my teeth with a teeny tiny camera on a stick, and showed me all the problem areas. Being there reminded me of what going to the dentist should be like - great customer service, thorough cleanings & good advice - all while watching the comforting distraction of TV!

Very professional, timely and super friendly. My husband and I went in for a checkup and cleaning and it was an excellent experience. We took turns going in for the cleaning as we had our baby with us which the friendly receptionists gave a toy to so she could distract herself. The check up room had TVs and I was asked if I wanted to change to another channel as they did the cleaning. Overall, really great and I am very happy with the service.

Was there for the first time last week for tooth pain. Staff and dentist were very nice and helpful told them I had had a very bad experiences with a previous dentist so they were very good about keeping me calm and pain free . I had my second apt today all staff and dentist were great he mada me feel very comfortable with what was to be done today readdressed pain management unfortunately my tooth could not be saved so he had to take it out I didn’t feel anything at all . I have found my forever dentist. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and I can’t say enough about how happy I am . I would recommend the practice and give more then 5 stars if google let me.

2nd Review - Dad (me) got some substantial work done on tooth: Legitimate review, guys leave your dentist and look no further. Dr Thomas is epic! No words to explain his expertise and kindness. Only dentist I've been to where I didn't feel the freezing needle (part of a visit where I dread). This man takes his time but still gets the job quick with extreme precision and effectiveness. He does so with providing education along the way. And they have Netflix while the works being done, what!?!?. Same gratitude goes for the staff there. Thanks everyone for the great experiences! 1st Review - Initial visit with my son: Dr Thomas and his staff are one of a kind. Been to many dental offices and have not experienced this calibre of efficiency, customer service and accommodation. I was extremely nervous about my 5 year old's filling, but Dr Thomas put it all at ease. He was absolutely great with my son as well with the work that was done. Well worth the commute to get there, thank you Dr Thomas and staff!

This group is OUTSTANDING, I came in from word of mouth from a co worker, Needed alot of work as I had not had insurance for years. Terrified after my 1st visit, didn"t want to come back.. My family and I have been coming to this dental office for the past few years. We were initially hesitant on coming in from our long standing dentist in Guelph, but we wanted to have one in our city. Our concerns were not validated as we were greeted by a very friendly staff at the desk all the way through the dental assistants, hygienist and dentist. Made us feel welcome and very personable. We have referred friends to this place and they have been extremely happy as well. Very accommodating with submitting to our insurance plan and then waiting to call us at a later date for what was not covered and work with us on paying the bill. Do not hesitate to come in, you will not be disappointed. They do a fairly thorough job and do not have you leaving with a mouth full of pain. Take the time to explain to you what is going on and what we should be doing to help ourselves. Thanks for providing such a great service.

Have been with them a few years now, doctors and receptionist know me by name and genuinely care. This is a great dentist to go to it if you do not like going to the dentis. They take their time and make sure you're comfortable, and they do not rush you in and out, they take there time and make sure you are satisfied. I have recently moved 12 hours away from this location but I don't plan on changing dentists because of the care they provide.

Amazing. Like a breath of fresh air. Finally a good honest dentist! I had my sons teeth checked and was told he needed $1000 worth of work. Came here for a second opinion $360. They work so well for us with no benefits. They truly want what is best for the kids and now I've switched all 4 of my kids here. Elizabeth the Office Manager, the Front Office Team and Dr Thomas have a way of making going to the dentist ... a positive experience...combining friendly customer service with professionalism. I originally went....then my wife joined me ...and now my adult daughter has switched over based on how well they treat everyone and how they take care of you from the minute you walk in the door. Not getting that same feeling from your existing dental office...call and ask for Elizabeth and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I can't recommend Dentistry on Elgin enough! When I called to book my appointment, the receptionist was very professional and kind when providing information and also during the screening process. Once I arrived, I was screened again and had doors always opened for me for safety precautions which made me feel really confident in my choice with choosing this dental office. I had a few fillings done, which were done fairly quickly and were not painful which was my biggest concern but I was walked through the entire process so nothing took me by surprise and the dental assistant who was assisting with my filling was so kind, sweet and caring! I would highly recommend Dentistry on Elgin to anyone who is looking for a clean, professional environment with caring employees.

My hygienist Hina was great to work with and did a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Given the glowing reviews of this place, my wife and I were excited to try them out after recently moving to Cambridge. Unfortunately, our attempt to find out more information about their pricing, direct billing, and availability was an exercise in frustration. We couldn't get a straight answer as to what was involved with a new patient exam, how much it would cost, or how they treat direct billing. Instead we received a flurry of meaningless acronyms and service codes interspersed with unannounced bouts of being placed on hold. When we said we'd have to give them a call back, we were promptly hung up on. Considering a receptionist is essentially a person's first contact with a business, this clinic is being done a great disservice by a thoroughly rude and unprofessional representative. We've thus gone elsewhere.
