Dentrix is a fantastic dentistry. Dr. Soliman is the most efficient dentist I’ve ever been to. He performed a root canal right under my nose and all I thought he did was a broken tooth repair! Dr C Wong was able to remove my two upper wisdom teeth easily under 20 mins. Was very considerate and thorough in explaining the procedure. And I was pleasantly surprised at the result! No pain. Dr. Alok Kumar Singh is absolutely horrible. I would not be surprised if his dentist certifications were forged. He does extremely horrible work. I have extreme mobility in a front tooth due to the work he has done. He is unable to correctly construct a filling and didn't even smooth it out. I went to another dentist to fix all Dr. Singh's work and the alternate dentist found his finger print in the filling he did. I would extremely discourage anyone going to Dentrix Dental Care and especially Dr. Singh.

I saw Doctor Carroll and I literally wanted to cry after leaving the clinic. She made me feel like I was on the verge of losing all my teeth. Told me I need extractions, she said my previous dental work was horrible and then I decided to see an endodontist and no teeth got extracted they just needed a root canal. I haven't tried other dentists there but I definitely wouldn't go back cause they charge way more that other clinics. Even when insurance covers 100% they add fees on top.

Tracey is a wonderful hygienist, is gentle throughout the whole process of teeth cleaning. The staff at the front end are lovely and helpful. Christy Carroll is a fantastic dentist. She is kind and gentle through every step of your appointment with her. She explains exactly what’s happening with your time with in an educational way so there is no room for you to guess what’s happening or why. I left the office with very little irritation of my teeth and gums.

absolutely terrible and wayyyyy too expensive went in for a check up and a cleaning for the cleaning a female dentist who cleaned my teeth must of had an off day as she was very unsure about how many teeth I had in my mouth when going through each to her assistant but in the end said I had very healthy gums and to floss more and keep up the brushing for the check up I had Dr singh , went through my x rays and pictures and found 8 TEETH that needed fillings, 2 teeth to be done "right away" and the rest had old fillings he wants to re-do , for the 2 teeth alone it would cost me $750 !!!! I think these guys are absolute chancers and unreliable and im NEVER going back to this dentists again, just saying whatever they need to , to rob you blind and all this took nearly 2 hours, for a check up and a cleaning , disgrace I would urge anyone to go somewhere else for better service and don't pay way over the top at this shoddy dentist centre

Dentrix Dental at Northhill mall is the best dental office I have ever been too. I am 34 years old and have been terrified of the dentist for as long as I can remember. Everyone in this office is so kind, gentle, and caring. I have been coming here for about 3 years or more and I no longer have panic attacks leading up to the appointment. Dr. Carroll is so patient. I have seen all the dentists in this office at one point or another and they are all so kind and patient. The hygienists and assistants are also just as caring. The administration staff are also incredible! I will never go to another clinic again unless it's to follow Dr. Carroll.

Fantastic service, environment, and staff. Dr. Mohamed Soliman was the best I could ask for in a dentist when I moved to Calgary from Vancouver. During my first Root Canal and crown placement he was open about the procedure and was always concerned about my comfort level. Especially during my wisdom teeth removal of which I decided to only do local anesthetics instead of sedation for all 4 teeth and he kept me calm and relaxed and honestly cares about his patients. Not to mention the reception/support staff. Donna was awesome at making the appointments work around my schedule and always made it easy to deal with my insurance company when it came time to pay the bill. If I hadn't moved out of the city I would definitely revisit them for all their great work and service. I was worried about the negative reviews at first but I'm glad I took the chance with them, ignore the negative reviews and give Dr. Soliman and his support staff a try! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Also I wanted to add I got a implant here from start to finish and had a issue with my insurance paying for the whole thing and ended up owing 1700, the dentist made a quick payment plan after they put the crown on and didn’t charge me 1 dollar of interest on the payment plan and also gave me a free electric tooth brush. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled out this morning. I got to the clinic at 8am and I was walking out at 8:20am. I couldn't believe it. I had been terrified of getting this work done. I even considered cancelling the appointment a few times. When I got there, the reception/admin staff, the assistant, and Dr Mohamed Soliman kept me calm and were so professional. They were so efficient, they really knew what they were doing. It was a complete relief. I am so thankful for him and the other dentists at this clinic. Ignore any negative reviews on this clinic, Just like accountants, or any other industry where they sometimes need to give you bad news, you will not always please everyone. This clinic accepts insurance and is NOT that expensive. Bottom line is that you are paying to have the work done by someone who knows what they are doing. Now wouldn't your rather have that then take a chance? Willing to talk to anyone sceptical if they would like to hear from me directly. Dr Christine Carroll is also an amazing dentist, she is my regular dentist. The work they do is top notch.

Thank you for the follow up root canal treatment However, I have a concern in regards to your payment methods at Dentrix dental care Yesterday after my treatment, after I was going to complete my payment, I had requested to use the iphone charger as my phone was totally out of charge and I was wondering if I could call my bank to increase the limit of my credit card/ debit card, but as the TD bank was just in the mall, I requested Kathy(the receptionist) if I could stop by the bank in the mall to take money out from my bank and make the payment for the treatment Kathy told me it was okay for me to take out money from the bank but Kathy told me to leave my cellphone at her desk I did not express on how I felt at that moment - but it was extremely rude and it is unprofessional It was extremely unprofessional for Kathy to ask me to leave my cellphone there, as it not only showed that the clinic has no trust in the customers, but it also showed how unorganized the payment system is for the clinic I understand Kathy's point of view, that if the customer does go away without any payment - she would be held liable for the payment - but that in no way gives anyone the authority to ask someone to leave their belonging just to make sure that the customer comes back to complete the payment Even though I was extremely happy with the treatment and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Singh and his assistant, but the clinic should have a better way of getting payments completed by the customers and given that I already took a treatment before this for which I made a full payment( which was worth $1600) , the clinic should have put more trust in me that I would definitely pay for this treatment too

I came to Dentrix because I needed a crown replaced and my own dentist was closed. I will never come back to Dentrix. The dentist I saw was nice but both he and the assistant were extremely rushed putting my crown back on. The assistant jabbed my mouth several times with her instruments because she was rushed. Twice I told her there was still cement on the tooth above the one they had fixed and it was still there when I left. Luckily my mom is a dental assistant and removed the cement herself when I got home. On top of it all they charged me $180 for this simple procedure. My old dental office I used to go to would charge $64 for the same procedure.

Dentrix's staff has seen me through dozens of visits for pretty much every type of dental procedure that you can name. Every staff member from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists, are friendly, helpful and kind people who regularly go the extra mile to make each visit enjoyable. Going to the dentist can sometimes be a uncomfortable ordeal but Dentrix will put any worries you may have to rest.

I decided to get partials as I could not afford implants. After months of going back to get these partials to fit properly I was very disappointed. They told me that there was nothing else they could do. Then I was told by Soloman that I could return my partials and we would forget the whole thing. I also don't recall if they mentioned that my 1500.00 I spent would be returned. He also said "I told you to get implants" Well thank you, if I had the money I would have. That doesn't mean they should not do a proper job on my partials to where they fit properly. I was so disgusted with the whole ordeal. I had to constantly miss work, just for them to have the situation not be rectified. They kept making excuses why they didn't fit. I cant believe that a so called professional could not do a proper job. Needless to say I will not be returning and I will not refer anyone else to that clinic.

Just as the many people before I love this office !! I needed the dreaded root canal ....of course I heard all the horror stories before my appointment which didn't help my state of mind. When I arrived I was greeted with friendly faces big smiles and words of comfort. Then I was brought in to the room with the scary chair. My heart thumping was probably heard by the whole office. Dr.Soliman entered the room with the warmest smile and I felt better. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. Between Dr.Soliman and his wonderful assistant I felt at ease, so much so that 30 mins into the appointment I FELL ASLEEP!! Nope not sedated I was just that comfortable during my root canal... That's unheard of! Best experience I have ever had. Since that appointment I have brought my whole family to Dentrix, co-workers and anyone else looking for a new dentist!

Go to see him twice, pay for check and everything they said everything is good, is normal to get same pain. Not happy at all, my last experience I went to get some fillings done. Dr. Singh practically stabbed my face with the freezing. I have never had anybody make freezing being done painfully horrible but he was good at it. He drilled one of my fillings too deep and told me Ill probably need a root canal done because of it, my one filling fell out and it hasn’t even been a week! not to mention he enjoys throwing his tools down on my chest when he is done! I’ll take my business else where now.

Dentrix dental is absolutely amazing. I had major dental problems from a previous accident when I saw Dr. Soliman. He took the time to explain to me every step we needed to do and why. He also told me prices per option I had and he was so gentle and kind. It took over a year, but when I was finished my teeth looked great. Every person who works in the office is very knowledgeable in what they do. After going to many different dentist before I will no longer go anywhere else!

Very friendly and gentle. Understanding as i get anxiety being at the dentist. Only giving 3 stars as they are pricey. I will be calling a few other dentists for quotes and comparing before i make my final decision. They are significantly higher than the alberta dental fee guide (ie. double for a wisdom tooth removal), so i suggest getting a second opinion if you have a bit of sticker shock. Its not all about costs but it does impact the decision. Dr. Sing was great and really put me at ease.

I've gone to Dentrix North Hill for quite a few years now and they've always been very friendly and professional and do excellent work. They don't often volunteer information about costs before a procedure, but if you inquire, they will gladly give you a breakdown of everything they do and any costs associated. Only giving 4 stars because during one appointment for a filling, they started taking x-rays without consulting me first. It had been one year since the last time I had them, so it was necessary, but it was a cost I wasn't expecting. They do excellent work and I will continue to go to them for the foreseeable future, even though I've long since move out of the North West.

Just had my implant put in today. Dr Singh and assistant did a very good job. They do everything possible to make sure that you’re taken care of. The receptionist even faxes your prescription(s) to your pharmacist so that the wait is lessened.

As much as I despise going to the dentist, Dentrix makes the experience as pleasant as possible. They go out of their way to make sure the patient is as comfortable as possible. Amazing bedside manner, and best cheerleading squad a gal could ask for. They really listen, if there's a problem, they respond. I have Fibromyalgia, and I strongly believe that my body responds differently to freezing than a body without FM. It wears off very quickly. Dr Singh is quick to respond and remedy the situation every time. They have the nitrous set up when I arrive, without me having to ask about it. Not a bad word to utter about Dentrix Northhill Mall :)

Dr Singh is a horrible dentist. All caps have not been smoothe down, they are all jagged. The root canal he did on my front lower tooth is SO BAD , he smoothed the top down so far that it's shorter than my other teeth, not to mention the extreme mobility and IT'S CROOKED NOW! if you don't want your smile ruined , don't elsewhere!

Can be really hit or miss. Had one dentist there who gave up halfway through my root canal and left me on my own to find a new dentist while in searing pain for weeks until I had to get the tooth removed (by a different dentist). Left town recently after 5 years+ of giving them money and got a “well bye then”. Dr Carroll is the nice one.
