Last year when i had to get my wisdom teeth out and i was in extreme pain there was no dentists who could get me help right away but Dr.Chen got back to me right away and quickly removed the teeth in a few minutes with no pain afterwards. Then when i had to get another one removed 2 days ago and i contacted her they got back to me right away and fixed the problem quickly so i get get on with my work. Dr.Chen is the best dentist i ever met

WRONG ADDRESS!!! I got mislead by the nice reviews below and made an appointment for a quite urgent problem. The clinic does not seem to be at this location. I found only a faded out sign and a locked door. Nor directions neither phone number provided in the appointment confirmation. When after walking for 5 mins around the building under a pouring rain I finally found their phone number and called, the receptionist kept arguing with me that they were in the office instead of helping with proper directions. No apologies sent by now. One thing they are definitely good at is making themselves inaccessible.

Eventhough i now live in Hamilton, i still chose to stay in Uptown Dental. They have the best service (at least in my experience) and all the staff are the sweetest. Dr. Botelho took care of me since the beginning and made sure everything was looking perfect. They are very accomodating as well when i had emergency on my retainer. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
