My experience with Dr Li and his whole team has always been exceptional. They are friendly and work at preserving your teeth rather than using your mouth as a source of income. This is important to me because I am retired and do not have dental insurance. I switched to this team initially for a second opinion after my previous dental outfit recommended an extraction and implant in 2013. To this day (over 8 years later!) Great experience every time we go to Dr Li’s office. Our family have been going for many years, from the clean waiting room where my kids enjoyed the toys ,( wouldn’t call it a waiting room as we never spend much time waiting, we are always quickly whisked into our appointments) to the front desk reception ladies that greet us with a friendly smile, everything is very warm and welcoming. Despite being a fairly busy clinic when I walked in the staff treated me with courtesy, were polite, and were more or less on time (I didn't stay too long in the waiting room before getting started). Dr. Li took the time and care to explain everything that needed to be done, as well as what was happening in my mouth (some things of which I was never aware of!), which I found to be very valuable. He was also fairly gentle during the exam and has a very positive and cheerful attitude, which for me at least made me feel more relaxed on the chair. I know its only been one appointment but I'm confident I am staying with him and will recommend my friends to come based on this experience.

I went there just now and I found Doctor Dong Li is very nice and patient to answer your questions and your concerns. I was hurt by a dentist in Toronto by his rude and unprofessional. That guy didn't do well on my teeth filling, I still felt sour and uncomfortable before I went to Dr Dong Li. As I got to Dr Dong's Office, I said I feel bad and have problem on trusting a dentist. He had a nice talk with me and I felt relaxed. Then he repaired that tooth that was poorly filled by the last guy. I feel soooo warm from my bottom of heart! He is the one really cares about your oral health. He also recommend me to have a night guard cause he feel I might grind my teeth at night. That was totally true and has never found by any of my dentists. He is so professional, kind heart and nice! If google doesn't limit the number of stars I can give, I'll give all the stars in the world to Dr Dong Li!

I must say the help and care that I have received from Dr. Li's has been extraordinary. Bonnie, who cleans my teeth takes the time to explain what she is doing and provides some great advice as to how to maintain my teeth. Dr. Phil who has worked on my teeth has been exceptional. He too, always takes the time to explain what he is going to do and provide different options. Everyone in the office is friendly and greets you with a smile and a warm hello. Both Kellie and Lisa at reception will always greet me by name. With all the people they see it is not an easy task to remember peoples name. I can honestly say that every staff member at this dental office is exceptional. The level of professional customer service and satisfaction they provide is above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. Your appointment is on time and the procedures are without discomfort, and I can tell you that I have had to go through a number of them trying to correct prior years of poor dental care. The front desk ladies are top notch. They treat you like family. The dental assistants and oral cleaning technicians are 5 star. You will be pleased by the quality of work done every time you visit. Dr. Li has a gift for the work he does. My grand-daughter Olivia loves him and this after she had some major extractions done. To be able to fix problems and offer options to better our dental health without pain is a wonder to me. You will not be up-sold for costly procedures that are not in your budget at this office but will be treated with respect and care. I only wish that I had moved to Brockville years ago and found Dr. Dong and his crew earlier!

I changed dentists because I was very unhappy with the some of the staff at the dental clinic I went to for 5 years. I thought having a female dentist would be a good experience. I was absolutely right! I found Dr Rachel on the internet. She and her assistant Lucy are amazing in all areas, professional, kind, caring, attentive and best of all they have a great sense of humour:) They also have a great rapport. working together cohesively and respectfully. I didn't feel like I was a cadaver on the chair having to listen to the dentist and assistant talking about other patients or their personal lives. Dr. Rachel took the time to answer any questions I had. It is very evident she cares about her patients.The staff is very friendly. Although Dr. Li is not my dentist, he came in and introduced himself to me when I was getting a cleaning. Gillian the hygienist was very thorough, yet gentle. She also has a great sense of humour. What fun the children must have looking at all the Disney characters on her walls! The bonus is that the waiting area is separate from the reception area which eliminates overhearing any conversations the office assistants are having with patients. All in all my experience at Dr Li's Family dentistry was outstanding!

My wife and I recently relocated permanently from Ottawa to the outskirts of Brockville. We were in search of a Dentist Office and following conversations with acquaintances in the area and performing our own due diligence on line we decided on Dr. Dong Li Family Dentistry for a meet and greet. I had a chipped tooth that required being looked at and repaired so the initial call for an appointment was made by me. From the first telephone conversation I had with Kelly and a subsequent appointment with Dr. Dong Li and assistant Debbie I knew then and there that we had found the Dentist Office and Dentist we could begin a long lasting relationship with. I can honestly say that my experience thus far following a subsequent appointment for routine fillings was rated personally to myself as A++. I had my first appointment at this office today and everything about my experience was fabulous! In short, I would 100% recommend this office, everyone I met today was amazing and made me feel welcome and comfortable! The office was also spotless and patient comfort has definitely been considered. In more detail, this is why; It started two days before my appointment when I called to ask if I the cavity I thought I might have would likely be filled on the same day as my initial assessment (I wasn’t expecting it to be, but truth be told I was thinking about my belly and whether I’d be frozen and able to eat lunch or if I should have a big breakfast!) Lori was lovely about this question and understanding of my silly reasoning. The morning of my appointment Lori again was amazing when she called to see if I was able to come in earlier than scheduled as it would give me more time with the dentist and a better chance of having the cavity filled the same day. I honestly couldn’t believe how accommodating they had already been to a new patient who had yet to step foot in the office! My day was made even better when Lucy (also super lovely!) promptly brought me to the exam room and Dr. Darbar completed the initial assessment AND filled two cavities. Dr. Darbar was very kind and considerate and regularly checked in with me to ensure that I was still comfortable throughout the entire process. To top it off Lisa worked with me and explained the insurance claims/payment process and options available until we heard back from the insurance company. I really can’t say enough good things about my experience here!

Recently moved the leeds grenville area and looking for a dentist for 2 children and self. There is a sign outside mentioning accepting new patients so I called. Unfortunately due to personal/health issues my low income qualified me for the healthy smiles program(hso). Unfortunately they are not accepting 'these types of patients' . It is very difficult to comprehend how this type of judgment affects a family. Hso only covers children not myself and yes we would have been a lifelong customer including my 2 children as my financial situation is improving but to be declined(especially children) because of utilizing much needed assistance through hso was very hurtful.

Finding a new dentist and doctor after having had our old ones for so long , I thought would be frustrating job, , but luckily, one of our neighbour’s near our New home, recommended Dr. Dong Li. On my first visit, I could tell that he was a good choice to trust my dental work with. Attentive, thorough, Dr. Ly explains everything clearly. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, always checking to see if everything is OK throughout the entire time in the chair Dr. Li, has on occasion, taken the time to investigate and and bring to attention issues he might find concerning, even if they are totally unrelated to the issue of the initial visit. He is super professional and the office is state of the art, meticulously sanitary and comfortable. During today’s appointment, had he not told me he had to freeze a certain area, I would not have known he had done it, He performed it so quickly and without even a pinch during the administration of the freezing . Solution. I am so happy we moved to Brockville, because it gave us the excuse to seek out a new dentist and with that, we were able to score one, who is knowledgeable about all the latest procedures in dentistry.

Notwithstanding, I decided to write a review of Dr. Dong Li’s Dental Clinic, Brockville ON, as I felt my experiences there warrant some reciprocation on my behalf (no, I am not in any way affiliated with this Clinic apart from being a patient there). From my initial encounter, Dr. Li and his staff have been exceptional. All members of his staff demonstrate a kindness and sincerity that creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere both in-person and over-the-phone. Many other organizations would be well advised to take a lesson in customer service and relations from Dr. Li’s reception staff. The health-care practitioners (dental hygienists and dentists) are equally attentive and responsive to their patients’ needs and concerns. They demonstrate professional competency in all manner of their practice and foster a warm relationship with their clients that both reduces anxiety (I am nervous when in the dental chair) and builds confidence. I suspect the warm, caring atmosphere that is present in Dr. Li’s Dental Clinic is a direct result of the character and nature of Dr. Dong Li himself. Dr. Li is exceptionally personable and takes time to converse with his patients (a skill that has all-too-often been eclipsed by modern technology). He and his staff deserve formal recognition for the exceptional quality of service they provide to the local area. I would highly recommend Dr. Dong Li to anyone who is seeking a family dentist.

Dr. Li's work is terrific! I have been going to him for years, mostly for exams and cleaning. Last year I needed a root canal, and crown, which he performed extremely well. Recently, one of his staff dentists replaced a filling for me because of a cavity underneath it.
