I am writing a review on my recent experience @ Mount Royal Dental Centre. Getting your teeth cleaned is on the same path as having a root canal...not much fun. But today's teeth cleaning experience has changed me forever. Ms.Courtney (dental hygienist) provided a great teeth cleaning experience, she was professional and knowledgeable in here craft along with a great sense of humour and a relaxed demeanor. I would highly recommend Courtney and Dr J Caldwell @ Mount Royal Dental Centre for any dental work that you may require. P Marks

The staff make you feel like you are at home and cared for. The level of genuine compassion and kindness I’ve experienced here is almost unexpected for a dental visit and I will be a customer for life because of it. I’ve been for 3 cleanings with Cecili and each time has been great. She is kind, gentle, thorough and makes sure I am comfortable by checking in with me and adjusting anything as needed. Dr Caldwell is kind and a very positive person that makes you feel welcome and at ease. Top notch all around. They should be very proud of the business they have built.

Dr. Caldwell and Mary take such great care of their patients! They make it stress free and as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be. They'll walk you through each procedure and regularly check in with you to make sure everything is comfortable. The entire staff is always happy to see their patients and always greet everyone by name. MJ is always so chipper and is sure to help you sort out any appointments you need to make. Plus - you can text them, which makes booking appointments super easy. The office is cozy and very welcoming. Oh, and did I mention free parking? If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thanks team!

I have never been to a dentist that I actually enjoyed visiting until I met Dr. Caldwell and his staff! They are always incredibly friendly, personable, and accommodating. Great place, very honest people and hard to find people with level of integrity towards there work. They clean my teeth once and finished. Other offices would tell me to come back but they spent extra time to finish. Thank you to this clinic and there staff and I am greatful for there services. I will always come back for as long as these people work there. Highly Recommended.

I've been to many dentists in the past but I can honestly say that this is one of the best ones out there. The staff and Dr. Caldwell are very friendly, courteous and professional. I have no clue what Shylo is talking about in his review regarding the treatment he received. Dr. Caldwell is very kind and as Christina mentions, has excellent "beside manor" for lack of a better word, which I think is a very important quality to have that will keep many happy clients returning.

I started going to Dr. Caldwell from a recommendation from my sister. The last dentist that touched my lips turned in to an awful experience… one that resulted in me getting work done that wasn’t completely necessary and ended in me needing a root canal. I had never had one before and I heard they hurt and were pricey as well. I was never going to go back to that same dentist so I asked around. My sister told me that she was impressed that when she saw Dr. Caldwell. She said that he gave many options…from expensive to very affordable and he didn’t push to have more work done that wasn’t completely necessary. When he did my root canal the entire staff seemed to be focused on helping me relax. I could tell that they took every precaution to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure and I was. It was relatively painless and not that costly. After seeing him several times over the last few years for cleanings and etc.. I feel that Dr. Caldwell is a very capable dentist, with a wonderful “bedside manor”. The warm welcoming atmosphere of the Mount Royal Dental Centre as well as the incredibly friendly staff, add to the fantastic experience. Who would have thought that going to the dentist could be thought of a fun and/or relaxing!!!! I have recommended him many times

They have always worked hard at making me feel comfortable, which has gone a long way to calm the anxiety I have always felt around dental visits. I also appreciate how every procedure is explained to me so I know exactly what is going to happen and what needs to be done. My appointment usually ends up feeling like I’ve had a meet up with friends rather than just being another patient in their day. I highly recommend Dr. Caldwell, especially if you’ve had poor dental experiences in the past!!
