I am very much impressed with their service - and am always greeted with a smile!! :) Stephanie did a very thorough and complete cleaning / polishing of my teeth, and then went the extra mile using a special coating to further protect the exposed roots of a few of my teeth. I also appreciated being informed and booked for some elective gum grafting surgey, to be done within the near future (covers up the roots of any teeth that are exposed due to a receding gum line, with some donor 'gum' tissue). All in all, they were very professional and it was a very positive experience!! Thank you! :)

Best dental office I have been to! Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional. I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Stefanie was extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing to me by telling me the benefits of the procedure and how I can better my oral healthy in the long run! She recommended a toothpaste that would benefit me personally and explained/showed me how to properly floss. Seriously amazing experience!

I don’t have 0 ratings to give, that’s why 1. I have gone through the root canal treatment, somehow after 3 months pain started. While treating Dr promised me for any issues he will take care. I approached Dr he told me to go the specialist after spending 2000$. When I asked them to revote the money to the insurance company as I spent all my insurance over this hospital or provide the treatment for this they are denying. I strongly not recommending this hospital.

Had a bad experience with a filling a few years ago with my old dentist giving me extra freezing and still feeling the pain so I was a bit nervous about my fillings today with Dr. Wu. She was awesome, super gentle, knew exactly where to put the Novocain :) and I didn't feel a thing! I had 2 teeth with bad gum recession with my roots exposed. The 2 fillings did the trick and my teeth never looked or felt better. Thanks Dr. Wu and Staff.

This place is great! For someone who doesn't have the pleasure of having benefits, they really work around you and what's affordable for you. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted, felt welcomed, really friendly, and very professional all around. I would highly recommend coming here. Great dentist experience. Long time client here and this rating is for Dr Wu who we had here for the first time. She did not introduce herself personally to our young daughter who had the appointment. She did not attempt any discussion to put our daughter at ease about processes. We overheard Dr Wu discuss 2 cavities and possible future tooth extraction yet no words of compassion or words of comfort were expressed to our daughter about these future processes. This clinical textbook approach towards a patient is entirely inappropriate when dealing with children.

I was referred to this dental office by my Mom, who is a client of theirs. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a bright and friendly smile. I was then introduced to Jacklyn, the hygienist who is AMAZING! They have state of the art equipment and such a pleasant vibe. The Dentist came in and was also very professional and knew exactly what he was talking about. If you have a fear of Dentists or if you are just looking for a change, you will not be disappointed by going here. Trust me!

For the staff I will give 5 stars, but my experience with the dentist and the work he did is sadly only worth 1 star. At a regular cleaning and check up I was told I would "definitely" need a covering over my teeth because the dentin was very worn. That is how it eas explained to me "a covering over my teeth. " I had some sensitivity in one tooth but only when I ate sour kraut. He assured me that this procedure would eliminate that sensitivity. When I arrived the next week for the procedure I was told it was a filling. After some talk about what it was they were putting into my teeth I reluctantly agreed, but only because he assured me that all sensitivity would be eliminated and the possibility of cavities forming in the future would also be eliminated. He said I would not need freezing because he was only going to "scrape" the surface to "rough it up." The burning sensation I felt with the drilling was unbearable. He froze the area, but it didn't change the pain I felt. The pain was ridiculous. A day after the procedure the three teeth he worked on were unbearably sensitive to all forms of pressure. They hurt while eating cooked noodles. All three teeth are now sensitive to both hot and cold as well as any chewing. I cannot chew on that side of my mouth, and drinking my morning smoothie is painful if I let the drink touch those teeth. Next mind eating ice cream. The dentist did call after I informed the receptionist and asked what could be done, but he could offer me no more assurance than to wait two weeks, as some sensitivity is possible and will go away with time. He also told me to come in and see what he could do for me if the pain did not go away. With what happened I am extremely nervous to go back in. I whole heartedly regret letting him do this procedure and feel the informed consent was not fully given. I did not have complete infornation that it was possible I could end up worse than ever before. I am 46 and in my whole life this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any dentist, orthodontist or oral surgeon I have ever seen.

The one staff member gave me the greatest advice after I told her I struggle while brushing my son's teeth. She said to use two toothbrushes. One he can bite and hold. The other I can use to brush. My two year old still doesn't like having his teeth brushed, but at least I have a great strategy that works.

The staff at this clinic do not place any unnecessary pressure (unlike my past experience at another dental office), and recommend what’s needed to improve dental health. I definitely trust this office with my dental care. Each hygienist that I have had has great communication skills, which I appreciate since I prefer to understand the reasons why specific care regimes/scans/etc are recommended! Thanks everyone :).

First time I’ve been to the dentist in quite a few years and the staff made it easy to sit in that dreaded dentists chair again. Amazing customer service, extremely informative of the processes, very detailed and they use a lot of advanced state of the art equipment to make sure all of the bases are covered. They work with your benefit provider and only charge you the percentage you would be paying, no more waiting to get the money back! I will be coming back for as long as I’m in the area.
