Ever since this dentist changed management or ownership whichever it was ... they have gone from great to horrible. It used to be a great experience going there and now everyone is rude and grumpy when you call or show up. I spent about $1500+ getting my teeth cleaned every 2-3 months last year plus having teeth built up there last year after breaking some in a fall, they don’t value my business AT ALL even though I mak visits more often than your average person.The manager hung up on me when I called to talk about how I feel about their service this year vs. last year, she didn’t care one bit that as a loyal customer i feel that they are declining. Good luck cambridge dentistry (old dentistry on Dundas) you’ve lost a very regular visiting customer who would have been a customer forever if you knew how to make your customers happy! Mandy the manager needs some training on how to speak and come to a resolution with unhappy customers who have received completely inconsistent service!

Do not put your trust in this office. My child had an abscess and I was sent home because she was too afraid to work with the dentist. That part I get. However I cannot accept that they did not recommend antibiotics to help with the abscess. Very negligent. This led to many issues that I am still dealing with. Your kids will not feel comfortable with the ever changing carousel of dentists you get here. The professionalism is of a low level. Look around and you will find a better dentist. I don’t want to see anyone else go through what I have.

I had the worst experience with this "emergency dentist", I called in incredible pain and the receptionist not only didn't care, she cancelled my appointment twice and then the dentist didn't show up to the appointment I did have, I ended up at the ER 3 times and had to have an IV twice. I would give 0 stars if possible

Nice and respectful stuff and really clean clinic, the infection control is their main priority. We had a well discussed treatment plan, Dr kiblawi gave us many choices of how can we treat our teeth (me and my sisters) and then recommend us what he thinks is the best , so we had the flexibility to choose what we feel comfortable about. Terrible dental office, awful work. Took my daughter and she needed a filling. They somehow managed to tear the inside of her cheek open and she required stitches.

Excellent dentists and dental assistants, my children have gone here for years and years, and received great service from them. However there seems to be some new receptionist that are rude, condescending and just absolutely terrible. For the first time in my life being there I felt so unwelcome and treated like I was a nuisance while my daughter was in pain with an emergency....especially during a pandemic when we are all scared and nervous. I will be talking my family else where after this incident.

Dentist did not show up for our appt. Had no notice the dentist would not be there. Staff expected us to have cleaning and book a second appt to see dentist. Unacceptable with covid times. We have been going here for over 5 years and have encountered other troubles from incorrect estimate billing to dental tool breaking in mouth causing a metal part being swallowed.

Have been using this dental office for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. Been to several dentist offices in the Cambridge area and find I'm comfortable and confident with the results and work done every visit. Ive been reading other reviews and decided to check it out for myself. since when is dental a free service? you have to pay for the work that has been done. I’ve been going here for the past 4-5 years and I’ve never had an issue. I always deal with Dr Lungu who is fantastic! The girls at reception are always super sweet. I usually have a different hygienist (although they always ask if I prefer a certain person) and whoever I get is always great. I’ve been to 3 or 4 different offices and this ones been the best!

I should have read the reviews before i came back here, reviews speak for themselves, long waits, when i was told to come 10 min, wanting to charge for tooth ..x-ray..when tgey told me no charge, careful with this place Will go somewhere else...for better honesty, they threaten to take me to collections. ???? disapointed

This place has gone down hill over the years. since Dr Gelfand left and they changed to Canbridge Dentistry.Not 1 staff is the same. The Hygienist not friendly and new dentists.

Reception staff Very Rude. Incompetent. They don't seem familiar with people with benefits. I've never seen that before. They called me a liar when I said there was an Ontario fee guide. Although right on all my estimates and paid fees my paperwork clearly states that's what they go by. I had work done one day. Paid the bill. They were supposed to send an estimate for something else and the estimate they sent was for the work I'd already had done!!!! Rude Confrontational Incompetent. No wonder they're not busy. Everything past reception is aces!!! The manager seemed to not have a clue what she was doing. Unhappy woman I assume. 15 yrs and she had No idea there was a provincial fee guide? Secretary that can't read the estimate or computer screen.

Been going for years, they hygienists are great and patient. I have had a few fillings and a crown and it has been really great. I'm pretty anxious about fillings and they have been understanding and provided a bite block to help me through it

Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband had no issues before coming to this dentist for a simple cavity and now can't even open his jaw to eat a sandwich 3 weeks later. They are now recommending a mouth guard that will cost $450. He had no issues before this cavity. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish the rating did not have to reflect the whole staff as the dental hygienist was very nice and pleasant. The receptionist (both of them) are very rude and have very little patience. The manager is also very rude and has horrible customer interaction skills. I will never go back just from the negative interaction with the manager and receptionists.

I was so glad to have found a dental office for all member of my family, my daughter had a rather traumatic experience at another office and that's why we decided to try Dentistry on Dundas, staffs were very friendly and helpful, the dentist dr sangha, she gave my daughter laughing gas when she fixed her teeth, it worked out really well. They even billed my insurance directly so we don't need to pay anything out of our pocket, perfect for us :))

I had broken a tooth and needed it out. They were very kind and understanding. I'm a huge baby. Had not been to see a dentist in way too long. It was way better than I thought it would be. They did not pressure me at all. They listened to what I needed. Will definitely be back.

The service during my visit at Dentistry on Dundas was fantastic. The receptionists were very polite and helpful when I needed to book my next appointment and the dentist, dental assistant and hygienist answered all of my questions. During my visit I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mandy who was just as kind and polite as the rest of her staff. I would definitely recommend you visit this office it deserves even more than five stars.

The staff were pleasant, but after just having the most painful teeth cleaning of my life I would not return. I have a cut on the bottom of my mouth from how hard the dentist pressed the mirror in, and I had him stop multiple times after digging too hard into my gums or pulling my mouth too wide. The pain was enough that I triple checked there was nothing wrong with my gums or teeth. I also had to stop the assistant from shoving the water suction thing down my throat. Ended up leaving the office with polish on the side of my face… I’ve had a cavity filled without any numbing agent before, and this cleaning just made that feel like a sunny walk in the park. Again, nice staff, but it seems more practice is needed.

This is the dental office they warn you about, I had seen dr shariat two weeks ago, who first of all was a rude lady to begin with. I keep up with my dental and visit a dentist every three months i have malformed teeth which can sometimes appear to require fillings but they do not. This also causes them to break down easier, so I have to really take care of my teeth. During my cleaning dr shariat came to check my teeth and was scolding me because I didn't take X-rays. I was not opposed to X-rays, I just didn't want to take them with my two year old daughter in the room. I also advised her I had some from my prior office, she seemed to ignore what I said and in another flustered response said she can't diagnose without X-rays and left. She said I had two cavities that I needed to return for. I returned for the first, an upper right filling, she froze me and all was well, she did the filling which took awhile, afterward she sat me up and said that she had trouble isolating the filling, I asked her what that meant as I have previous dental experience and she said the filling is fine, but I have many many fillings to do and on my X-rays I clearly have lots of fillings. I reminded her that the X-rays she was using were almost two years old and work has been done since the , and she said oh... (awkward pause) and proceeded to scold me on dental care. I thought this was extremely off as I don't think a patient should have to remind the person working on their teeth what they're looking at. The tooth was agitated, and I returned twice for bite adjustments as it was quite high and never felt right. I was still troubled by our visit so I sought out a second opinion, the dentist advised me there were not fillings needing to be done. 1 tooth we could watch and wait what would happen. This dentist took new X-rays, (which the other should have) and advised that the filling dr shariat had done was extremely large and surprised it did not need a root canal. It is not likely from someone going for regular dental treatment would require such a large filling in such a short amount of time, and for a dentist to diagnose many many many cavities and another to diagnose none seems like blatant fraud. Do not go to this dentist. I will be filing complaints with the college as well.

I am the worst patient for the dentist. I'm in my 50s and remember the old days of dentistry when it was painful. Even to this day I'd rather have surgery then go to the dentist. I had a tooth break and had to go. My experience was wonderful. The dentist I had was Dr. Sangha. She was so calm and patient. As I sat in the chair I started to sweat, have hot flashes and could feel heart pounding. She talked me through the laughing gas and monitored my pulse to make sure I was calming down. She used oral freezing about two minutes before the needle. I did not feel the needle!! The procedure was over before I knew it. She also did some cleaning on that side since I was frozen. If you are as afraid of the dentist as I am. I highly recommend this place!
