For my last appointment, a regular check up, they offered to fill in a dent on one of my front teeth. The filling is perfect, you can't see it! The staff at the front desk are also very polite, friendly & efficient and the facilities are very modern. I would recommend this dental centre to anyone.

Doctor was not gentle at all, got poked in the lip with an injection which was supposed to go inside by mouth. Doctor was rough, was trying to work so fast but truly was not skilled to work that fast so ended up shoving, poking and hitting the sides of my mouth. Overall experience was downright terrible and unprofessional. I had a 4.20pm appointment for fillings with Dr. Siavash Arvan on December 22, 2020. It seems the person replying to my comment has no context whatsoever and stop lying & giving some bs replies to my comment, I was bleeding and nothing was provided. I shared my feedback with the doctor, hygienist and reception.

I came here for a second opinion but became lazy and just accepted all 7 fillings suggested by both dentists. I have to say I regret not doing more research and now one upper left tooth of mine remains sensitive after 6 months and I cannot chew anything slightly harder than plain rice using my left bite. The fact that I never experienced even the slightest toothache and also not having as many visible cavities as suggested should be a good indication of my cavities being minor and most of them may not require treatment unless they become worse over the years. My sore upper left tooth will serve as a reminder for me to always remain critical and only go for treatment when a dentist is not dismissive and provide me with all the information needed to make an informed decision. I will keep looking for a better dentist to minimize the risk of making the same mistake again which already compromised the health of my teeth. No hard feelings. Have to learn a thing or two about everything these days in order to act in my best interest.

They won’t inform you what specific service or X-ray is not covered by the insurance company until you’re done with the appointment and then they’ll ask you to pay for it (though the appointments were booked in advance)! This happened to me twice ! Never faced this problem with other dental clinics, they always let you know what’s covered and what’s not before your appointment. Really disappointed.

I came in with no prior knowledge of wisdom teeth removal and felt scared but Dr. Slavash Arvan was really patient in explaining every single aspect of the procedure. After the consultation, because of his confidence and knowledge, I decided to remove all four wisdom teeth at once. The front desk was able to schedule me with the doctor right afterwards for the next day appointment so I was able to get it done and over with. I came feeling nervous as taking 4 out together sounded pretty intense but Dr. Arvan and the certified dental assistant really helped me to feel at ease and more relaxed for the procedure. The whole procedure took about 1 hour, as promised and everything went through smoothly. I did not feel pain at all during the procedure. Today is the second day after the procedure and I am feeling just fine and was able to go back to work today without any break because I am not having fever or a terrible swollen face. Thank you so much Dr. Arvan and all the staff members at Westbrook Dental Centre for making my initial visit smoothly and pleasantly. I will be referring more friends to this place and will continue my journey with them in the future. PS. the clinic is very clean, modern and professional. This time (6/28) I felt the technician was in a rush. Not much chatting and everything was done swiftly - I don't normally enjoy chatting that much but just feel strange, like she was mad at something (hopefully not me because I didn't do anything), or in a hurry to go somewhere else. No checking about how I clean my teeth at home, again I didn't really like answering but not being ask felt strange. And I was not offered a toothbrush at the end, usually I was even asked to pick a color. No big deal, is this the new normal?

Possibly, one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I came in for an emergency appointment due to severe wisdom tooth pain, I wanted to make sure the tooth wasn't infected. They told me it was just inflamed and needed to come out, when I told them I already had an oral surgeon (i.e. they would not be making money off me), they stopped treating me and offered no help. I was crying from pain when I left the office and everyone ignored me. Worst dentist I have been to in a long time. (On a side note, they diagnosed a friend with 7 cavities, when she saw a different dentist she had none). DO NOT GO HERE.

Short version: friendly, fast, fastidious. Will definitely come back. Longer version: 1. Friendly, professional staff who know how to put you at ease while efficiently doing their jobs. 2. Lani helped with imaging (our first visit) and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. 3. Dr Anna attended to me during the exam. She was thorough and professional, explaining precisely what the issues were, and recommending appropriate courses of treatment. (There was no scare tactics or pushy selling that other dentists sometimes use.) 4. Brinder was my hygienist. She not only did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, but she also patiently taught me some techniques to better clean specific areas. 5. Zulfiya was the receptionist who took care of us. Prior to the appointment, she explained the whole process (imaging, first exam, cleaning) and how much time it would take. She gave a good estimate of the cost (which was pretty accurate). After the appointment, she explained the charges (what's covered by insurance and how much) and gave estimates for future treatments. My wife and I are definitely coming back for future appointments.

In the face of this terrible pandemic Wesbrook Dental remains a friendly, welcoming and thoroughly professional service. After a cleaning and examination, which was conducted with exceptionally high standards of safety, I just had to tell the office staff “you make dental visits fun”! And in fact, I actually have a fear of dental procedures. So, enjoy - they are great! PS The prices are also reasonable.

I had a really great experience at Westbrook Village Dental, Dr. Fransen was kind and very thorough and conscientious with her work. I got the sense that I could trust her, not only to fix the issues with my teeth, but also to not do anything unnecessary, which has happened with dentists I have gone to in the past. I was in need of a root canal and in severe pain and the staff there figured out how to get me in immediately so the pain would stop. I really appreciated their patience and compassion. I will continue to go to Dr. Fransen, I highly recommend her and Westbrook Village Dental.

very bad experience . The assistant tripped over the cord Connecting to the scan camera in my mouth, which hurt my gum so much and scared me a lot and the dentist did not even say a thing when she see me crying. He also does not know how to do the suction and spill water all over me. When the dentist inject the numbing( which I don’t think nessesary at all for a filling) it was the longest injection ever and just walked away to see other patient and left me there for 20 mins. Does not seem professional.

Great place to get dental work done as a student. The offices were clean and the staff were very professional and kind. They were upfront with pricing and the made using student dental care very easy. My only complaint is that booking a time is a little difficult since there is no way to know when they are available. A calendar with available dates and times would make the experience perfect.

Pushy sales for wisdom tooth extraction(consulted with 2 other dentists both said unnecessary unless I experience problems). First time I was told to hold a water extractor during scaling and had to ask to stop twice due to too much water. This never happened in my experience with all my other dentists. Will not be back.

I usually hate going to the dentist but my experience at the Westbrook dental clinic was great! My dental hygienist name was Paige and she was amazing. Her overall knowledgeable and skill for once made my experience at the dentist enjoyable. She was super friendly and for the first time i didn’t feel like just another patient. At the end of the appointment she told me exactly what I needed to do in order to improve my dental hygiene. My gums are very sensitive but it didn’t matter because she was very gentle around the inflamed areas. My teeth feel and look as clean as ever. I know I don’t take care of my teeth as well as I should but instead of lecturing me like other hygienist she simply told me what I needed to do in order to improve my dental hygiene. It’s nice to have a dental hygienist who is both honest and sincerely cares about your dental health.I highly recommend her and the Westbrook dental clinic. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will never go to another dental clinic.
