i was introduced to Dr Sheshanthri Visvasam by my other friends to attend her dental clinic as my dentist retired and i was looking for a dentist.I must compliment Dr Sheshanthri to be very caring punctual and attentive dentist. i was made to feel very comfortable the very first time and iam sure gonna keep her as my regular dentist and i must say a big THANK YOU to Dr Sheshanthri thanks again

I was shocked by my experience here. The dentist used to be another dreaded place to go as far as I was concerned. When I stumbled across this place, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is amazing and charismatic. Everyone is kind and understanding towards anyone who may be nervous about dental work. My daughters were nervous about their first trip to the dentist, but because of the capable staff of Sunshine Dental, they love going to the dentist. Everyone has made us feel welcome and treated us like family. I will never go to another dentist again!

I had a recent visit in this clinic and was so disappointed with the services.The downside of this clinic is unfriendly receptionist except Hanah.Hygienist Margarita was very professional and kind but the second hygienist who did me the next day was very unfriendly and has a very heavy hands in doing my scaling until my gums are very very sore even after it, not unlike with Margarita that has carefully did my scaling and i didnt even feel any single soreness after that.I wont go back in this place anymore.I'd rather go to the place i feel welcomed and comfortable during the treatment.Such a waste of money and time.

I was really surprised to buy 260 out of my pocket. They say that I need to be responsible about my assurance maximum, although I already discussed with them that matter in my previous visit.

They are a good dentist, but my insurance didn't cover the full cost of the dentist. I owed under a dollar in after-insurance fees. They sent mail to my house (even with my bi-yearly cleaning already scheduled) saying I owed them and had to come in and pay the remainder of the balance or be charged interest on the owing money. So, I had to go out of my way to go to the dentist to pay the less than a dollar. Annoying, I get if it was a big balance but that was inconvenient.

My mother went to have her tooth extracted and we thought it would be a regular procedure. It was absolutely terrible. First they did not do a proper job of numbing her gum. She was still feeling discomfort as the dentist was pulling her tooth out ,she had to grab on to the sides of the chair. After continuous pulling and prodding they told my mom she had to go elsewhere to get her tooth removed! My mom had to travel on the bus with a partially numb and bloody mouth to another dentist to have her tooth extracted. We were aware that her mouth with have some bruising as it's normal and maybe a little swelling. No, my mom looked like someone had punched her in the face . Her face was super swollen and the area was so bruised it was dark purple/blue it almost looked black. She could not eat solid food for 2 weeks. They called to book another appointment with her and my mom said she would not be going back and why, they didn't care. All they told her after everything was "kay". Will never go there again.

i went here about 2 years ago and will never go back. she had to do my fillings and she didnt fill one of my tooth after she drilled a hole in my tooth. she didnt finish filling it. so i told the receptionist and hygienist that i feel there is a hole in my tooth. they all laughed and said some patients feel that way and thats impossible. the after 2 weeks i went back and the dentist says oh ur filling fell off or came off...when i told all of them she didnt finish her job right last time. so yea because of the staff's behaviour i will give this place 1 star

I had a wisdom tooth extraction on July 15 with Dr. Le and her assistant Ashtyn. The extraction went very smooth and I experienced almost zero pain. Dr. Le was, indeed, very efficient in her skill and was always concerned with my comfort level. Ashtyn was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which helped to reduce my per-extraction anxiety. I really appreciate the kind service and will continue to recommend Sunshine Dental to my family and friends

I had a root canal done at this dentist office. I recently had an endodontist look at it because it has bothered me ever since. Endodontist says it was done wrong and needs to be redone. The dr showed me 3d xrays to show me it wasn't done properly.

For a routine check up Dr. Kotecha suggested replacing a filling and for the first time in 11 years I do not have sensitivity. I just got done with all my dental work today with Dr. Kevin and it was a great experience. I got 7 fillings done over the span of 3 appointments and Dr. Kevin did a fantastic job making sure i was comfortable and that i got the right treatment. The pricing is very fair and the facility is very clean and modern. All staff including assistants, hygienists and reception were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend sunshine dental as they make everything really easy. They have quick appointments without long wait times and also offer direct billing to insurance.

I will give sunshine credit for getting me in the same day for radiographs and an exam to decide how many teeth to extract for dentures. Though, the next day I was put through unbelievable stress and discomfort because they didn't put me under sedation to begin with. And for an hour, she tries to pull out two teeth that are already brittle and falling apart when I eat. So she tells me she has to send me to a specialist and that I have an apt at 530, please keep in mind she is telling me this at 1 o clock when the freezing from noon is already wearing off. So she would like me to go home for four and a half hours in extreme pain already with only T3's. I arrived at Deer Valley Dental and was greeted with very compassionate and concerned from staff that got me seen right away. Their doctor on the other hand was very understanding and non judgemental, gentle, and able to get all my teeth out in 35 minutes. Take the drive, and go to Deer Valley.

Went here for twenty years. In the last two years it seems to have gone downhill. the communication between insurance provider and sunshine dental is non existent., The patient will have to do the leg work with the insurance provider. And then will have to relay that information to every single member of sunshine dental office staff as they call and email you incessantly. Saw Dr.Young for sedation, My old doc went to a different practice. The new doc did not use the same method for sedation, in fact there was no sedation at all. A pill was taken, and some nitrous inhaled - but no sedation. Then the freezing shots were administered. She seemed very adept at freezing everything except that which needed to be frozen. Save your money and your time go somewhere else

This was the first dental office where my children truly felt comfortable. They grew up with “Dr. Raj”. The care and concern went beyond Dental health. The children are now adults and they continue to come here as do I. I highly recommend!

I underwent sedation dentistry recently with Dr. Chow and cannot express how grateful I am for his help, I came into this with an extreme fear and he made me feel comfortable from my initial consultation and only had my overall well being as his and my first priority as I have other medical issues.
