For decades I have been a bit of a denti-phobe, and would get bad anxiety before dentist appointments. I have been coming to Dr. Graas for a few years; she is absolutely amazing, and I am so relaxed coming in now! They all treat you with such kindness and care. They work gently, using state of the art techniques and technologies, and the appointments are over before you know it! I even dozed off in the chair a bit, I was so comfortable last appointment. I couldn't recommend this office more, as it has completely changed my whole outlook on going to the dentist. Every member of the team that I have encountered there has been top notch!

Amazing experience overall! Everybody is so so nice, caring, empathetic and professional!! I was a little afraid coming in as I did not know what to expect and never been looking forward to dentist appointments, but despite having to come back several times for different treatments, I was coming back feeling reassured that everything would go smoothly and that all my needs and concerns would be addressed. I've got to say I'm almost a little bit sad that I won't be coming back sooner for my next appointments, and that says a lot! Starting with Linda at the front desk (a cheerful hello, some good-natured sparring), to Jen (our favourite dental hygienist), to Dr. Graas and the rest of the team; this is a dental office par excellence, and then some. Regular dental cleanups are just a splendid experience with Jen. Her skill and attention to detail (and perennial good humour making for plenty of laffs) makes visiting the dentist’s office an experience that is not synonymous with pain, and one cannot beat the fresh clean feeling afterwards. On the odd occasion when a filling has been required, Dr. Graas has had it done effortlessly; and in double-quick time. Quick efficient processing of the paperwork on the way out by Linda - and a reconfirmation of the next appointments - concludes a fantastic customer experience at Eau Claire Park Dental. We have seen their practice grow over a decade, and we are happy to see them do well and continue to offer superlative dentistry services.

They are great with kids, (our kids have been seeing them since they were toddlers) and they are constantly applying new techniques and adopting new practices to care for our teeth. Dr Graas is the lightest touch I've experienced. Over the years I've had many extractions etc. While not scared of pain per se, it's not fun either. Dr Graas replaced a filling for me recently, and I felt nothing from the needle through the procedure. Very calming expertise.

I've always had a positive experience here. It's super convenient if you work downtown and I think the best review is just that there is nothing I would complain about so far after having been here around 10 times in the past 3 years for anything from a root canal to cleaning.

Laura and Dr. Graas really focused on the details, they would explain to me in detail the result of my xray and photos that was taken and explained the problem. It was a wonderful and warm experience from my start of booking (communicated through email with Laura) till finish. The service is just excellent:)

I visited Eau Claire Park Dental several times over the past few months and every time I was warmly greeted by the administrative staff, Linda and Laurel. My dental bridge had failed and after a series of procedures in the operatory I left feeling that I had received nothing but the best possible care and that I would never go anywhere else for my dental maintenance and treatment. All the staff are professional, caring and friendly with communication being high on their list of values. For many, a visit to the dentist can be stressful but the people here do their very best to minimize any stress. I have total confidence in Dr. Swanlund’s treatment, he is both an engineer and an artist in his dentistry, not to mention his years of experience.
