This dental office is amazing! From the front desk help to the dentists themselves. Our whole family has decided to come here now (including small children). I had an issue and pain so I phoned them and they fit me in that day. The procedure was done well and for someone who doesn’t like dentists they walked me through each step. Their equipment is top of the line and modern processes take into account the full patient experience. The office was clean and each member I saw looked professional and pleasant. We will be coming here from now on.

Awesome dentists here; very thorough, professional and friendly. Also conservative enough to not push procedures unless they are truly needed. The clinic is really nice with private rooms and in room x-ray technology (very good for those who may struggle with mobility and have a hard time moving from room to room for imaging/cleaning as I have seen at other dentists). Danya was a great hygienist!

The service was good. The front desk charge me for xrays she says only 2 xrays are covered by insurance. They should show some compassion towards people in this difficult situation. If insurance only covers 2 xrays whey the did 4 and then you are charging people for the extra.

The hygienist was amazing! She was so down-to-earth and had such a calm caring vibe surrounding her the entire time that it radiated around the entire office! She listened to my issues without any judgement whatsoever and she was more than accommodating with me. I can't say enough about this clinic! They are friendly and inviting, and were incredibly patient with me whenever I had any difficulty with a procedure. I really appreciate how straightforward they are as well, always taking the time to answer any questions I have. They also never lecture me about not having perfect flossing habits, just encourage me to develop good habits slowly, and over time. If you have any kind of anxiety around the dentist you should definitely consider coming to this clinic!

10/10 would recommend this dental centre. The hygienists are incredibly gentle and thorough, and use a variety of technologies to ensure your teeth are well taken care of. I love the ultrasonic water scalar they use before doing traditional scaling as it makes the manual work much quicker and gentler. The dentist is friendly and patient, and willing to adapt his methods depending on how comfortable you are with certain treatments. Additionally, as an awesome bonus, they offer free teeth whitening to all their clients!

My son accidentally knocked out his front tooth. I began calling emergency dentists near us and they were either closed or they couldn’t see us. I called Legacy Dental and they could see us right away. Very friendly staff. Upon arriving, our room was already televising tree house for the apprehensive patient. I came to this clinic for my decayed wisdom tooth removal. Although there is one dental clinic near to where I live just in 2 or 3 mins walk. I still decided to come to this clinic. Because Legacy Dental Care has more positive reviews. Nice and clean clinic, the staff and doctor I met were so nice and friendly. The extraction process was quick and not painful at all. The total cost I paid is fair and follows Alberta Fee Guide. Really happy I came to the right place for my tooth removal.

My wife was pretty upset back in the late spring because the Dentist sent her to a specialist and said it wouldn’t cost her anything but the specialist charged her almost $200 for a 5 minute exam. Have been coming to this office for just over a year now and have ZERO regrets!! My children (ages 3, 9 and 11) love coming to this office because the dentists make them feel comfortable and important. The hygienists fo an amazing job and are always so kind and make even my toughest nut feel like they’re doing a great job with their teeth. They are great with kids; even literally pulling teeth is not scary for my kids now (and they didn’t use gas; just made them feel so safe!!) As for me; I love that they follow the guidelines and we don’t have to take a second mortgage out to afford dental care. I feel comfortable and I know that if I go to these guys, I will be in the best hands. Highly recommend!!!

The best dental experience I’ve had in a while! First of all, the decor is super cute and while that shouldn’t matter, it doesn’t hurt. The hygienist was gentle, I could barely tell that she was scraping my teeth. Dr Laiton was really thorough and explained his findings with the X-ray and photos they took of my teeth. I liked the casual vibe even though it was still professional. Plus, free teeth whitening?! Definitely worth five stars!

Bad experience with one of the dentist there. He was very confident that he’d be able to remove all of my wisdom teeth without problems. Unfortunately they came across a few problems and mentioned that my bottom right wisdom tooth was rotated a specific a way and would have some trouble taking it out. He attempted to remove it anyway because he felt confident in doing so. In the end he wasn’t able to take it out and stitched it back up. He left me with a wisdom tooth that was broken up in several pieces and I had to have an emergency surgery the following day with an ortho. I ended up paying big money for that emergency surgery. This dentist put me in a critical state because he attempted to perform something he couldn’t do. It put me through a lot of pain and I would not recommend this place. I would name the dentist but I’m sure he regrets that whole experience. Just be careful when coming here. If they see a complication and insist on performing, SAY NO!!

I was super nervous going to a new dentist because the only dentist I have ever been to is my uncle. They were the nicest and super accommodating. It was a really great process, everyone was soooo nice! They also have this program where if you only get a cleaning in your appointment they will give you a FREE whitening appointment. Of course I had to hop on, and both the appointments were so great. I even had some issues with my insurance because I am a student and they were super understanding while I got it all figured out! Their office is also really cute and aesthetic! I 100% recommend this office, it made the nerve-wracking dentist trips not so nerve wracking!

I would like to start off by saying that I hate the dentist. You usually could not pay me to go. I had such a horrible braces experience and now have such bad anxiety about people poking around in my mouth. So I stay away for as long as I can, and never bothered to find a dentist when I moved to Calgary. Until now I suppose. But I also drew the genes lottery from my father and got notoriously bad teeth, so I needed to go for a cleaning, and probably a couple cavities. It also helped that I had two insurance plans and one was about to expire so I bit the bullet. A couple things that I really appreciated was their transparency with their prices, and their consistent friendly and cautious manner. When it came to costs they sent me a quote even before I set foot in the office, and how much my primary insurance covered. Then when I got in they were gracious enough to double check for me how much my service for the day was going to cost. They did this again for me when I had to come back a week and a half later for fillings. Both times I felt my financial interests were being looked after. Throughout this entire experience they made sure to talk to me whether it be general small talk, or making sure that I was doing okay, and if I needed a break. So while my anxiety was still through the roof, I was comfortable and able to get much needed dental work done with as little worry as I could muster.

Dr Sandon was my dentist for the day. It was supposed to be a crown fitting but to such a surprise I ended up getting a root canal done. Dr Sandon and her assistants Aya/ Meg were very efficient and were able to get rid of any infection prior to the placement of the crown. Likewise, the clinic sent me to the technician or lab who did the custom shade of my crown and had a pretty accurate shade with my other teeth. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend Legacy Dental! ???? ???? ????

They both could see he was a bit nervous and made him feel really comfortable. After my old dentist retired, I was on the search for a new clinic to go too. After getting treatment from numerous different dental clinics and not being satisfied with the care, I came across Legacy Dental. I'm incredibly happy with this clinic and have had great experiences with them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and even able show me which equipment (ie: water flossing devices) are the best to use and what the hygienists even personally use. With any concerns that I've had with my teeth, they take photos and put them on the screen and explain what their thought process is and what treatment (or no treatment) would be required. It's really nice getting a visual and an explanation so you know you're getting the right care. The ladies at the front desk make it super easy to go through your insurance company and they have everything done by the time you are done with your appointment. The clinic is kept very clean, they have a thorough covid screening process, and not to mention the décor is so fun and modern. It's enjoyable to go too and doesn't feel like a dental clinic. My whole family goes here now and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend this clinic!

This was my first visit to Legacy Dental and it was a great experience. I am pretty afraid of dentists and these guys made me feel very at ease. My hygienist, I think her name is Danna or Dani, I’m so sorry, I’m not good with names, is terrific. Too bad the other staff isn’t listed on their website to be able to check. She is very nice. She did my cleaning and X-rays and she’s very gentle. My dentist was Dr Laiton. He is super nice as well and very personable. I do have to go back soon for some work, which I’m not looking forward to, as I don’t freeze well and get claustrophobic but they do know this so we will see how that goes. I’m sure they will keep me at ease and it will go well. I definitely recommend this dental office to anyone.

I was so nervous to go back to a dentist office after many painful cleanings in the past. I have receding gums and needed freezing just to get through them without hitting the ceiling. I consider myself to have a high pain tolerance (I’ve had 2 kids without any painkillers), but I would leave my appointments drenched in sweat. So I’d put it off for a few years, deciding it just wasn’t worth the stress in the chair. When I saw an advertisement for Legacy Dental’s free whitening for life and decided that was enough incentive to at least give this new clinic a try. Vanessa, the hygienist, made sure I knew I had options available for me to help with any sensitivity or pain during the scaling, but I didn’t need anything, as it was painless!! For the first time in a long, long time I wasn’t clutching the armrests. Vanessa was very careful, thorough, & attuned to my body language. I left relaxed & with clean teeth, wondering why I’d put it off for so long. The dentist, Dr. Sandon, was professional & practical during the exam, but frankly, it was Vanessa’s talent & skill that won me over. She is a credit to this clinic and I hope that they realize just how wonderful she is!

Legacy Dental Care. Their workplace is amazing and beautiful inside out; in my opinion. Truly one of the best building lay out there is. I appreciate the big windows that helps to light the whole place up. The interior is nice and cozy and very comforting. The moment I sat there, I knew it was going to be an awesome experience and they did not disappoint. I do not even know where to start with this review. Our toddler required an emergency appointment due to a mouth injury late Friday afternoon. We called many clinics on Saturday morning and we were surprised to only find two clinics that were open on a Saturday. We contacted Legacy Dental based on their reviews and reputation and they were amazing from the start. They booked our son in for that afternoon and everyone we dealt with from the start to end were absolutely amazing. It was my son's first dental experience so we were hesitant with how he would do considering he was in pain and this was all a new experience. The entire clinic made his first time a success! Afterwards, they followed up via email to ensure everyone was doing well. The level of care is truly refreshing and is nice to deal with people who have a passion for what they do. We were so happy with our experience, my wife called on Monday morning to book our routine appointments for both her and I. They have now gained our entire family as clients just from tat one experience with their clinic! I would definitely refer them to others.

Very pleased! I have been going to Chaparral Valley dental for a few years now but left because i found they were always really rough with me on my cleanings. My mouth/gums were always really sore for a couple days after. Legacy dental was awesome.... so gentle lol. Also, staff from reception to hygienist to dentist were awesome! Very personable. Oh and their prices were reasonable! Oh and they also offer this program where if you have no cavities and teeth are in good health they will whiten them for FREE! Got a customer for life guys!

The worst dental experience for at least 10 years. I had visited very nice Dentist for many years, however, their new location is not quite convenient to go, so I decided to find another dental provider in nearby community: what a mistake. The office was good, personnel is polite and equipment new, however, there was so many disappointments that I even couldn’t imagine. I visited them to conduct the initial check-up and regular cleaning… 1. They were able to split my cleaning on two visits, which I never had before, and my teeth condition is not bad at all. Of course, they want to do it to justify excessive charge. 2. On the check-up, Doctor said that I need to fix three fillings, despite I didn’t have any complains on these teeth. 3. When I came to fix it, he replaced two and told me that I must do another three (five total). What he was doing on the check-up then? 4. Before starts working on the anesthesia, I told Doctor that I am very sensitive to it and he need to use very minimum – instead, he shot a dose with such I could hardly breath, and have my face frozen the whole 6 hours after. 5. He replaced two fillings, on which I never complained before and I have a gum and tooth pain since that, for two weeks already. I’ve never had any problems like this with my previous Dentist and decided to go back to him and paid for another check-up (myself, because the insurance was already used for Legacy Dental). He found nothing that requires immediate care, other that filling that was installed by Legacy. I am extremely surprised that Legacy Dental Care has high rating, because all my experience with them is just disappointments.

(Covid era review) So initially it was my wife’s appointment but she had to cancel last minute. They popped me into her spot with no issue. Staff was very friendly, and professional. The office was clean and honestly felt like a spa with its aesthetics in that it didn’t feel uncomfortably, awkwardly decorated like so many medical offices can be. Cleaning was quick without feeling rushed, and thorough. They already had my billing info for insurance and when I be was done the cleaning, they had already processed it and it was done. Only issue was I once had to reschedule because I woke up with covid symptoms and when I called a man was really aggressive with me for rescheduling a saturday. Possibly one of the dentists? I have neglected my dental care in the past and I do typically find it overwhelming, especially since going to the dentist gives me anxiety to begin with. I left my previous dentist because I had a feeling that they were exaggerating the poor health of my teeth and gums to get me to come in more. When arriving for my daughter and I's appointments, we are always greeted with such pleasant staff. Their soft spookiness make us feel at ease and always welcome. I quite enjoy the Whitty banter and conversation. I know many people have a fear of the dentist or at least some feel a sense of discomfort. If you are one of these people I recommended giving Legacy Dental Care a chance. My daughter is petrified of needles! It generally takes 3-4 adults to hold her down or we play the game of rebooking and trying it all over again. But with the Legacy Dental Care team, she did not even know she had freezing done! Magic I tell ya! There was another time when they did not even need to freeze her, they filled her cavity with such ease and care she just sat there without a flinch! When looking for a great dental office I want to ensure I like the staff. This means they need to be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, caring, sympathetic, fun and proactive. The dentist needs to have these exact same qualities. If all team members act as such, you know you have found a great place. When staff come across happy I am drawn in. As we can all relate, the bill at the end of the visit can cause us such angst. The staff were amazing to work with when I explained I have been unemployed since 2020. They worked with me to ensure I only had the services I needed and explained we could look at the rest later on when I land a job. I enjoyed their positivity. I must say, the office is stunning. It is always in tip top shape. I love the art work in each of the exam stations; the décor and atmosphere help you to settle in and relax. Lastly, I really love Sheena who texts me about appointments, coverage and reminders - you rock Sheena!

They were very attentive with my child and made him comfortable in order to build a strong relationship for years to come. I’ll say this...I’ve been to many dentist clinics over the years and this is by far the best I’ve been to. Not only are the professional but they are accommodating. My two year old was able to visit for free to get a tour of the place and a check up which was awesome. My cleaning was very thorough. I had to get a partial tooth removed and I thought it was going to be terrible just like the movies. It was a great experience and I felt no pain. I have never had to get a tooth removed and was expecting to be in a lot of pain but the process was fairly quick and easy. I highly recommend this place and will continue to go here. Dr. Wiedemann will always make sure you’re in good hands.

Dr Laiton is absolutely the best of the best! I’m nervous whenever I have to see a dentist, but he and his assistant made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, all stress was gone. He pulled out my tooth within a few minutes (not counting the freezing time), and the experience was painless. He also did an amazing job on my root canal. My kid is terrified of the needles, and he was able to get one in with freezing without my child ever noticing it. Now my child is no longer scared of a dentist and feels comfortable to be back for another appointment! Simply amazing! He is so wonderful with kids! The staff at the reception is also very friendly and welcoming, assistants are great. Pricing is good and what I love is that they are honest and only do what’s best for the patient. I highly recommend this place for all families!

Brought my daughter (12) in for the first time today. We were very happy. Everyone was friendly, the dentist and the hygienist were great with my daughter, explained everything to her. She had been a little hesitant to go in because she had a lot of pain in one tooth and was worried what would happen. They made her feel very comfortable and validated about her pain, giving her a plan on how they would handle it if the loose tooth that was causing the issue didn’t come out on it’s own soon. She has talked about her new dentists office and how much she loved it there all day!

First off, I have the memory of a potato and I can't recall my hygienist's name. Danya or Tanya? Wow I was blown away as she read my answers to my intake from memory and said it back to me like she cared, and I truly felt she did!! She took the time! But then it came to the checkup and cleaning, she was gentle and felt skilled. She looks young but her skills with the poky tools was like she was old and wise. No unnecessary digging, no missed teeth and no grit left behind.Then came the assistant? She was friendly too, even in the brief interaction. They smile with their eyes! The doctor was Dr.Shayla Porter and it was the cherry on top of an amazing experience. AT THE DENTIST!!! I felt at ease and not embarrassed about my teeth at all. I felt motivated to get back to caring for them after I had a bout of depression. Top it off by a warm inviting hip/boutique environment. The artwork is cute and charming. I would 100% recommend this place ONLY if it won't ruin my chances of getting in. Yes, I am looking forward to going back!

I’ve been a patient of Legacy Dental for a few years now, and very happy that I found this place, Dr Santon and Dr Layton are excellent Dentists that I’ve had work done with. They are both very caring, and thorough in their work. Yesterday I had some work done by Dr Sandon, as I had an infected swelling in my upper gum, which had to be drained. I was so happy, as I had no pain the next day after having the incisions to drain the infection and the swelling has gone down considerably. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I found the place is well kept, clean, sanitized and disinfected to keep patients and staff save that’s what I felt.
