I was absolutely terrified of having work done on my teeth (due to previous dentists) and would often push visits as long as I could to avoid going. I will never be afraid to visit this office. Not only does each staff member make you feel welcome and calm but Wanda and Dr. Kapur are truly exceptional at what they do. Each visit was a pleasure without even the slightest discomfort. I am ecstatic to have finally found a great dental team!!!

My experience at Maple Dental has always been amazing. Dr. Kapur, Wanda and his staff are professional, courteous and make any dental experience I've had there a positive one. They went above and beyond for me when I requested veneers/crown implant and gave me the smile I've always wanted. I highly recommend Maple Dental Office!

As long as you show up on time you spend little to no time in the waiting room. The service is very friendly both from reception to the physicians working there. The procedures and options are always explained and planned with me. I look forward to my continued dental service from them. I would and will recommend anyone who needs dental service to this location.

Changing my post. The dental work is good but am so frustrated with this dentist that I have found a new one. I have 100% dental coverage, but they still make sure that everytime I visit, I end up with a bill in the mail. Just paid an extra $110 for a 100% ( supposedly) covered cleaning of my teeth. It has happened so much I am at a loss for words. And yes my plan runs off the 2017 fee guide! So that's not the extra charge issue! My suggestion is try a dentist whose office is a little more organised.

Always a wonderful experience from the calming updated decor walking in, the helpful cheery receptionist to the hygienists and to Dr. Kapur himself if you are unfortunate enough to need dental work done he is the person I would recommend! He always has a joke on hand, asks how you are and him and his assistant are funny and clever! They make having dental work done a breeze! My whole family has belonged to this dental practice for many years! I've watched as they continuously update their technology to offer their patients the best possible dental care. The staff is also wonderful with my small children and make going to the dentist fun!

My first visit to Maple Dental was less than a week ago, yet the minute I arrived, I felt at ease right away. The receptionists and the rest of the staff are very cheerful and quite friendly. I was given a full check-up and had X-rays, when finally I was blessed by Dr. Kapur who not only is he professional and with a great sense of humour, but also restored my faith in dental procedures. Doreen, dental hygienist, was phenomenal during cleaning and polishing. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her. This clinic is where I am planning to park my teeth and my smile.

I didn't realize how great a dentist could be until I happened across Dr. Kapur, Wanda, and the rest of the staff at Maple Dental. I had recently 'fired' my dentist of 26 years, and can't believe I waited so long. The whole place in wonderful. They are so pleasant, and friendly. I used to dread the dentist...and while I wouldn't choose to go if I didn't have to, I no longer dread it. Thank you Maple Dental for being so great!

I have recently gone thorough the Invisalign process and Dr. Kapur is well versed with all dental procedures. My family and I are patients of Maple Dental and found the office very relaxing and comfortable and having T.V's especially for my 4 year old to help her focus on and distract from any dental treatments, for example, sounds and new experiences being in the dental chair. Any conversation unrelated to the treatment helps make the appointment and experience a better one.

Went over my coverage even tho i repeatedly told them not to did unnecessary diagnostics one was fir an estimate to rebuild a tooth that i never recieved. Also the front desk was completely disorganized the normal clerk who seemed very competent went on a leave of absence so they couldn't event tell me that i owed them money for 9 months. Very disappointed used to be a good place.

Dr. Kapur is always very thorough and will accept nothing less than perfection. Aiding him and by anticipating his next requirement is the lovely Wanda. These two are an amazing duo and make you feel very at ease. They are the BEST in the business. Their infectious humour helps you through every procedure!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kapur for a very long time and have always come away very happy with the work I have received. Recently I talked with Dr. kapur about my front teeth crowns. Initially we discussed having them replaced because my gums had receded to a very unattractive look and at that time there was very little alternative. Recently when I talked to Dr. Kapaur he told me about a very new and innovative procedure. I made an appointment and had the procedure done. It is called PRP and it is to my mind revolutionary. I did not really expect such a major change. Before this year there was no alternative but to have them replaced. I no longer need that. It is a truly amazing procedure. If anyone finds themselves unhappy with their old crowns and are thinking replacement please give Dr. Kapur's office a call. They are all so very nice to deal with, from the front reception to Dr. Kaapur's wonderful assistant Wanda. Give them a call. Tell them Sarah sent you.
