I can honestly say that from the first day with my exam Tru sitting down and going over a pay structure. I was very comfortable dealing with everybody that I had the opportunity of dealing with. The young ladies at the front desk they are very knowledgeable polite and friendly from the first day I walked in very pleasant. The dentists themself very friendly extremely knowledgeable quite easy to speak with and talk to. The young lady what took the x-rays and doing my cleaning very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I also get reminder calls as well as text messages telling me of my next appointments.. I would very much recommend this Dentistry company to anyone. I also find the office very clean, everybody that I have met has been very friendly knowledgeable easy to speak to. And I enjoy going to my next appointments I find it very relaxing and then excellent atmosphere. If you're looking for a dentist office I would recommend this when very highly on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 10 and their prices are very competitive and in line with other dentist.

Very dissatisfied, disappointed, feeling taken advantage of, and let down. Have had minor issues in the past with the office, but the appeal to come back was the direct billing and the fairly quick appointment availability times. Unfortunately, after the last 3 fillings I had done, I have been left in excruciating pain for weeks. Had a follow up to “fix my bite”, but generally felt like my concerns had gone unheard and unresolved. Now the cost to fix the mistakes they made, will be in the thousands. Something I just cannot afford. As such, I will be having my lawyer contact the office after filing a malpractice suit. I was able to get into another office for a consultation and to have another dentist write me an affidavit regarding the work that was done, and look forward to getting the situation rectified. If I can offer anyone any advice, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE Unless you want your teeth ruined, and have to pay thousands more to fix a problem that was never there before they decided to do “some work” Disgusted

Today was my third procedure in 3 week. The office and staff are taking the utmost care to give a safe environment during COVID-19 protocols. The staff is still as friendly as ever. Due to the protocols in place you might find your appointments running 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. But that is to be expected. Overall thank you for your wonderful service, and making me feel comfortable during my procedures. 10.07.21 just a cleaning today. My appointment was moved up which worked better for me. The appointment time was on time, which I greatly appreciate. Lovely service as always. 12.07.21 everything was punctual, all protocols still in place.

The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, they are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain issues and solutions. Friendly staff and potentially knowledgable. After an initial visit I was assured to have the work done discussed as scheduled. This extended to another visit, as the Dentist could not complete proceedure in a single setting. Another appointment and I have had complications following both proceedures. When I tried to follow up to have these issues resolved I have received no response. X2 phonecalls with messages left and an email, I have come to the conclusion that this clinic can only complete routine cosmetic jargon. They are not worth seeing if you require actual dental work requiring a knowledge base broader than superficial ideations.

I really hated going to the dentist until I had my first bit of work done here which I should add was an emergency, I made a call approximately 5 years ago and they took me right in not knowing me and I've been with them ever since. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well informed about the procedure no matter what it is. I've been caught in a couple of unexpected situations and they've always got me in either the same day or the next. I would certainly suggest the Dentistry office to anyone.

Bailey did what they called a "chair ride" to introduce her to everything and I couldn't have been more pleased with how well it went ! My daughter, who wont even let me near her with an electric kids toothbrush, let bailey polish her teeth! So impressed. Would definitely recommend :)

Our son Ryker was in for a filling for the first time a year and a half ago.He was an amazing 5 year old patient. No fussing. We were charged for an xray they couldn't perform because they didn't have a mouthpiece small enough. He turned 6 in September 2018 and today his filling came out. Terrible job. We were charged for services that we didn't receive. 290$ for a filling that lasted a year and a half, plus an xray that was never taken. Very disappointed. Living in North Bay now so even if they wanted to rectify it I wouldn't trust the quality. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Im terrified of going to the dentist and have been for years, but with dentistry@brockville I found myself almost falling asleep halfway through a root canal— WITH NO SEDATION. They retained excellent communication throughout the entire procedure, frequently asking how I was doing and ensuring that I didnt feel any pain. Dr. Patel was extremely gentle to the point that even the vibrations from the drill felt minor. The procedure even felt like it took less time than it actually did, which blew my mind. 10/10 recommend for anyone who is as scared of dentists as I was hahaha.
