This is the best dentist and the best team, period. Gentle, personable, willing to go the extra mile to ensure your visit is comfortable and beneficial. Dentist? Top-notch. Assistant? Top-notch. Receptionist? Top-notch, Hygienist? Top-notch. Are you seeing a pattern here? I work nearby and found them by Google Maps. I'm very glad I did.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Douglas for many years. He is a great dentist and does excellent work. Hi staff are also very professional and the receptionist, Gloria, is extremely helpful. I read the 1 star review and have to say that this person must have the wrong dentist, and that is the kindest thing I can say.

It was terrible, they were picky about customers, as the receptionist or manager I don’t know the name even yelled at me and warned me in a very rude way. Oh my goodness, I was never ever treated like that as a PATIENT. I was desperate needing their professional help, but their rudeness just made my toothache worse. I was so disappointed and hurt by their attitude to the PATIENTS. Not recommended. Or be careful, hope your dental situation wouldn’t get worse as mine.

My 3 adult kids and I have been patients of Dr. Douglas 20+ years. Dr. Douglas is exceptional - professional, caring and friendly. The receptionist is super helpful and personable, and I've had a great experience with all the staff. Dr. Douglas and staff are tops.
