Out of all the oral surgeries I’ve received, Dr. Boparai has made my experience at his practice the best one to date. The whole staff was very cool and professional, while I was getting my teeth examined for cavities Dr.Boparai told me A to Z what was going on with my teeth and when I was getting my fillings done they were quick and painless. I don't know where to even begin with the sheer gratitude I have for this amazing professional and conscientious Doctor Navi Boparai and his team !! He literally is an Angel from God . I had a dental emergency that included an abscessed molar causing me so much pain I could not function. I could not find anyone to help me on the spot . I was crying and incapacitated the whole day . When he was recommended to me I despairingly found that his office was closing for the day. I phoned anyway barely able to speak, I explained my emergency to Jessica , she was so concerned and compassionate and went to speak to Dr. Boparai. She called back right away and told me they wanted to help and would wait for me even though they were closing. Jessica was so professional and kind and helped my mother with paperwork while Dr. Boparai rushed me in. They calmed me and put me out of pain immediately , then his lovely assistant Katherine gave me a blanket and pillow as I was in shock and phobic. I have never in my entire life met such an incredibly professional and compassionate team. Dr. Boparai did xrays and explained everything to me and what my options where . His only concern was my well being . He worked tirelessly after closing for over 2 hours to do an emergency root canal , it was an extremely difficult procedure as the tooth was abnormal and he persisted through it until it was done expertly ensuring it would not cause any further problems. He was able to save that tooth , I assumed I was just going to have to have it pulled. I am normally phobic with dentists, but this beautiful human had such an amazing bedside manner, compassion and professionalism , that I was able to sit through the procedure with ease . He was so kind, and his assistant Katherine was so kind and motherly, she held my hand and reassured me . In the meantime , my mother, a senior citizen with limited abilities had remained in the waiting room while Jessica took care of her , explained to her what was going on and called in my prescription so we would not have to wait . My mother can't stop talking about the wonderful staff. I am so personally grateful for Dr. Boparai , he literally relieved me from the worst physical pain I had experienced since childbirth. There are some people who are put on this earth to truly service Gods children, and he is one of them. He exudes love and compassion and is truly a rare gift to his profession !!!! I will be taking my family there for all their needs in the future . There is no one that can even come close to the level of Light and Love offered by this team !

I came here for the first time after not visiting the dentist in 10 years... had multiple issues including 5 cavities and a broken tooth that needed to be pulled... despite being scared to get these matters dealt with, they did so weekly until finished and made me feel at ease... I want to start off by stating I am not a patient of this practice and nor is anyone I know. I came into contact with the staff when a loved one of mine was in severe pain due to a cavity in his wisdom tooth that was growing in sideways. I have very rarely seen him cry and at this point he was desperate to get a hold of anyone that could give us advice on what to do. It was after hours when we called and the receptionist sat and listened to him crying, barely able to talk repeatedly asking for help. I’ve been in that place before and have just been told there is nothing that can be done, by other dentists. The receptionist was sympathetic to him and very understanding of the fact we needed help. She went and spoke with the dentist who called us personally and told us although they couldn’t get us in that night, they would fit us in the next morning and even prescribed him some antibiotics to help. This dentist was amazing. I am in awe of how caring he was. He even texted me off of his personal phone number and told us to call or text at anytime if we needed anything. Although we are in our 20’s, I have never been to or have heard of any dentist being like this. I have recommended him and told my experience to everyone close to me and I know in the future we will 100% be going to Precision Dentistry. If you’re looking for a dentist who will exceed all expectations, this is where to go.

Dr. Boparai and his team are exactly what you want and need when it comes to your dental care. I have had to get numerous things done for my teeth (crown, root canal, wisdom teeth extraction, fillings) and have not had a single issue with his work. All of my procedures went by without any problems and I especially appreciated how he was talking me through every step, letting me know whats happening and keeping me in the loop. I recommend this dentist to all my friends and family! A skill that I would like to especially highlight is his sedations. I used to dread going to the dentist just because the needles were intimidating and all my previous dentists were not exactly gentle when inserting them. Dr. Boparai has perfected this however and I barely felt anything when it came to this part of the procedures, which for kids (and even adults) is amazing. All in all, great dentist and really does quality work.

My experience at Precision Dentistry was the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. The entire staff is welcoming and genuinely cares for their patients. Going to the dentist use to be something I dreaded, which is why prior to seeing Dr.Boparai I never went. Thankfully, I came to precision dentistry after my sister had a great experience, for my first time going to a dentist in years. I expected to be judged for the amount of cavities I left untreated, but instead Dr.Boparai was very understanding and scheduled me in around my busy schedule to get them fixed. He made sure the experience was about me and focused on helping me while making me comfortable at the dentist. Dr Navi Boparai is amazing! I've switched my entire family over to him. He is very personable and professional. Woke up hours before a vacation with an awful tooth ache. I called Precision Dentistry, at 8am and they were able to get me in by 9am. I was in awe with the way the clinic is run. Jessica at the front desk was whizzing around making sure everything was ready with paperwork, masks and temperature checks. They got us in as quickly as possible and pushed back an appointment by a bit just to help me out. I have never felt so comfortable going to the dentist before.
