Dr. Ng and his staff have always been incredible with my son. He started visiting the office at 7 years of age and they accommodated him wonderfully. A year later and he still begs to visit the orthodontist more often than his regular 6 week rotation!

he might be good...it is hard to say. His staff tell the potential patient one thing when you phone for an appointment or ask for details, and then when the patients asks for what has been promised by his staff the doctor gets angry and decides you are a problem. It might be best to record what his staff is saying to avoid conflicts with the Orthodonist. The staff asks for your health history in front of others....that is supposed to be private, and this practice is in a small city..And if you are waiting for an appointment with him if your matter is urgent or you are in discomfort, best to book with another Orthodonist as well as you can not be sure if Dr Ng will accept you. You do not want to be waiting for months and end up with no Orthodonist. The Orthodonist might be good, I do not know....but his staff...be careful and do not believe what they tell you.

Dr. Ng and his staff are wonderful. Completely professional while being friendly, so knowledgeable, very efficient, and accommodating within reason. You can really tell they put the patients first. I traveled to have my orthodontics done, and he and his office worked with me to meet my schedule. Years later, my teeth are still straight, straight, straight. I get compliments on my "shiny white straight teeth", which makes me very happy. All in all, an excellent experience and wonderful result.

My daughter and two sons have had their orthodontic treatments done by Dr.Ng. He is very professional, knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients. He explains everything in detail and listens to any concerns. His staff is very knowledgeable, supportive, comforting and kind. My kids now have beautiful healthy smiles. We have referred many our family and friends to Dr.Ng's office because of our excellent experience there.

I had a fantastic experience meeting the staff and Dr Ng this morning. My son was a big fan of the game room they had, and I was impressed with how Dr Ng went above and beyond for us by recommending excellent resources such as; books and podcasts. Dr. Ng took the time to explain and educate us on the options we had to choose from and I felt he was thorough and genuinely happy to answer all of our questions.
