What can I say, the best dental experience I have ever had hands down. I'm a University student and this estblishment has blown my mind in terms of Oral care and how one is to be treated(They are Amazing) Especially Dr. Ayman Atallah :) Hmmm, well I will just let you know if you are reading this then you are doing exactly what I did and that makes you a educated consumer and that's awesome! I want to give this dental clinic the best possible review because they are the best that I have ever experienced. My experience has been so positive that I'm writing this post. I literally almost fell asleep in a dentist chair not once but twice. Dr. Atallah is so gentle and considerate of your health and well being it's a breath of fresh air, he is definitely a dentist dentist :) He has an amazing dental team (especially Sam) they are all so in sync with each other as a team it is very reassuring. The pricing is very reasonable and trust me I have been to a couple few Dentists over the years and they are definitely a very competitive establishment :). My smile looks amazing now and I have received so many compliments on my teeth and how great they look, my confidence level has definetly gone up ten fold. I will leave you all on that note and I just wanted to let you you all know that you won't be disappointed and it is a good Dental experience and you will leave feeling like you made a life long Dental (Doctor) experience. Before having my teeth scaled, I asked if all my work woul be covered by my plan. I was told "should be". I found out at after It wasn't so I got a shock at the reception desk to pay over $200 just for scaling. I was so annoyed after so many years of amazing service and treatment. I was refunded the money but it has changed my overall opinion. The ownership has changed, so that has something to do with it,Ii think.

If you are at all squeamish about needles or deep probing below the gum line... You will be happy with them. Appointments are always on time.. to the minute. I used to work in SW so it was very close to me, now that I work from home for another department, I have to drive 30mins just to see Dr. Gough but it’s worth the drive. He has is an amazing Dentist. The team at Richmond Denta Clinic are amazing imo. I was eating the other day and accidentally swallowed my crown this past weekend. We phoned to ask for an appointment on Monday and they were able to get me the very next day at 1 PM. I fully expected I would need to have my root extracted as part of my tooth was broken with the crown. Much to my surprise, Dr Gough was able to save what was left of the tooth and with craftsman like skill built it up to accommodate a new crown that very afternoon!???? His amazing assistant then did her magic and skillfully crafted a temp crown so I can eat properly until my permanent crown is ready next week!! I cannot thank them enough for saving me a pile of moola as I thought for sure I was going to need a very expensive implant that would have taken months to complete. Thank you to everyone for your quick and caring service!!!

I was so nervous about finding a new dentists after moving away from the one dentist I had seen all my life, but my wisdom teeth forced me to go find answers and I found a wonderful team of people here to help me out. The girl who did my x-rays was talkative and engaging and explained things and was able to answer hundreds of my questions, and the dentist did an awesome job inspecting my teeth and going over my options with my teeth. They have a nice quiet office, I barely got a chance to sit down before I was being called in, and the hygienist and dentist were good about not injuring me. I am 100% confident that they could look after anyone's dental problems.

Most dental practices these days focus on building their own bank account instead helping people build up their confidence with their smile. Most businesses just think about MONEY instead of actually helping people. I’ve never gotten that feeling at Richmond. I moved out of the province for a few years. Moved back. Tried a dental clinic closer to home.....BAD IDEA! It was back to the “let’s see how much money we can milk from this guys stellar benefits plan” I’m not dumb & can see through bull$#¡t. So now I travel from Deep South Calgary to go to the only dental clinic in Calgary that truly cares about the people. RICHMOND DENTAL!!! Richmond has ALWAYS had pure intentions when it comes to looking after my smile. And trust me, I don’t gas ANYONE up unless they deserve it. Especially typing out a review. I found this clinic on Google and asked for an emergency dental appointment. I got the appointment right away, which was really beyone my expectation. Edit: I just checked email and call logs going back to the time the original work was done, and I confirmed that Richmond Dental Clinic ONLY contacted me to schedule a cleaning in the 9 months following the original work. The statements below claiming they contacted me in reasonable time are false. Short version: Do not trust them to follow through with your insurance! They did not contact me to let me know there was a problem with insurance until 9 months after the work was done. By then, it was too late to fix with insurance, due to insurance timeline requirements and a job change. They are now threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay them thousands of dollars, for work that should have been fully covered by insurance at the time it was done. Long version: I had some major dental work done here. Between my wife's insurance and mine, I had full coverage for the work, and even had room in my health care spending account to cover anything extra, should any of their fees be higher than our plan maximums. I was told when the work was done that they would be in contact to let me know if insurance didn't cover the full claim, and with how much extra I owed them. I was open with them that I was in transition with my position at work, and that my access to my heath care spending account would expire in two months. (Although any claims could still be processed for a full 6 months.) I did not hear from the office at all*, until about 9 months later, when they told me that insurance didn't cover any of my claim. The woman at Richmond Dental Clinic said that she was going though "old unpaid claims" and that she'd just started in the position a few weeks prior. She tried to get my insurance to pay for the work, as did I, but insurance said that it was past the timeline to process the claim and there was nothing they could do. *I did get a generic "get your teeth cleaned" reminder, but no contact specific to this dental work. Richmond Dental Clinic has now told me that I need to pay in full or set up a payment plan, or they will send my file to collections. Unfortunately, the dental work was also subpar; the major work was fine, but I had to get a filling redone within a year or so of when it was originally done here. However, the dental hygienist was very good. I consider timely follow-up with billing to be a basic requirement from a dental office. There are many good dentists in the city who will let you know if there are billing issues within days or weeks. I would highly recommend doing your own insurance paperwork if you have to get work done here!

I’m pretty scared of the dentist but Dr Gough is super quick, professional, and non judgemental. Lindsay his assistant was also amazing. They walked me through everything and I felt super safe and secure

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable . The clinic was clean and I organized. My hygienist was excellent she did a great job and was not judgmental about my poor flossing skills. Absolutely pleased with the services I received here. The receptionist named Gina provided genuine and friendly customer service. We need more people like her! My dental hygienist, Brenda, was also professional and provided very gentle and thorough cleaning. Definitely coming back for more service in the near future.
