Great clinic! Nice and clean facility. Very friendly, and knowledgeable people! Short wait time for treatment- I have switched to this clinic because I was in pain and had to wait for more than a week just for a check up (with my availability) in the usual place I went to, while in this clinic I had the check up done the following day, after I called. Also, the location is very convenient with lots of parking! Highly recommend!

I really liked this dentist clinic not only for the profectionism, friendliness, fitting me in promptly, not getting upset about me changing my appointment three times but the fact that the dentist was honest with me and told me l could have a root canal and it might not work and have to pull my tooth anyway.

These people are thieves. Back in 2015 I had dental work done by them. They charged me and I paid my fee, my dental plan covered the rest. A few weeks after my dental work, I got a call from them saying that I never paid my bill and I owe them $500. They send that out to collections and it’s now destroying my credit. I’ve called them to speak to the owner and never got a call back. I have receipt that shows exactly what I was charged and how much I paid, the collection agency doesn’t even want that receipt. So why am I being charged for something I already paid!!! ???????????? I would never recommend this dental office to any of my friends and family.

Dr S is lovely. She did a beautiful job doing a root canal on my very terrified teenager -- with just an ativan and without in-office sedation. Assistant present was also very helpful in keeping my daughter feeling calm. Very thankful for the expertise and for the financial savings on not having to pay for a specialist and anaesthetic.

Extras done and they weren’t explained to me, I had to pay $400 for a check up only. I knew that it would be a couple hundred but I literally cried when I got to the counter and they told me my bill. I hadn’t had any work done, they did extra X-rays that were expensive, they knew I did NOT have insurance. I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years so I knew there would be things wrong but I was so upset that nothing was explained or asked if I wanted it. These are tough times right know and I felt completely taken advantage of. Will not be going back and will not be recommending!!!!

Amazing staff, especially the reception!! The Doctors and hygienists do an excellent job explaining procedures etc. You will not be disappointed with their services. I highly recommend these guys

After 10 years with the same dentist, it was not an easy decision to change dentist as I moved from Abbotsford to Mission for few years. I had continued going to my Abbotsford dentist but decided that I had to find one closer to home. I was very happy with the service I received and especially with the hygenist that took care of my. Her name is Sarah. She knows what she is doing. A real professional! I already booked another appointment with them in September and will likely continue to go there.

The dental hygienist brought my son(who was six years old at the time) out into the waiting room to give me his check up report. In front of a room of patients! Complete strangers! No one would be happy to have their dental/medical report discussed in a waiting room!!! Then, started to lecture him on his bad habits when my jaw literally dropped. I'm not sure how good you expect a six year old to be at flossing?! And then get upset with him because he doesn't know how is so wrong. I took my son and left. Afterwards he said she was really rough with him. And I looked at his mouth and their were scrapes in his gums. We will never go back there. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

Going to the Dentist is alway an anxious experience for me. Not this time. Friendly staff that explained what was happening and offered treatment without the normal lecture about flossing.

Well I can only "Highly" recommend and your office to, every one. I had my teeth cleaned by the Hygienist with the name of Sara, and I was so extremely happy, the way Sara performed her duty, Sara did explained every issue regarding the prevention and how to properly care for my teeths, and so very happy and satisfied, and I can't wait for my next appointment. But BriddgeView, has every thing just the best from the front-desk, and all the staff with in the facility, my greatest appreciation. BJ.

Finding out in a new town at dentist these guys overbill my ins. 800 buck to fill a tooth. Scammed ins claim. Now i dont have enough dissability coverage to fix the current broken one. Complete ins fraud. Dr here in new town says my ins got scammed too.

Would not recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have a dental plan. They constantly try pushing for crowns! Even when I go fo a cleaning, keep saying I'll need a crown. Asked him why I needed a crown? Couldn't give a decent answer. Just.."ok. we'll just keep an eye on it". Really! Had three cavities. expected this to be done in a couple of appointments. Nope! one appointment and 50 minutes later all done! He ground down to the cavity and butchered the tooth, then of course said I needed a crown! What happened to dentists that cared about your teeth and used the fine drills to clear out only the cavity area and took their time and saved your tooth. Not these guys. they grind it away like they're drilling for oil. then they want to cap it with a crown..

Thank you to the entire staff at Bridgeview dental! They greeted me with a smile, got me into my appointment on time, and the dental hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing! She paid attention to detail like no other hygienist had in the past and was just incredibly meticulous. Dr. Chung Lui was my dentist for this visit and he was very kind and informative. He made sure I had all options laid out in front of me with results of all those options. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone needing dental work! Thanks Bridgeview Dental!

The worst experience ever for my 7yr old. Felt like a drive thru service get in chair open mouth n get it done instead of taking the time to explain the process to my child. My child is so petrified now that we had to be referred to abc dental that is now costing me more money and on top of it now my child has to be referred out to a specialist and undergo anisteshia surgery and be put under cuz she is soo petrified. I will never return or refer any of my friends or family. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO BRIDGEVIEW DENTAL!

My wife and I became patients at Bridgeview Dental a few years ago. We have never had a bad experience with the dentists or staff. They are all incredibly professional and pleasant. While we are indeed patients they also treat us as people. They interact with us in a fun manner and this in turn puts us at ease. From a personal point of view I can't say I love going to the dentist. On the other hand, since I want to keep good dental health, I have full trust in Dr. Lui, Dr. Surdhar, and all their staff.

Feeling compelled to share my experience, although the initial experience was a few years ago. I am now losing a tooth due to the negligence of a dentist at this practice. I was searching for a dentist closer to home, and was reccomended this practice from a relative. Trusting this relative i scheduled an appointment and they were happy to take me on as a client. I was a client for one day, and one appointment only. What a nightmare. I had a tooth that required a filling. Long story short. The dentist filled the cavity without actually removing it. After dealing with an unusual amount of pain in that tooth i returned to my trusted dentist who showed me the work that had been done by the dentist at bridgeview and informed me i would now need a root canal because of their mistake. Not being able to afford a crown, I lived with half a tooth for a few years before i found myself here. Having to have it removed. This could have been avoided entirely if proper procedures were followed to begin with.

Everyone was amazing. Very nice clean facility too. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was very welcoming. We took our 2 year old for his second appointment and it went very well. They were very patient with him, but were still able to get a look at his teeth. The hygienist was wonderful and very knowledgable. Cant wait for our next visit :)
