Today I had a check up with Dr. Erica Gyamfi and cleaning with hygienist Ava. Dr. Gyamfi took excellent care of me, she answered all my questions in depth and did a thorough examination of my teeth. She is a great dr. I highly recommend her! My cleaning also was an amazing service! I felt relaxed and calm during the whole process while Ava cleaned my teeth. My teeth look and feel immaculate and I am super happy. Can’t wait for my next apt.

People are super nice, they care about you. We have young kids, and they are so understanding. All the ladies in the front as all wonderful! The doctor - Dr Tang, he is super caring. Knew how to have our young kids not worry. He was fast, and efficient! My kids were surprised how fast it was. Definitely a dental clinic I recommend!

I decided to try Coppersmith Dental Centre since it is in a very convenient location for me, and am I ever glad that I did! The office is very modern and well equipped for all sorts of procedures. I was actually amazed at how old and behind the times my previous dentist's office was by comparison. In my opinion, this is something to look for in a dental office, since modern technology allows procedures to go more quickly, with less pain, and more accurately than older technology can allow. The staff here are excellent, very friendly, and very professional. I have full confidence in their abilities. The condition of my teeth is somewhat complicated, but they were able to explain everything to me in a way that I was able to easily understand. My dentist made a crown for one of my teeth, and it was done so well that I often forget that it was even done! The fitment is perfect, there was no issues at all. More recently I had a regular cleaning and check up done. My hygienist was very good, completing the procedure in a very efficient and very thorough manner. I cannot remember when my teeth have felt this clean! She told me she has had many years of experience in her line of work, and it shows. For once in my life I am not dreading my next cleaning and check up appointment! Pay no attention to the other reviews that only give this office one star, they are clearly biased opinions, probably not even real patients of this office. If you are looking for a new dentist, give Coppersmith Dental a chance, you will not regret it!

I went to this Dentist for years and just recently left. It seems the crowns done on me (2) are not even properly capped, there are gaps all in between the crowns and my teeth that the dentist I am now seeing has to basically fill with cavity fillings because under the crown is getting bacteria in it. I am very disappointed that after years of believing they were doing what is best for me, they all of sudden started doing really sketchy work when they had their change over. I was the last in my family to leave because I was happy with the staff, but after I went back because part of my crown chipped and they told me that it wasn't the crown, I stopped having faith in them. No trust. My new dentist also confirmed with me that it indeed was the crown. Coppersmith just didn't want to fix it for me because they probably didn't want to do it for free and after everything I went through with them to get these crowns they knew full well I would have demanded it be free. I feel very cheated and lied to by this dentist. I am glad to finally be free of the stress of this place.

I just switched over to Coppersmith Dental and couldn't be happier with my experience. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, the entire office was clean and stocked with top notch equipment. I was really impressed by the knowledgeable staff and their efforts to make you comfortable. They even go as far as giving you a moisturizing paraffin wax hand treatment during your dental cleaning. Dr. Kamani was awesome. He is truly passionate about what he does and being great at his craft. I also love that he is constantly teaching his staff any opportunity that he saw fit. His energy makes his whole practice a great place to be. I have already told several of my friends and family to switch on over and recommend that anyone else do the same!

Before anyone goes here you should watch CBC Marketplaces episode titled “Is your dentist ripping you off?” Because there’s a good chance if you have Dr. Salim then the answer is yes. He has a habit of telling you, you need way more work done then needed to milk money out of you and I think that’s a really greedy thing to do. Educate yourself before you decide to go here. Scammers like this don’t deserve your business if you trust them and they take advantage of that trust.

I went to Coppersmith Dental for the first time today for a long overdue cleaning, and it was a fantastic experience. The office was extremely clean, and the procedures they have in place to keep you safe are very reassuring. All the staff, including the dentist and hygienist that worked with me, were friendly and inviting. For someone who doesn't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, this was the best experience I have had at one and I will continue to go to Coppersmith Dental for my future dental needs. The clinic is well equipped. Dr. Raymond Tang is a very nice, kind, gentle, patient dentist who explains the tooth implant procedure, conditions and fees in details to me. In the surgery he minds that I do not feel pain. After the surgery he answers my telephone call addressing my concern. His assistant is a cheerful lady who makes me relaxed and sends me the X-ray pictures.

I had a very positive experience here and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I haven't seen a dentist in over 5 years at least due to my previous one moving away and me losing family coverage. they were very inviting and friendly, explaining everything to me and didn't push me to do anything I couldn't afford. after my teeth were cleaned they made time to extract a wisdom tooth that had been causing me pain, and the procedure was incredibly painless and easy. it's hard to enjoy going to the dentist, but the experience I had here made it so; makes me proud to be a new patient. if you're looking for a new dentist, look no farther! friendly and professional staff who know what they're doing, easy to get to by transit, clean and comfortable facilities, offered refreshments and the televisions were a nice touch.

I used to be a patient at Ironwood Dental Centre. I was happy with the service there, but never saw the same dentist twice. When I discovered that Barb Nimchuk had moved to Coppersmiith Dental Centre, I followed her. Barb has been my hygienist for many years. She is friendly,knowledgeable and very professional. The front-line staff is always welcoming and when I called this morning about a dental emergency, they fit me in right away. Dr. Kamani is very gentle and always takes the time to explain procedures and costs. We no longer have a dental plan, but we can arrange a payment plan with the receptionist. Don't be "lured" into any dental office. Use your head and find a qualified dentist who will provide the utmost in professional care.

Each person in the office care deeply about their patients and take the time to explain procedures all of the options and ensure that your choices fit best with your circumstances. excellent,warm service as is your tradition. loved the explanations and thought Alison Ramsay. First class. the new device used for my “ machine scaling” had an added benefit for me. . there was very little senstitivity ....always certain areas were sensttive. ...I wonder if this is an added aspect of this equipment. I understand that the technical expertise while using this device is paramount. in this regard I think Alison should offer her considered suggestions on the equipment’s design to the manufacturer on behalf of the clinic and research. Maybe a sponsored patient satisfaction scaled questionaire would be useful to the company and by association the clinic . I personally think that if there is a perception of decreased pain ,this is worth review . And then this new procedure is valuable for patients.

Let's face it, no one really enjoys going to the dentist. The uncertainty, unknown, the fear of the potential pain and discomfort. I've been going to Coppersmith for several years for cleaning and luckily haven't had to see the dentist. My days were numbered. Had to get some fillings replaced as they were quite dated. Every time the staff had always made me feel welcomed and it was a genuine. Very professional and friendly. Not to mention easy on the eyes. My dentist meet was exactly the same. To make a long story short this by far had been the best and easiest appointment by any dentist. Her steady hands and professionalism really made this unpleasant experience, very stress-free and simple. Highly recommend Coppersmith and their team to anyone. Keep up the great work! I just love each and everyone at Coppersmith Dental clinic. Such a wonderful team ☺. I just got done with the process of Invisalign and it was such a great experience. Before coming to Coppersmith Dental, I went to 4 other dental clinics and they all told me that it's impossible to get my teeth aligned as they had so much space in between them. Coppersmith Dental was the only place who gave me hope of having a beautiful smile through the Invisalign. Not that they were so good with the process, they helped me a lot as I was pregnant at the same time. Barb was on top of my cleaning visits and Natalie was was sooo good with checking up on week by week progress. Seia and Janice were super awesome with flexible scheduling of my visits. Dr. Ahmed is a very nice and super friendly. Not only they followed up with the process of Invisalign, they all made sure that I am happy with my results. Thank you everyone! Y'all ROCK ????????☺☺

First off, I would like to say that the entire staff was super friendly so I feel bad writing this review. However, this was not a great experience and feel like I wasted $220 and would have just rather have not come here. My appointment was made for 12pm so I had already cancelled my afternoon workout classes to be able to make it for that time. However, when I arrived I was told that my appointment was made for 3pm when that was not the case. And if it had been rescheduled, I never received a call from them even though they told me I would initially receive a call 2 days prior to the appointment to go over pricing as I'm a new patient and to confirm the time. That never happened. Luckily I live close by and could make it in for 3pm but waiting around was a waste of my time. Second, I was not told that this clinic was not using the ultrasonic vibrating device to clean teeth due to cover-19. That is understandable but it would have been nice to know that before. I feel like the cleaning done today was not thorough or efficient as it just felt like the hygienist Alison was just lightly scraping my teeth and not even trying to clean it When she did mention that one area of my teeth had a bit of inflammation due to a bit of tartar build up she just moved along to the rest of my teeth and did not revisit that area, but rather spent more time measuring my gums than actually cleaning. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I was also told that I was going to get a mouth scan for for Invisalign purposes at the end of the visit, and then when she finished cleaning she said I would have to rebook for new week even though thats not possible as I am leaving the country on Monday. She mentioned they were actually closed now which makes it seem she was rushing the entire time so she could get out of there on time. Like I said, they were friendly but I left extremely frustrated and disappointed and like I wasted my money.

I've been going here for over a year and would highly recommend Coppersmith to anyone looking for a dentist. The front desk staff are super welcoming and their customer service is excellent. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get in. The hygienists and dentists are skilled, gentle and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible. They take the time to explain any issues and all of your options. Overall, Coppersmith offers a great atmosphere and he paraffin hand treatment is a nice bonus. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

This has got to be one of the best dentists I have ever been to, they are always friendly, my appointment is always on time. One of the best things about them is they bill your dental plan and not you, I used to hate leaving my old dentist and having to fork out money and wait to be reimburse from my plan, this way is so much easier.. All of the hygienist and front desk ladies are fantastic, always happy and willing to do what ever it takes to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend Coppersmith Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.

Front staff Janice and Seah are amazing! Helpful, considerate, and very caring. Very organized at coordinating appointments for my large family. Dentists are efficient and caring. Get the job done properly and quickly which is crucial for me as I don’t have to sit for long periods of time in the chair or come for multiple appointments. Usually run right on time or within a few minutes of the appointment despite COVID. Do not over-treat but do what needs to be completed. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and despite moving out of Richmond will commute to come here. Thank you for keeping my teeth in good condition

I used to come here for my hygiene appointments. Bobbi my hygienist is a professional and the only one I would trust as I have very sensitive gums. She has since left and I will no longer make the mistake of visiting this office again. I had decided to give the new ownership a try. Don't be fooled by the renovations. The office and staff are below standard and unprofessional. I arrived on time and was the only patient in the office but I was made to wait 20 minutes?!! WHY?!!! My actual appointment was extremely uncomfortable and rushed. My insurance was also over-billed. I don't feel the staff have my best interests in mind. The curly haired old woman at the front was so annoying trying to force me to book more treatments that I simply didn't need. This place is a joke. I hope the instruments were properly sanitized.
