I'd give it more stars if I could, I'm not afraid to admit that I'm terrified of dentists, 50 years old and done everything I could to avoid the place, this has caused me a lot of pain, well over the last few weeks I had to give in and visit a local dentist (I wasn't registered and given Covid was no easy task). To my great fortune and luck I came across Dentistry at the grove, a fairly new and very modern practice located here in Burlington, this is a family practice with both mother and daughter working the day attended, they wasted no time in making me feel very welcome and relaxed, they wasted my fears and dealt with me like I had been a patient for years, the service from start tomorrow finish was fantastic, I can't praise them enough, and fully intend in enrolling the rest of my family, thanks for a great service.

Dentistry at it's finest! I was a lapsed adult dental patient, having not visited a dentist for over a decade. One day I realized that I was paying for unused group insurance through my workplace and decided to get some work done. I am a 30+ year resident of Burlington. I have had at least 3 different dental offices that I remember. My lapsed dental maintenance can be attributed to the way I was treated in the chair. I was an insurance policy that needed to be maxed out ASAP. The previous dentist offices felt like I was in an industrial lawyers office where you knew that the perks were somehow going to end up on the tab. I was expecting the same here. My first visit was exceptionally thorough. The difference at the Grove was that instead of feeling that I was being twisted for a profit, I was being treated as a HUMAN that HAD DENTAL issues. Kind, compassionate and caring summarizes your treatment from their entire team. Let me ask you, do you receive follow up calls from your dentist to see how you are doing post procedure? Yup. Unheard of. The BEST dental clinic in Burlington. The office itself is modern and capable of handling all your family's dental needs. We switched to this Dentistry in July 2020 and are very happy with their service. Our doctor is Dr. C. R. Fernando. She is very, very thorough. Unfortunately I realized my previous dentist (whose name I won't be mentioning) wasn't half as thorough and didn't care to educate us. The reception staff is lovely - they ask me how is my baby doing and actually care enough to look at his pictures haha. And I won't deny it, the possibility to watch Netflix while you're at a dentist is a LUXURY of sorts! :)

Hi i recently found this great location its very new office i met the front desk staff they were very amazing and so helpfull my own dentist just retired so I was looking for new dentist i met the doctor briefly she was very busy but she toke time out for a fast conversation and I found her very classy and very organized thats why her office is getting so busy i live a few minutes away and I noticed her front desk staff so organized disinfected all door handles and checking out all patients while arriving for there appointments so I have decided to book my first appointment looking forward to keep my smile happy from this amazing office .

The office is very clean and protocols have obviously been put in place to address Covid concerns. I felt like she was trying to inform me as she worked rather than just doing what needed to be done. This was my first new dentist in over 20 years and although I was reluctant, I'm very happy with the move.

I checked out the new dental clinic Dentistry at the Grove. Its in a nice little plaza with ample free parking. The staff there are excellent. Front receptionist was friendly and Dr.Fernando did a great job on my check up and cleaning. I like how they don't push you for so much extra treatment. (My previous dentist did and it was so annoying). Bonus - the TVs have Netflix and amazon prime, so there's lots to watch while in the chair!

I want to Thank Dr Ramya Fernando , Excellent Professional Care. My husband had a toothache, He was able to to a appointment quickly, he was in a lot of pain. Dr Fernando explained to him , it was not his tooth, he had a sinus infection. She promptly gave him a prescription for antibiotics. I was in search of a new dentist, and many people recommended dentistry at the grove, so I had to give it a shot. I booked a hygiene appointment and checkup with an extremely friendly girl by the name of Supriya. I was very impressed by her professionalism and very sweet and charismatic nature. She setup a hygiene appointment with Natalia, who was very thorough and made the appointment go by with so much ease. Then I met doctor Niromi who was the epitome of what every dentist should be: funny, professional and very intelligent. I knew I was in good hands. Overall my experience was 10/10. I recently came in for a routine clean and some cavity work. I was a little concerned with how COVID restrictions and protocols would change the visit but wish I didn’t wait so long, the staff were so pleasant and accommodating! They made sure I was comfortable since I’m a bit anxious at the dentist and having a TV to distract me we great. Dr Niromi really payed attention to the details so I would be happy with my smile and more importantly have healthy teeth. I’m really grateful to have found them!

Although she has now moved her practice to Dentistry at the Grove in Burlington, we continue to seek her care even though it means we need take a one-hour drive each way. I recently went to Dentistry at The Grove and saw Dr. Ramya Fernando to get a chip in my front tooth repaired. The office itself is very welcoming, trendy, and everything is brand new! Dr. Fernando went over the procedure with me and really took her time to find the right colour and shape for my repair. She even asked for my opinion during the procedure and made sure I was happy. I've never had a dentist give me a mirror and actually ask me what I thought! I really appreciated that because I obviously wanted it to look as natural as possible. She was so accommodating and even followed-up with me the next day to see if I was happy and if I had any questions. I highly recommend this dental office!

I have never had such a wonderful experience at any medical office. I regrettably hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and I knew it was of time be a BIG job. Dr. Fernando made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She didn’t just tell me how to look after my teeth, she showed me how and explained why. We set up a treatment plan and got to work. They were wonderful the whole way through the cleaning and set me up with a kit to take home.
