I recently made the move to Freeman Dental after my lifelong dentist in my hometown of Niagara sold their practice. I loved the warm reception I received at the office. Dr. Jordan Freeman is very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. She explained everything she was doing which I really appreciated. It felt very comfortable which to me is important. I would highly recommend Freeman Dental.

The quality of the care and the skill and professionalism of the staff at Freeman Dental is unparalleled. In addition to an obvious dedication to quality dental care, they also never fail to make me feel like a valued client by paying attention to the little things, like really taking the time to discuss any dental health concerns, or remembering things about you, your family or your interests. I don't know/care if they take notes and refer back before an appointment, but it's a nice feeling when your dentist and hygienist have more to talk to you about than the weather. I've been a client of Dr. Rick Freeman since I was a child, and he has given me fantastic dental care most of my life. Now that I am older and have a family of my own, and we are all seeing Dr. Jordan Freeman, and I am very pleased that she is continuing this practice when Dr. Rick decides to retire. She is friendly and professional and has an acute attention to detail. I'll describe Dr. Jordan's style with a short story: As I was getting the finishing touches on a filling, she asked, "How does it feel?" Good, I replied. "I don't want it to be good," she told me, "it should be perfect." My wife has had a similar experience and was amazed at the results when we came to Dr. Jordan to have her old shoddy dental work fixed. After 30 years as a client I can't speak highly enough Dr. Rick and Dr. Jordan Freeman. I've told these stories to countless people, I thought it was time to tell the world.

I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Freeman Dental. I can honestly say I have never left the dentist feeling BETTER than when I went in. Its nerve wracking to say the least. But I am so impressed by the staff here, I dont know if I will ever feel that way again. So genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, caring & thorough. I feel I am in the best possible hands. I will be a life long patient. A 10/10 experience.

I have been going to Rick Freeman since I was about 14 years old and now I bring my 8 year old daughter in from Toronto for her teeth. We tried a few dentists in our area but found the service wasn't comparable. We now see Jordan Freeman, Dr. Freeman's daughter and she is lovely. She is so patient, thorough and wonderful with kids. Our experience has always been so positive that it's worth the drive from Toronto for all of our dental needs.

My dentist of 25 years retired. I did an extensive search, Dr. Rick Freeman was recommended to me by an oral surgeon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his office. My husband switched as well, and he feels them same way. Dr. Freeman's expertise and professionalism is second to none. His staff are always friendly and very accommodating. I honestly can not say enough good things about Freeman Dental! The team there is so warm and welcoming :) They really get to know you on a personal level and go above and beyond to accommodate you. I always leave there feeling great about the service I receive. I really appreciate how they send text message reminders and respond to calls and emails immediately. Angela has been cleaning my teeth for years and WOW she does an amazing job! She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. The girls at the front desk and so lovely and are always so kind and cheerful. Both Dr. Richard and Jordan Freeman are great! Any time I've needed dental work they make sure I am as comfortable as possible and work very efficiently to get the job done :) The team work there is incredible. The office is also very clean and tidy and has such a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I agree with others citing the people who work here but I stopped going for another reason. The "offices" are open so there is zero privacy. Quite embarrassing when they are shaming you for not coming more often.
