I used to go to this dentist office when I lived in Ontario. They left such a sour taste in my mouth that I haven't been back to the dentist since, which was 3 years ago. I had never been scared to go to the dentist before but now it has become a huge source of anxiety. The staff was very nice and they did a good job but it truly felt like they were money sucking vampires. Every single time I went in there they found new things I "needed", usually just cosmetic things and made them seem like they were super urgent (they weren't, after getting second opinions) and charged me for them. They redid my xrays several times because they weren't good the first time and charged me for them (how is that my fault?). After getting two of my wisdom teeth extracted (that was an emergency and not forced upon me), I was totally broke as I was a part time worker and didn't have insurance. They were calling me every three months for cleaning. One time I told the admin assistant I couldn't afford all this stuff and to please stop calling me every three months because it made me very anxious and that I would do a cleaning every 6 months. She apologized and said she wrote it down in my file. Guess who called me again three months later? It was very upsetting and I felt like they were used to service people with a lot of money and good insurance which they can milk at will. I was a client for about two years and must have given then close to 4k, out of which probably half wasn't needed. I worked part time at nearly minimum wage and kept telling them so but apparently having white teeth is more important than putting food on the table.

I was terrified of having work done on my teeth. I pushed the visits as long as I could to avoid going, for fear of pain that I previously got with other dentists. I had not pain when I had my procedure done during or after. Every visit was a pleasure without even the slightest discomfort. I am happy to have finally found a great dental team. They are patient and take all patients needs into consideration.

When my dentist of 30+ years retired and sold his practice, I never thought I'd find another dentist I wanted to see. I stopped into Mapleview Dental on a whim one night while shopping, and I am SO glad I did! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and I adore Dr. Buddalyan. My appointments are always thorough and prompt and pain-free. People think I'm crazy for loving going to the dentist... I think they just have the wrong dentist!

Once again, a great experience. I arrived early and went in before my scheduled appointment. My hygienist was kind, gentle and efficient. The staff warm and inviting. Dr. Igor made a point of coming to say hi during my visit. A very positive experience.

I am new to the area and in need of a local dentist. After contacting multiple dental offices, some didn't even respond and others responded but didn't offer evening or weekend appointments, which doesn't work for my schedule. When I contacted Mapleview Dental Centre I received a response immediately and got my appointment booked for the following week. They were very quick with retrieving my records from my previous dentist and setting up my direct billing for insurance as well. The amazing individual I have been communicating with is Suzzy. When I say amazing, I mean AMAZING! She is so friendly and goes above and beyond to give exceptional customer service before your appointment, after your appointment, and in between appointments. They couldn't have chosen a better person to handle customer service. My appointment went very well, the dental hygienist and dentist were both extremely friendly and professional. I think it's safe to say this is the most positive experience I've ever had with a dental clinic. They don't lecture you or make you feel bad if you haven't been as diligent as you should be with things like flossing (guilty!) they are just super positive and supportive and offer recommendations for things they feel could be beneficial for your teeth or just to make your life easier. I have permanent retainer bars behind my top and bottom teeth that were installed 15+ years ago after having braces. Due to the tightness of these bars, I have a very difficult time flossing, even with the helpful tools they have available for this. Anytime I have expressed this difficulty with dentists in the past they just say I have to do better. Without even mentioning it to this dentist, she suggested if I'd be interested in getting the bars removed, they would get retainers made for me which would be better for the health of my teeth as it's even hard for them to clean as much as they'd like due to the bars. Finally an alternate solution that no dentist had offered to me before. They also offered to shave my front teeth down a bit to help even them out as I mentioned I have a small chip in one of my front teeth that makes me self conscious. I just can't say enough positive things about these individuals and for once I actually look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much, everyone!

All staff are very attentive and accomodating. No long wait times. Dentist is very gentle and reassuring, and explains everything in a way that you can actually understand it. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I'm very happy with my choice. I had been at a dental office that was leading me down the wrong path and had outdated equipment. Mapleview Dental Centre has some of the most hightech equipment available on the market and are proving to be experts at correcting my bite, stopping my teeth grinding and making me comfortable in the chair. It's wonderful paying for something that is being done right the first time and will mean I don't have expensive restorative work in the future. All of the work that my last dentist did over 4 years needs to be redone and I'm glad I have finally found an office I can trust. I 100% recommend this office and the staff are a step above.

Maple Dental has made a believer in NO HURT dental. I have actually fallen asleep on several occasions in the dental chair. Once even getting a filling. Thats how amazing the Dentis and Hygienists are. No need to be afraid anymore. The work they do is awesome and pain free !!

I went in knowing I needed some dental work. I explained to them that I have TMJ, which causes me migraines if my mouth is opened wide for long periods of time, or if it is stretched beyond comfortable levels. They also said, to accomodate this they would make more appointments for shorter intervals, an hour or an hour and a half max. Not only did the hygenist try to push my jaw closed on the x ray bite that was too large for my mouth, causing pain and my guns to bleed, despite telling her I couldn't close it, she tried forcing it, literally cutting my gums. What wss supposed to be 1 of many appointments turned out to be my last, they were having difficulty with 1 moler, 2 straight hours of them pushing down on my jaw, over and over beyond resonable limits, I decided not to go back. My file went into collections, I was late in the payment, so, I understand that, once I had the money, I paid the bill in full. That was 8 months ago. Not only did they not contact the credit recovery agency informing them I paid, when my wife went in to speak to them about this, they didn't seem to care. They didn't offer to contact the credit collections company, they couldn't tell us when it was paid, or print a recipt. They have intentionally, due to lack of intelligence or negligence have been screwing my credit for the better part of a year, after my bill was paid in full. I've now seen a new dentist, and he has to remove some of the fillings this office put in. Along with the massacre of physical pain they caused now I have to get the work redone, and try to get my credit fixed, as they don't care. Thanks Mapleview dental.

Their motto of " We cater to Cowards" couldn't be more accurate! Having very sensitive gums and teeth, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. All of their Staff are genuinely concerned for your well-being and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and not experiencing any pain during your visit. I can't stress enough how thankful I am to have become a patient of theirs as each time I go I am no longer in fear, and I know that they will do all they can to make it a stressless and painless visit.
