I was referred by a friend over a year ago and I was very impressed with the staff even before my first appointment. Everyone was very helpful and friendly right from the start. I had many questions before making my first appointment and Simone and Sally at the front desk were able to answer all of my questions. Using my insurance is very important to me and I am able to use my insurance here and I know ahead of time what my portion will be. At my appointments I never feel rushed and Dr Katy (Shayesteh) always takes the time to answer my concerns. The most I have had to wait is 5 minutes past my appointment time which I think is pretty good! Overall experience - Very Satisfied.

I had have the best experience with Broadway dental, everyone is super nice, the have everything super organized, you always know when your appointment is, they send you confirmations and remainders by phone and text, and they even call you. Dr. Katy Shayesteh, it's super professional and nice, everything that has done to me has been excellent. Insurance claims are also super easy to do with them. And if it was not enough, they have amazing views of Downton Vancouver and the mountains. You can also relax while they work in your teeth, because they have a tv on the ceiling and relaxing music. Very recommended!

Last December, I had one of the best dental cleanings that I've ever had. Elainah was the hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she thorough in her cleaning, but she was also gentle -- I did not feel discomfort at any point during my appointment. Elainah is also very friendly and really loves her work, which helps make the usually unpleasant cleaning experience much better. Dr. Katy is very nice and I have not had any issues with her since I started going to Broadway Dental in 2021. She gave me an honest consult on crowns (whereas my previous dentist tried to convince me to get several when I didn't need them).

I used to dread going to the dentist due to the discomfort, but A+ has completely changed how I feel. In my experience with a root canal, Dr. Lam is a detail-oriented perfectionist, which is exactly what I look for most in a dentist. She and her staff are also efficient and professionally friendly. As for the business practice of requiring payment first and the insurance, which a student complained about, even after he was given a 50% reduction of his deductible, it's a sound business practice, not to mention that handling a host of insurance companies would be anybody's nightmare. I'll choose a detailed, courteous, and efficient dentist such as Dr. Lam first any day.

As everyone knows -going to the dentist can be an overwhelming thing-and frightening at some point-which I have experienced in the past from previous dentists. I have been with this office for a very long time-since it was Dr Griffiths-who moved away and then Dr, Niktash-both excellent dentists-I was sad to see her go to California- but my story ends with a very happy ending-Dr Katy Shayesteh-is a wonderful caring and delightful dentist-always asking how I am-any concerns etc,-Dr Niktash sent her patients letters telling us of her move and that she was handling over her practice to Dr Katy Shayesteh-with wonderful praises--and I respect Dr Niktash-so I knew she would put her patients first in the decision of picking someone much like her-kindness-caring-professional and confident in her skills. Along with this-the staff is especially friendly-and always have a smile-Simone at the desk-love chatting with her about upcoming new shows-films-she is very professional at her job-and of course my girl-Ursula-who makes my teeth shine--she is the best hygienist--caring and always helping me with my cleaning skills-which I tend to fall back on-especially flossing.For me going to the dentist isn't scary anymore for me--but I really enjoy going--which is hard to believe-Thanks for being the best dental office ever..

I am very satisfied with the treatment I got so far. I had two fillings and 2 extractions of my wisdom tooth and one root-canal and cleaning. I always was nervous when I had to go to the dentist in all my life. They were very nice and write a receipt for sedative I could get at the pharmacy. Later on, I could get relaxed without those. They record all the X-rays, work and pictures, so they very update. I think they doing a very good job and care about you, they make sure you leave from there satisfied. Whole team very nice and hardworking, including the front desk as well. I can just recommend them without a doubt.

I went to Broadway Dental last week for a routine cleaning and to get a check up on my wisdom teeth. I have been going there for quite some time and it has always been a good experience, however this visit exceeded my expectations. I had a new hygienist, Elainah and she was absolutely amazing! My wisdom teeth have just started growing in so I was a bit concerned and had some questions about the process in general. Elainah was amazing at explaining the general process as well as sharing her personal experience with getting her wisdom teeth removed, which I really appreciated because it made me feel so much more at ease. Elainah made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire x-ray, exam, and cleaning process as well as being friendly and funny! She is amazing at her job as my teeth left feeling amazing! I will definitely being going back and requesting Elainah from now on!

I am new to this office and am seeing Dr Katey. I’m very pleased with her knowledge and experience and her personality. I need to get braces I planned for a mouth guard but she used her equipment and showed damage from my teeth moving as I’ve gotten older and I have chronic pain. So I realized I’d be saving money and my mouth in the future by getting Invisalign’s. Not my plan but I knew my teeth have crowded a lot and are wearing at 50 yrs old argh. They can act as a mouth guard in the meantime and I’ll have straight teeth in a year. The hygienist is also fantastic. Front end staff all great at their positions and friendly. I booked this from looking on line and took a chance Score! Most of the personnel are women which I also am all about supporting. If you’re looking for a good place you found it!

Good service, although extra charges where added on unknowingly. I needed something removed from my gum, when it was removed I told the dentist thats fine now, everything is back to normal. She then went on to take x-rays which i never asked for and continued anyway, as she begun to do x-rays I asked if it was really necessary and I was told it was part of the process(as if it was added on free of charge). Not telling me I would have to pay extra. Very unfair, almost like a slap in the face to someone who was looking for a new dentist. Always ask what you will have to pay for when you step into Broadway Dental otherwise you will have additional charges added on.

Dr. Farideh Iranpour is very professional, detail oriented and very friendly. I had both my lower wisdom teeth removed. When she greeted me, she made sure that I feel relaxed and explained very clearly what to expect during and after surgery. Dr. Iranpour is a great educator. She also went in detail over the information contained in the consent form when I mentioned that I didn't read it before signing it. Her friendly advise was to never sign any documents before reading it. Very nice of her. Throughout the entire procedure, she was calm,the sign of a very experienced practitioner. Her calmness helped me a lot to lie back at ease without panicking. Dr. Iranpour also informed me what I might expect like pressure around the area, vibration during the surgery, and finally stitches on both sides so that I prepare myself accordingly. Dr. Iranpour promptly called me after 24 hours of the surgery to make sure I am doing fine. I strongly recommend her for all dental works and I am glad that my family dentist Dr.Sia Naseh introduced me to Dr. Iranpour.

Really nice place. Close to Canada line and 99 B-Line which makes your trip there easy. When you rich there, waiting time is less than 5 minutes which is remarkable. I recently saw Dr. Katy Shayesteh for a toothache. I expected a bit of a wait even for such a last minute emergency, but to my surprise they got me in the same day for an assessment, and performed two root canals the very next morning. I found everyone extremely professional and friendly, from the administrative staff, to the technicians and dentist. Even though I freely admitted that it was my fault for having been too relaxed with my dental hygiene that led to this toothache, not once did I feel judged, but only advised on how to prevent it next time. And although I had never had a root canal before and felt apprehensive about the discomfort I anticipated the procedure to involve, it turned out to be completely painless. That is no exaggeration at all either. With the help of the bite block that comfortably kept my mouth open without my need to strain my jaws like in other dental offices of the past, I found myself drifting off to sleep several times during the procedure. The only challenge (as usual for uptown) is to find parking. The building has its own underground parking, but it's a tad expensive. But if you come early, you can probably locate legal residential parking stalls in the surrounding blocks. The exam rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that open on False Creek, distant downtown and the mountains beyond, so the view is the most impressive I've ever seen at a dentist, and if that's not your cup of tea, then they have Netflix available to watch during procedures on the ceiling-mounted digital displays. As for the billing, very clear estimates are provided, and I was given worst-case-scenario estimates initially, so that when it came time to pay, my actual bill turned out to be lower than I expected. I too have had the privilege of an amazing clean by Elainah (could barely get through the cleaning without us crying from laughter - no hyperbole) and other super lovely hygienists, but the front desk staff have also been incredibly friendly and accommodating. Dr. Katy has also helped me fix my smile with Invisalign, and although I have a little while to go, I am already really happy. She has explained everything thoroughly and is a perfectionist (in a good way), and is transparent with me about the best way to care for my teeth. Debated writing this as I know the impact a negative review can have. Despite other good reviews I decided to try this dental office as I am new to the city. I have never felt so judged by a healthcare professional and the dentist made remarks about my teeth that left me feeling embarrassed. I felt rushed and when asking for guidance or solutions regarding some repairable issues with my teeth, the dentist simply continued to make me feel embarrassed rushed. Nice view from the dentist chair. Sadly not the wrong office, I went to 777 Broadway last year, not recently.

Took my wife here multiple times for four wisdom teeth extraction and cleaning and all the visits were nothing short of top-notch professionalism and skill from all the staff at Broadway Dental. The work done on her teeth were painless and everything was explained well before it was work on. But one of the other most important thing that I have to say is how punctual they are. We NEVER had to wait 1-minute pass our appointment and we've been there 6 times so far this year. I know that infection control is something they take very seriously and I never feel like they are pushing procedures on me that I don't think are necessary. It was always a warm welcome; addressing me by my nickname made me feel very much appreciated. Dr.Katy continuously provided an in-depth consultation on how best to maintain your oral health. Checkup is always completed even when you're just coming for a regular cleaning. She will ensure that you are always comfortable during treatment, and definitely a plus whenever netflix is available during your appointment! If you are choosing your dentist based on location, worry not. Their office overlooks downtown Vancouver, and the view is tremendously captivating regardless of the rain that showers Vancouver often enough. Hefty cost? I think their price is set just right, and if you're up for any long-term orthodontic treatment, they work around your financials by providing installment payment as an option. They should add an additional slogan on top of "preventive dentistry," because their service was immaculate! Highly recommended ????
