All of their staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very happy overall. They always remember updates about my family and you feel comfortable going here (it's a welcoming environment). My family has been going here since it opened. The ladies are super friendly. Booking is easy, either be phone or email. They get you in and out with wonderful work. I will not go to another dentist again. The doctors and receptionist know you by name and they even commented how my hair had changed from the year previous. Very personable and kind. Can not say enough good things about this place. Just started going here. I currently go to Dr. Emily and she's nothing less than amazing. Got my top wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and I'm already eating whole foods. My experience was painless and stress free. She definitely makes you feel at home. Didn't even feel the freezing. YES, she's that good. She has a wonderful team that works along side with her. If you want a good experience at a dentist. Go here!

Great for dental-phobes: really! I avoided the dentist for years, but had to address a broken tooth and took a chance on this clinic. Dr. Manji and her staff are fantastic and provide a really supportive safe environment without making you feel foolish if you have fears or haven't been to a dentist in a long time. The clinic is beautiful, open, and comfortable with a relaxed atmomsphere, which makes a huge difference. I haven't experienced that at any other dentist. Sandra, the clinic manager, is also extremely welcoming and helpful. I ended up having some rather serious dental issues and will also need to see a specialist, but this clinic is making it much more comfortable to deal with. To be clear: there are two dental offices in this complex. This is the one on the east side close to Wal-Mart.

I came here to this dental office for partial denture free consultation as my bridge was broken. Dr. Emily just looked and said without x-ray nothing could be said and they don't do denture there. So I left and they charged.me $ 69 from my seniors card fo r nothing.they are rippers. Don't give your card without confirming

I booked an appointment here as another clinic I was trying to get in with had scheduling conflicts. They took my insurance information and sent out a questionnaire for me to fill out before my appointment, and to my pleasure they actually read it before seeing me. I explained my anxieties and history and they were very understanding and accommodating of everything. I felt safe and heard and dealing with the great staff was almost worth the discomfort that comes with dental work. I’m glad I put my trust in this office.

I didn’t feel this dentist was confident . I paid for many x rays now she can’t do the procedure and I have to go to a specialist but now my benefits are lower and I’m forced to wait again. The staff were friendly and the office very nice but now I’ll have to find a new dentist that will do the work .

Went in to deal with a horrible tooth ache and came out free of pain. A root canal was done and was a comfortable experience thru out from start to finish. Staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. The office is kept clean and lots of parking for patient's.

I have been fearful to go to the dentist since I was involved in a car accident in July of 2020. I had a consultation with Dr.Emily Jeong. I explained my jaw pain and fears of further pain. She explained the procedure to me an what would happen at my appointment. Upon going to.my visit I was very nervous and fearful because of my jaw pain. She toom her time and was very helpful explaining what she was doing as she went through the process, Melody assisted her in the procedure and was absolutely lovely to deal with. After the procedure Dr. Jeong as well as Sandra gave me contact info and expressed I could contact them day or nite if any problems came in the aftermath of surgery. As I was preparing to leave I took a dizzy spell Sandra quikly helped me to be seated in reception and Dr.Jeong came out to take care of my needs. Today Dr.Jeong contacted me to follow up and make sure I was doing well. I cant thank the staff at east hills dental enough . Thank you so much!!!

Sandra is the first person you will see before you go in for or whatever appointment brought you there that day. She is such an amazing person. Ive got to say my top complete denture fits 7 out of 10 but the bottom complete denture flaps around with my tongue . Im a mechanic and move around quiet a bit at work my lunch time is limited and Im continuously removeing the bottom denture to eat. Ithought my eating would improve but so far very embarrassing to have to remove the bottom denture every time I consume food. My wife just had a top denture made and 1 month later she is still getting pains in her upper mouth she can only consume soup very mushy speogetti with meat sauce . The denturist says her gums are getting used to the denture . my wife insists that the denture was made to big. she can barely talk without the denture falling out. That is my true reveiw
