May family and I have been going to see Dr.B for over 10 years now and we won't see anyone else! I couldn't be happier with the care I am receiving. She is always professional, friendly and explains the procedures step by step so that even my children feel at ease. The office hours are amazing- I have not seen another office having such long hours, and in case of an emergency, to be able to book an appointment and be seen asap. The Office is clean and very modern and the staff members are always very friendly and make you feel welcome and at ease. Thank you for taking such good care of us over the years Dr.B and Team!

Bad customer service. I had emailed them twice over a span of a few weeks about wanting to have work done through them, and they didn't even bother emailing me back at all. Even if they couldn't help me, a quick response would have been appreciated. Needless to say I will not be giving my business to a dentist who doesn't even care enough to respond to a simple inquiry. I'd hate to have a follow up issue with that kind of service.

Scheduling times were flexible as they offer Saturday and some evenings. COVID protocol is in place and followed. I'm very happy with my visit and results (new cavities filled and old ones repaired). I only JUST finished writing them an updated 5 star review, because I thought they had gone out of their way to help me. Turns out, I was lied to from the beginning. I came to them, as my regular dentist whom, up until now, I could only say good things about, because my teeth were suddenly extremely sensitive and the pain was getting worse. I was told I likely clench or grind my teeth when stressed, which I know is entirely true. The dentist (not the hygienist, and not the office Manager, but the dentist herself) offered me a retainer. She said it would help with grinding, and offered some other advice (which has definitely helped). Knowing it wouldn't be covered by insurance, I asked her how much it would cost. She said she would look into it and come back. Few minutes later she comes back in the room and tells me it costs $100. I said of course, that was more than worth getting rid of the pain. In the end, they gave us a discount off of the retainer as a kind gesture when our insurance was being the pain that they are. I wrote them a stellar review and was very pleased. Then I found out from my husband that the cost of the retainer had actually been $400 - $200 for bottom and $200 for top. Let me be clear that the words one and four do not sound at all alike, and I wouldn't have agreed to a $400 retainer. I'm honestly so upset that I didn't get a quote in writing prior to saying yes to the retainer, and that has been a lesson in naivety. To those reading this: get it in writing. A retainer which, to make things worse, has been worn only a handful of times because it's extremely tight and uncomfortable; particularly when worn for hours at a time. I imagine we will be switching dentists, as I now feel there's no trust here.

I live in Galt and have several dentist's office at walking distance but I still go back to Canamera dentistry because the people here are simply awesome. They take really good care of you. Top notch! Canamera Dentistry is absolutely one of the best dental offices in the entire city! I have had my teeth cleaned by all of the hygienists at least once, and they are all so communicable and friendly, they make the experience of going to the dentist the best! They also take good care to do their work properly and with respect for the patients, unlike what the comment above has to say. The dentists, especially Dr. Asi are all so educated and wonderful, you won't find better dentist's in the city! Also they are very organized and quick to assist you with booking appointments and answering any questions; and also would never ignore an email as stated before. All around this office is a great, great, great place to go to get any dental work done! I highly recommend (10 stars if possible) that anybody who lives in Cambridge and surrounding regions to go and get your teeth cleaned and worked on here!

I transferred to this Dentist about a week ago after my Previous Dr retired at his practice. My first visit was great. Everyone was professional,knowledgeable, provided safe environment during Covid and friendly. My second Visit I needed to get some fillings and my dentist was Dr. Bordeianu she was great. She takes her time and explains to you on what she is doing during the whole procedure. She’s friendly, professional and the same goes to her assistants ( Sorry I forgot her name). Will definitely recommend Canamera Dentistry.

Hi, I just wanted to inquire about Canamera Dentistry prices, I do not have dental insurance and on a relatively fixed income. I am in need of substantial dental work, due to my neglect, due to affordability, l know that this is my own fault, but I, at this point have a decision to make (do I pull my own chronic problem teeth, or do I,depending on affordability, have a dentist do the work) unfortunately I am at the point of no return. Could someone please give me an idea of how much it costs too extract a molour. I would appreciate any feedback anyone can give me, I am in constant pain (this is why I need to make my decision as soon as possible).

Great dental skills combined with a gentle touch from the assistants, hygienist, and Dr. B., make this one of the best dental experiences you could expect.

Hygienist was extremely rude. My teeth was brutally handled. She was not paying attention cleaning my teeth and scratched my gum badly a couple times. She even scratched my lips with her tools while polishing my teeth. Not to mention she caught my hair while turning her chair without apologizing or even acknowledging it. Just horrible! Same hygienist left a molding tray in my mouth while she went to cleaning her tools. Of course the tray was left in for too long and hard to take out. She asked me to pull it out myself! Unbelievably rude, impatient and unprofessional. I had enough with this place, going to switch and won't recommend to anyone.
