I would highly recommend Dr. Gakhal's office to anyone. They are very professional, friendly and efficient. Every visit to Dr. Gakhal's office has been a nice experience. Booking appointments is easy and the staff is always very welcoming are caring. The friendly dental hygienist has always treated me kindly and gentle. Dr. Gakhal is very personable, thorough and clear on what he is working on or looking at. Also, Dr. Gakhal takes the time to explain what he sees on the X-rays. and gives great feedback and recommendations on further work to be done and preventions for the patient. The office is very nice and modern and in a great location.

Dr. Gakhal was very thorough in explaining the treatment that I required and getting the freezing prior to my filling was not uncomfortable at all. During the cleaning, (OR.. as I now know, - prophylaxis),Rebecca was most patient and kind throughout the process. Her efficiency was continuous and she was very thorough from beginning to end. Angela was a super helper to Dr. Gahkal. What I really appreciated was that Dr Gahkal was willing to explain what he was going to do, why so, and what the final stage was. I thought it was great the way Angela and the doctor worked together and were so efficient. Dr. Gahkal just kept working on the final stage until he was sure it was perfect and satisfied me also. And then, there is Kathy who is so efficient, patient and kind also. She is very knowledgeable in so many aspects of the office and her smile eases anxiety. She has a knack in dealing with the little ones who want one thing or another and makes them happy! Finally, there is something which is intangible—- a very warm feeling throughout the entire workplace, where they all work to do their best and they appreciate each other.

Staff were so nice and helpful, my dental procedures were explained in detail. I had some oral sedation and they checked on me often while I waited in reception area. Dr Gakhal and his assistant Angela were amazing, I was more than happy to drive 3 1/2 hrs to Victoria and would recommend them to anyone, they also recommended a great Denturist at Great Smiles, Tina is awesome! So A + from me, also loved the free lip balm, toothbrush, toothpaste and floss not to mention fresh Keurig coffee.

I would recommend this unit in a heart beat. Staff do welcome you in a professional manner. My only concern was my front implant being darker which defeated the purpose getting my teeth whiter, which explain why I didn't pursue the whitening process.
