Hi, it was my first time at this place, was scared but the staff available there were so friendly and polite, made me comfortable. I had a very bad pain and sensitivity in my tooth. Doctor Rushik treated me well and did the first RCT session. I couldnt have asked for a better dentist. The process was incredibly painless and I was made to feel comfortable. The entire staff was very accomodating.Thank you to the entire staff.

As strange as this sounds - I love going to the dentist! Sunridge Landing Dental has an amazing team. They always remember who I am and go above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best possible service and treatment. The Hygienist Neerishma is very professional and friendly lady. My kid's love her. She explain what she are doing, why she are doing it and always confirm my insurance coverage before treatment. I have been a patient for several years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

How stupid can reception be at this place??? I book an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a mold to be taken so I can get a denture and these f**king useless people had me booked in for a cleaning!!! and this is after being charged nearly double for every other visit!!!! be warned people of Calgary, great place to waste time and money!!!! I will never be going back to this place even if its the last dentist office on the planet!!!!

Steer clear. These guys double-charged me. First they took hundreds from my insurance, and then they send me a collection letter saying that "the insurance was just for a checkup, and I have to pay cleaning myself". ... even though my insurance covers cleaning and I never scheduled a regular checkup. These guys are extortionist crooks and I will keep my family well away of Sunridge Landing Dental.

The worst dental clinic in town. Do not expect to get greeted when walk in ,Very disorganized and outdated equipment. I went there at 7:50 am for my 8:00 am appointment .They said that the doctor was not in for the day because he did not know that he has 8:00 am appointment ,Really ?but he would be there in 10 min. I waited for 40 min and no doctor.if there was an option for a negative star I would choose that.

This clinic does not even deserve one star. More like -10 stars. Dr. Alan Dvorak has very limited knowledge in treatments. He is more suited to be a technician and not a Dr. Would only answer questions pertaining to the "situation" that you come in for and asks you to come back for any other questions that you may have. The clinic (Drs and Techs) will focus on the big money items that are required and forgets about other small item things that you came in for. Very limited patient background knowledge. Even things that you tell them when you walk in they forget. Just a money focused establishment that wants to do stuff to you that isn't even needed! STAY AWAY!!!!

I never have any issues they don't double charge me at all they don't concentrate on the bigger things I have two tooth issues separate sides of the mouth and he said they both are the same in badness so it's up to you one is a root canal and the other is tooth exaction so witch ever one you want to pay,if you go to another dentist I guarantee you will have the same issues I've been three different places and this one is by far the best when it comes to double charging thats a simple mistake people all you have to do is print off a bank statement or keep the receipt

Worst dental office ever. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. I wish I could give them something lower than 1 star. They are liars and just steal your money. My mom got her dentures done here and they gave her 5 year guarantee and 2 years later when her dentures broke, we went there to get it fixed and they started lying and making excuses saying they can’t fix it because their lab changed and then they said the dentist that did the dentures doesn’t work there anymore so we have to go and find him and ask him to fix it. We asked to speak to a supervisor who came and was very rude and unprofessional. My whole family received bad service here including other people I know. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I will never go back here even if there dentist was the last one in Calgary

Great experience to start with.. We went to Sunridge Landing Dental Care for my 4 year old... (I must admit that we accidentally went to Sunridge Dental just to find out that our appointment is not booked there... but quick call to Sunridge Landing solved my confusion).. Our dentist was Dr. Rushik and His Assistant was Jalpa (Later I found out that she is in fact Dentist in Training herself).. Absolutely great service... Mr. Rushik is best in what he does... He gave us genuine advise and tips for my kid and myself (for free :p)... Jalpa is amazing with kids.. My kid visited a dental clinic first time in his life and usually he is scared of clinics and equipments being touched to him.. But, surprisingly he was quiet whole time, and was following Jalpa’s instructions nicely... I always prefer such level of service towards kids and seniors everywhere... And when it comes to the cost, prices are very reasonable.. All my previous dentists from south Calgary are expensive compared to Sunridge Landing and ofcourse they were unable to provide amazing service like Sunridge Landing.. Highly recommended to everyone specially with kids... Thank you..

Poor service and unprofessional people. I have to wait almost an hour on checkup chair because the dental hygienist not there, they never tell me that she is not available. On the other hand they send me invoice after 4 month claiming my insurance do not cover some services. Please do not wast your time and money in that clinic.

Excellent customer service!! Was phobic for many years due to a bad "dentist" experience and am now comfortable visiting every six months. Great family dentistry centre, Dr. Rushik and Jalpa took care of my kids at our last visit and even my kids were happy. Terrible service here would not recommend to anyone. Went in for a diagnosis - I described my issues to the assistant who gave me an X-ray and gave me her diagnosis before the dentist had even been in the room. The dentist then came in and told me issues with another tooth which was causing me no issues at all and I had previously seen a dentist for. Anytime I tried to speak I would get cut off by the rude assistant, He finally got to the original issue (after leaving the room twice to see to other patients) gave me a complete different explanation to the assistant with no clear solution. He then left the room to deal with another patient while the assistant tried to explain the solution in broken english. As I was leaving the staff were more interested in running outside for a group photo than the patients. Will not be returning

Was going here for a few years before I finally had enough and left in search for a better dentist… I’ve had poor experiences with 3 different dentists at this business. My experience with Dr Nasrin Karim was particularly the worst, as she made me wait for an hour in the chair while I could hear her chat away with a hygienist about their weekend plans. I had to get up and ask what the delay was. Finally she apologized and said that she would adjust an occlusion guard for me free of charge. I came back a week later to have it adjusted where she cruelly grinded away portions of the guard making it extremely rough and unpleasant to wear. A week after that, the insurance company contacted me saying the dentist has charged the company ~$300 for this poor quality work, basically it wasn’t free.. they still charged my insurance, lowering the amount of cash in the pool for future work.. I was hustled for an easy $300 which is not right or ethical at all. I’ve had other fillings done at this office a year ago which left the tooth surface extremely rough. The tooth is still rough to this day.. Will not be coming back and will steer all my friends and family clear of this place.

The staff is quite gentle and polite, and Dr. Dhaduk is very diligent and meticulous at his work. One experience that I had with them is this: After discovering that my lower wisdom teeth were moving horizontally, we were urged to have them removed as soon as possible. The process was quite tedious for both myself and Dr. Dhaduk, but overall, he did a great job and the pain was totally worth it. I've seen the authenticity of his expertise, gentleness, and humility. And I would encourage anyone to try this dental facility out and test that authenticity. I cordially thank Sunridge Landing Dental Care for its professional services.

As a new patient, walking through the doors I was met with welcoming front staff and immediately felt comfortable. All the girls up front were welcoming and knowledgeable (Jenny, Lindsay, Phuong and Angelica) answered all my questions about the procedures and billing. I had an a couple extractions with Dr. Sandhu and Dr.Rushik and Bima and I am very pleased on how gentle and careful they are. The clinic will for sure see me back again.

I was looking for a dentist closer to home and decided to stop in at sunridge landing dental. I parked my car in their reserved parking. I was the only car there and the second I got out of the car an employee from the dental center ran out and told me I couldn't park there and that is was private parking. I told her I wanted to make an appointment. She said the parking is only for current patients. Where am supposed to park?! All other spots were reserved for other businesses. Worst place ice been to. It like they do bad work just so you have to go back and back. Asked them to send in x rays to a different dentist so I could get a emergency root canal on a tooth. No one had a clue and they never did send x rays. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I’ve been to many different dental clinics, but I’ve never experienced such hospitality or warmth - Sunridge Landing Dental Care is unmatched in customer service, skill and...well they’re unmatched in EVERYTHING to be honest lol In nearly 3 decades I have been unable to find a dentist to work on my teeth and give me the confidence to smile confidently - the type of smile that requires flashing all of my teeth!! I’ve had braces, my teeth whitened and so on so forth...but I’ve left every clinic disheartened because of stains that I believed to be permenant. Like a magician, or a miracle worker, in literally ONE VISIT Dr. Balbir Sandhu was able to clean my teeth and remove EVERYTHING that was causing me discomfort, embarrassment and humiliation for decadessss!! I had my visit with him 3 days ago and I have been unable to stop smiling because I honestly never imagined my natural teeth could look this good! I was frantic and anxious before meeting with him; however, with the help of his amazing staff - specifically the Godsent, Doris Eadie - i was put at ease. They made the entire experience feel somewhat therapeutic and I left that office with tears of joy!!! I don’t normally do “reviews” or write recommendations but I felt like I needed to sing their praises! I will NEVER deal with a dentist that isn’t Dr. Balbir again!! THANKS A MILLIONN TIMES OVER!!
